Service was friendly and business seemed steady throughout our stay, so it was never empty or quiet but it also remained comfortable and we were able to hear one another the entire time.

We couldn't stop laughing when the drinks arrived because everyone naturally assumed the margarita was mine and the Old Fashioned was his--but we like to switch things up! Both drinks were delicious. I'm particular about Old Fashioneds and whiskey sours. When one is made properly, there is a certain aroma that lets me know before I even taste it--and this Old Fashioned absolutely passed my personal test. It was perfectly made and strong enough that, after the Prosecco, I knew one was all I needed if we were going to walk into dinner with some sense! The aviation-inspired atmosphere made the experience even better. My husband is a pilot, so he especially enjoyed the Concorde theme, the aircraft-window views, and the simulation that made it feel as though the plane was moving and landing. The ambiance, drinks, and hospitality were all excellent. Thank you to the staff for remembering our celebration and making us feel special. Their most famous drink was also not good at all. The only drink I really enjoyed was the watermelon drink, which came with a popsicle in it--that was actually pretty cool! The prices were extremely high for what we got, although that seems to be pretty common at a lot of places in Wilmington. I'd be willing to give it another chance during the winter because I could see the atmosphere being much better then.
