We had a great experience! Usually my sister picks us up, but our family has grown- with two small children we're talking more luggage and a double stroller- and space/safety was becoming an issue. So when she couldn't pick us up due to her work, I started looking into shuttle services. Curbside Express had the best prices, a comprehensive reservation website (where I could select car seats for my kids) and excellent costumer service (I texted them and got responses right away)-- so I went ahead and made a reservation. The pickup was very smooth- Mr. William Vargas was phenomenal: attentive, professional and was patiently waiting for us ahead of time. The vehicle was perfect for us and the ride was great. Awful experience with this company. Hired them to take my disabled wife, and I to a concert. We assumed we would be picked up at the venue after the concert. When the concert was near an end, we were told we had to walk quite a while to meet the driver. This would have been fine if my wife wasn't disabled with a severe respiratory condition. We talked to an inflexible driver and were later told by someone in management that a driver would pick us up at the venue if we did not mind waiting. Later, the second driver refused to come to the venue as well. My wife and I ended up walking to a nearby shopping center. During one point of the journey, a police officer assisted my wife while she was having breathing difficulties. We paid $250 + tip for a roundtrip from our hotel to Sofi Stadium. If drivers were not willing to drive, then they should not have accepted the assignment. Would not recommend this company at all and certainly not to disabled riders. My daughter and I returned to another concert and took a Lyft this time. We had to wait a little, but the driver was much more cooperative about coming to the venue to pick us up. read more

After looking for shuttles to pick us up from lax and take my family of 5 to Anaheim for our Disney trip I was frustrated that I couldn't find any with car seat availability or even any concrete info as on car seat requirements. After reading reviews I was surprised at how easy and convenient curbside express was to book. Their costs are very reasonable and way less than the shuttle company we usually use! The driver was ready at the airport waiting to pick us up when we landed. And also showed up on time at the hotel for our return trip. The van was clean. This is the most excellent transportation service there is in the area, and there are many. Curbside Express LAX are extremely professional and one of the best things, besides the immaculate vehicles, professional drivers and direct immediate communication, is that Johnathan and his team are TRUSTWORTHY. You will NEVER be left without a ride or stranded. For your departure trip they are at your door at least 5 minutes early, and they call you to let you know they have arrived. The driver tells you to take your time; he will be outside whenever you are ready. And they truly are. There is no rush even though they are there. We were able to finish our coffee, kiss our kids goodbye, and be out the door in our scheduled timeframe.The driver loads your bags, gives you water and welcomes you. On the return trip, they arrive BEFORE you do because they track your flight and they call you to let you know they are there when you touch down. My husband is a FEMA certified K9 handler and Curbside Express LAX accommodated our dog beautifully. The service is smooth and seamless and we recommend them highly. We just completed our third round-trip service with Curbside Express. On pick ups from the house, they are always on time. Ample notification is always provided. Pick ups at LAX can always be a hassle. With customs and baggage claim, you never know when you will clear the terminal. But on the plus side, there is a text or email wanting for us when we land as to who the driver will be and a description of the vehicle. We will continue to be a repeat customer. read more

I was in a bind after my prior pickup bailed on me and with less than 12 hours notice, reserved with Curbside Express for a very early am airport pickup. I had a little trouble making the reservation, but I think that was due to crappy internet in the airport in Alaska. Regardless, I got a confirmation via email within 10 minutes, and when I got off my plane in LAX, which was about an hour before my pickup, I had both an email with the driver info, and a text from the driver with his name and asking for confirmation of which pillar I would be near. William showed up 2p mins before our scheduled time since I was there early. The minivan was clean and William was super helpful with my luggage. OMG this company ROCKS!!!!!!! My family has been left a few times, actually more than a few times waiting for an Uber or Lyft to get to the airport, only to have to jump into my car and race to LAX. Lax charges more than $25 a day to park, and shuttles rarely come, creating a very stressful situation!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring this company and Johnathon Groves to pick you up!!!
