So disappointed in my visit today at Curaleaf Gilbert.. I originally ordered the Silver Tier deal of $15 an 1/8th flower. I did ordered 7 grams/2 eighths for $30 (pre tax). I ended up not having the store credit on my account that I anticipated so I grabbed 2 grams of my Tahoe OG Kush order and left to get more cash cus who wants to pay MORE money to grab cash from their ATM?? I went back to get the rest of my online order with the deal that I used and they refused to honor the deal because I left the store with the 2 grams I purchased. The original budtender did not educate me on this process and I missed out on an amazing deal.. I come here OFTEN and this is BS because I've had my order completed refunded before due to ordering the wrong item and not having a good replacement.. I feel like they just didn't want to deal with the extra scans and math so they decided not to help me out. Dont think I'll be coming back to this location. Cole R is one of the worst agents they have there. Although he was knowledgeable on his product, the man never made any type of eye contact with me once at all. Almost acted in disgust when having to take care of me. He made me feel real uncomfortable after being a loyal customer to Emerald and "Curaleaf" ... do better! The chemical taste is strong & curaleaf sells pesticide laden cannabis. I won't shop a place that was alright selling poisoned medication after they are forced to comply. There's a contingent of douchebag bros that work here, the kind of guys that act cool because they sell weed. It felt like high school bullshit all over again. I've been here 3 times, and 2 of the 3 times it's been one of these tools helping me. I came in last week to use a 50% off first time deal, which I stated from the get go, but the dude bro prick at the counter immediately started trying to upsell me: "You should get this cart instead. TWICE this dispensary sold me bunk weed; the first time I bought 1/2 oz of a strain called "Watermelon Sunset" which was 22% THC, but the problem was that it was so harsh all I could do was make cookies out of it. The second time, I bought some "Peanut Butter Breath" and it was so old and dry it was like it was from King Tut's tomb. It crumbled into mummy dust when I put it in my pipe, AND it had NO strength, in other words, it barely got me high. These were both Curaleaf brand strains, so if you go to this dispensary, steer clear of the Curaleaf strains that are on sale. read more

I have been coming here for a while over two years now and since the remodel and rec laws passing, the workers have been rude careless and overall shouldn't be working with bud the happiest job on earth. Very mishandled grand opening Making patients wait in line in 110 plus degree weather. No water. It should be a grand heat stroke event.
