Fuimos para ver si tenían una computadora que estábamos buscando, la vendedora María del Carmen Mejía, nos dijo que iba a checar si la tenía, me dijo si la tengo pero se tienen que hacer miembros del club para agarrar los descuentos, en ningún momento especificó ella que la computadora que nos estaba vendiendo era reparada, le pregunté si era la que estaba buscando? y me dijo con toda certeza si, si la tenemos, en eso nos ofreció el set up dela computadora, la garantía y el antivirus, insisto tanto, no lo quería agarrar, pero dijo vale la pena, va a estar lista la computadora para usarla. Desde la 1 de la tarde nos dijeron vuelva en 2 horas, regresamos y nos dijeron está muy lento el internet, venga alas 7:30 pm. Fuimos y cuando no las entregaron mire que no era la computadora que estábamos buscando. Hablamos con servicio al cliente y nos dijeron regresen mañana temprano para que puedan hablar con la store manager. Fuimos alas 10:00 de la mañana y nos dijeron que no estaba, que regresáramos alas 2:00 de la tarde. Cuando regresemos, nos dijeron la store manager no está disponible, está en un meeting y va de salida. Le dije nos hicieron perder todo el día de ayer necesitamos una solución. ( yo me pregunto cuanto tiempo se lleva para cancelar la transacción) " menos de 5 minutos " no entiendo porque lo hacen tan complicado! Y mandaron a otra persona que nos atendiera. Al final de cuentas solo hicieron refund la computadora, y lo demás quedó en la cuenta, y tengo que pagar algo que no voy a utilizar. (El valor de la computadora es mucho menos de los precios que tienen ahi). Definitivamente pésimo servicio. read more

I went into La Curacao w/ a gold chain in mind. They had a great selection of different style 14k gold chains. This curb link Diamond cut chain caught my attention as did two other style gold chains one being a Fargo style & the other a rope chain. An associate by the name of Anabel helped me through the process & was more then helpful she even went out of her way to call to see if they can increase my credit line (they did) & I walked out w/ the nicest chain in the store that was within my budget. Her manager (I think her name was Maribel) informed me that they had a 20% off sale on jewelery which was an added bonus! If i could give ZERO stars, I would. I felt as if i walked into a high school with a bunch of gossiping females not assisting anyone. I waited to be assisted at the jewelry department for 10 minutes as employees clearly saw me but were just talking. Finally, i asked one of the female workers and she said "the girl over there can help you" i said okay thank you! After waiting for a bit I assumed she would let her team know help was needed, i turned around to look for someone and the same girl said "well if you want help YOU need to go tell her" very rudely and continued to gossip with other female employees. THEN I waited in the makeup department while a group of 4 female workers saw me and when asking if they could help me after waiting 10+ mins they said "no we can't help you, go ahead and ask someone over there for help" and proceeded to chuckle amongst each other. I had things on hold for me to buy but I was so shocked by the customer service, i refuse to spend any money there. I have never been to a store with such blatantly rude employees that when asking for help respond with "no". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Do better. read more

I never thought I'd be writing a 5 star review for this store because usually the customer service is horrible to mediocre (at best). This store is usually always out of stock for everything, never have answers on when things will be in stock, and trying to sell clearance items/display items at full price--even with defects and missing pieces. HOWEVER, today Jacky P. in the technology department was able to help us out in selecting and actually FINDING a brand new desktop for us, which was in stock at another store. She was nice, super helpful and awesome at communicating and getting things done quickly and efficiently. Thank you Jacky for making this experience way better than previous experiences! read more

Literally worst customer service in the world, while checking out I had to lift the the heavy microwave because the barcode was on the bottom, without warning the cashier takes the cart while my hand was still between the slots to grab the box. And left my hand all scraped up. She didn't apologize, or anything. If you're in the store because you want to buy a TV. Do yourself a favor and be sure to find (((Eddie))). My wife and I went to (best buy) to apply for credit and get a TV, they told me that if I'm approved I would be receiving a letter in the mail with with my approval notice. That was a bummer because we had borrowed a bigger vehicle for a TV. So we went to curacao and decided to try there. That's when we came across Eddie. Eddie had a very welcoming approach and helpful attitude. We said we wanted to open credit for that store and without further questions we went right into the process which was very quick. Since my credit isn't the best and I'm working on fixing it, I was approved for $450 store credit. The TV we wanted to get definitely did not cost $450. Let's just say there was absolutely no way we were going to get the TV we wanted with that amount approved. So Eddie asks, what TV were we looking into? And from there, Eddie worked his magic on the computer and we were able to leave that store with not just the TV we wanted, but also a couple other items. Either today or tomorrow our TV will arrive and be installed. All blessings I'm telling you. GO FIND EDDIE. We walked out of there excited, in peace, and blessed to have gotten what we wanted with 0 down and more than enough time to pay off the items. Thank you Eddie. So disappointed on this department store, I been trying to bought a PS5 and finally I found this store has it, but is a huge catch, the ps5 with disc cost at Best buy $499.00 and digital $399.00, if you want to get it at this place is buying a "bundle" which is about $1,800.00 .. Really? I don't want a chair or the games they make you take with the b"bundle". Why they force you to get all that? To get more money from the consumers? With this economy when a lot of people wasn't able to work that much? Me , I just want the console by itself, for my kids that's all, they already have some games and (with a speakers include). Bad experience trying to pay my bill i got sent out of town for work and it seemed like they made it impossible to pay my bill, i was in a bad service area i kept calling and calling and kept being put on hold for more than 30 min each time was never able to get thru to pay my bill, sent my girl over to get the pay off and pay it and they didn't allow that, when i came back i got hit with delinquent payment messing up my credit, instead of helping out to purchase more they screwed me, will never go back and do not recommend it, when you want to buy there they are all over it, any help you need they put you on hold for ever and give you bad attitude. Came in here to buy a smart watch. The lady at the fossil watch section didn't even want to open the case to show me any watches. All of the watches were dead and no way to check out the features.
