I had to run some errands, so I explained where the existing generator was to the office contact and told her that there was no need for the tech to talk to us because none of the work required inside access. The tech came when we were out (I caught him on our surveillance cameras) and inspected the location of the old generator, then left. Two days went by and there was no follow up (no contact at all) from the office about my quote. Over the next week I asked three more times and got no response. The word "Fail" in their name is appropriate - THEY FAIL TO MEET EVEN MINIMAL STANDARDS FOR RESPONSIVENESS.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The day Joe came, the weather was terrible so traffic was bad, but he called to let me know he was running a little late - I think he still got to my place within about 10 minutes of our original appointment time. It was seriously not that much time, but I really appreciated that he let me know. He identified the problem and got it taken care of quickly. Since I had him out for a service call, I asked for an estimate on putting in some lighting that I'd been considering and he was happy to to it - I got the estimate the next day and it was very much in line with the costs I'd heard from others. He un covered the source of a cause for heat not getting to my upper bedrooms. He also uncovered a safety issue with my hot water heater exhaust pipe being corroded and split, allowing CO2 to enter the house, He gave me efficiency and cost options in his quote which was significanly lower than other HVAC companies. I accepted his proposal in the evening and he and his crew were here the next morning. They tarped the path from my door to the furnace room which is two levels down in my house and dismantled and replaced my old unit as well as correcting the issues Ramiro uncovered, These guys are the BEST !
