Budtender Julian is the rudest budtender I have ever encountered. He told me he would add an item to my online order and then changed his mind because he didn't hear me say thank you, which I did. Dude is out of his mind. Get a life. I spoke with the manager Brittany who was cool and was going to talk to him, but really the store manager Julia needs to address this. Was sad to see midtown roots go since i was the first ever customer there but Curaleaf is still striving to keep this as the number 1 dispensary in the area! This was my first time coming to this location. I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait so long. My order was ready within 15 minutes so I headed over to pick it up. It's about a 15 minute drive for me which isn't too bad. When I get there I am told that I have to get on their wait list and it would be about be about 35 minutes. I let the woman know that I had already ordered and I got a message that my order was ready. She said I still had to wait to speak to a budtender.... not sure why that is and why they even have online orders available. It's useless. I will not be returning to this inefficient location. read more

Really like this place. Every bud tender I've had has been helpful. Love the place, bright and clean. You get discounts your first 4 visits when your a new customer. They also have a punch card where you can get BOGO and some free items with every visit. Just wish there were more flower Discounts on the card, as I don't vape, dab or use too many edibles. They also have daily specials. They use to be better specials than there offering now. I really like there Lemon Coffee Cake and so do a lot of other people. They are always out of it when I go in. I am on a list to be called when they get it in, but I've never received a call. I recommend this location. I'm from Colorado where they always have a big selection of flowers to choose from. I've found the AZ dispensers don't have as big of a selection. However, I've been happy with what I've gotten here. I've never had to wait to long to be helped. The extra star is for when you can get flower, it's actually good. Customer service is just ok, nothing special or any added comment by the staff. It literally feels like they just want your money. These pre-rolls they have are garbage though, do not buy. Got a pack of 5 at an ok price but you are paying more than what you get for. Very loose so it runs and "stuffed" with what looks like green hay and does nothing for what ails you. Looks, tastes, and smells like bad trim. Have paid less at other places and received better product and roll. Please try and work on this or talk to whoever is running the show because this is unacceptable as far as what you are trying to offer to patients who spend hard earned money at your locations. Cheapest midtown is a great dispensary in Phoenix Arizona. I've been going there for almost a year now, and have never had a bad experience. I just got 2 carts that were not good, had a metal taste. I came back in and the helped me right away, exchanging the 2 bad ones out for 2 new ones. The lady that helped me was extremely friendly, and made my day.
