First of all I'm sure other customers can agree when I say It's a shame that this location is the weakest out of the other two near by locations like Huntington park and Southgate. I feel it's gotten worse. On the other occasions that I've made a trip to this location to either make a payment or make a purchase I didn't go through so much hassle and I wasn't given the run around excuses in the manner i experienced yes afternoon. This seems to be an on going issue each time I come in. Me and other customers can agree that we are told we can make a payment or purchase at any available register with a person with a green shirt. I find this not to be true because on other days that I've come to this store, people are sent to the back. Some being walked by management to the back of the store to be assisted by another employee instead of management getting off their high horses by being humble enough to take initiative by being a team player instead of pushing or adding more of a work load to the people in electronics and the other department next to them that already have a lot going on. Also wanted to point out that this location is always short staffed. It feels as if they are out numbered by all the worthless ladies who wear black who just stand around on their cell phones. It also makes no sense why they have registers 1-3 in the front when there's no one being useful. The only humble manager in this place was in electronics who was taking the initiative by helping others in his department by helping customers with payments and purchases while the other male who was on duty was useless, just walking back and forth. I came to shop at this location on 12/26/25 and all I can say is that they have the worst customer service with exception with of a few people who acted professionally. I came in with my two little ones and my husband. When it came time to pay I waited an estimated 25 min not including the time I actually walked into the store. I first approach to see if I can pay at the perfume department for my stuff then got turned away. So I then I waited patiently in line to be attended by the female cashier at jewelry department only to told to wait for some else but shortly afterward had the nerve to start curling her hair at the Soleil hair station at 4:39pm. As a person who has worked in retail myself I find this very unprofessional. You will never see this at Macys, Best Buy or any other retail store because they are held to a greater standard. Unfortunately this store is a product and reflection of poor leadership , neglect and poor excuse of management cutting corners on scheduling. Personal grooming etc should have been taken care of before you come to work. Not while on the job. She had short reddish hair, I couldn't tell if she was a vendor or regular curacao employee at first because she had a white jacket and black outfit on with no name badge. So I asked the security guard up front where I could pay for my stuff and he politely told me I can try with the guy at the service will call or I can go to the guys at the electrics. By this time my kids were a bit fussy so my husband decided to take the kids to the car to wait for me outside. So then I took my chance and approached the guy at the service/will call and he politely told me he was unable to but directed me to the sales people in electronics that they would be able to help. So I proceeded to the electronics. Was a bit of a wait because other customers like myself we're either waiting to make a purchase or make a payment. it's sad many that were waiting in line with me had the same problem, being told to go the back, some thinking they could pay for their stuff at the section where customer's can go to make money transfers. Also want to point out that it's sad that this location is very limited with merchandise and they don't sell or carry everything shown online or in the store magazines. it's poorly run and over all short staffed. I think I will start going to the other locations. I encourage all other customers to do the same. read more

Horrible experience my family went in there looking for a fridge bc ours broke we spent 4 hours in there bc we told the guy if he had any next day delivery for fridges he took 4 hours to check and said yes the next day come we wait all day we call and they tell us that it still expected to arrive that day we gave them a number to reach us the day went by and the fridge didn't get here we wasted our day and our food went bad we called and they said it would come Saturday today and they brought us the wrong fridge so now it "suppose" to come tomorrow mind you we went on wensday and it will be coming till Sunday so sad people can't do their job right we even spoke with the manager this place need to get sued for scamming people read more

Yesterday I was lied to in the fragrance department. I went in for a perfume and the first red flag was the woman went to "check" the price on and told me it was $130. This price seemed reasonable because most colognes are that price depending on size. The woman asked me if I wanted a "FREE" face cream. I said " If it's free then sure I'll take it, thank you." Upon paying I noticed the fragrance was $60 and the woman sold me the cream. I immediately looked at the receipt and said "I thought you said this was free"? The woman lied and said oh that's just the aftermarket tax price.. it's like a bundle. Immediately all the girls added onto the lie and backed each other up. They clearly needed sale considering how business is bad. I paid and left knowing I was lied to because I would rather walk away with piece of mind than negativity. I was having trouble making a return on an item that I was not able to use. I kept getting the runaround and a deny email that it was part of policy. I had probably spoke to over 15 agents back-and-forth. I finally was transferred to the escalation department. Finally I got some help My case was given to Daniel Salvador Gomez. he listened. He heard me out. I finally felt like I was helped I had been in loyal Customer to this company for years and never had any issues. Daniel was diligent and had his supervisor reach out to me. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I came in to look for a computer and a printer for my wife. I came with my wife and my 1 year old daughter. As I was entering the store, the guy in the front tells me I cannot come in with the diaper bag. I told him I needed it for my baby's stuff which he told me I couldn't come in with a backpack. After sitting with the "credit department" was then told I needed a cosigner. So then I called customer service to clarify and was told that my account was "ok". So then tried to make an online purchase for a $300 recliner. Purchase didn't go through and I got a message to contact customer service. Came in around 10am today Jan 13,2020. 10 mins later I decided to take measurements. A employee by the name of Jose R. Near the t.v section. Handed me a tape measurement. As I was done. He politely asked if I needed anything. I asked a few questions which he answered and they only brought more questions and answers I didn't know I had to ask. The man was bright.
