I find that coffee places can be hit or miss in terms of consistency, particularly at drive-throughs, but this place has hit the spot every time. When I arrived, there was only one car on each side of the stand--hardly a busy time. The car in front of me left shortly after I pulled up, so there was no reason for a delay. A different car pulled up behind me right after I got to the window. When I reached the window, I received absolutely no acknowledgment. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. The owner stepped out of the stand on my side, continued talking with the baristas, and still did not acknowledge my presence. She then walked past my car and took the order of the vehicle behind me, completely ignoring the customer already waiting at the window. For nearly six minutes, not one person--neither the owner nor the multiple baristas inside--said a single word to me or made any attempt to take my order. Instead, they began preparing the order for the car that had arrived after me while I continued to sit there with no service whatsoever. This level of disregard is unacceptable. When a stand is not busy and several employees are present, being ignored entirely--especially while someone who arrived later is served first--is beyond unprofessional. I left extremely disappointed and frustrated, and this experience has seriously made me reconsider returning
