We started with the tandoori wings at a 3/4 spice level and the samosas. Both were very flavorful. The wings had a nice char and plenty of seasoning without just being "hot for the sake of being hot." Next time I'm definitely going 4/4 because I like some serious spice. The samosas were crispy, well seasoned, and went perfectly with the chutneys. For drinks, my wife had the lychee martini and I had a Don Julio margarita. Both were really good and fit the anniversary dinner vibe perfectly. One of the biggest highlights of the night was speaking with Joshua, one of the managers. I asked him whether they could make something similar to a traditional mixed grill since it is no longer on the menu. I'm used to mixed grills with different combinations of chicken, lamb, shrimp, boti, fish tikka, etc. Instead of simply telling me it wasn't available, Joshua went out of his way to see what they could put together for us. That type of service makes a difference. He also recommended that we try their butter sauce and explained that it was made by a chef who received specialized training in India's capital.
