First time coming here. So good! The Deluxe and O Honey sandwiches were solid meals. They do a great job stacking all of the layers. Chai latte was one of the best I've had--smooth and not overly sweet. Clean, spacious. Would be a great place to bring a laptop and get some work done too. Customer service was attentive and kind.

Cuppi is a new and bumping spot. Every time I've gone by, so has everyone else. That just goes to show it's a good stop. I really enjoy their coffees- many of which I've tried. It's cute inside, very kawaii. It's not the fastest, but it is worth the wait.

The first time I came, the line was out the door making the wait impossible. I decided to give them another chance, I got to the front and stood at the register, and no employee acknowledged me. When one came over, I asked for the price of a muffin, which was not listed and the employees, had no idea of the price. They eventually looked it up, it was overpriced, of course, but the lack of friendliness and greeting is the biggest disappointment. Too bad, it's has a pretty comfortable lobby.

Love this coffee shop which not only offers good coffee but also stellar macarons which I'm kind of addicted to hehe i usually stick to cappuccino so have not ventured out to try their flavoured lattes or matcha but i do want to try something off their food menu but till then i'll just stick to coffee and the delish macarons i so love. They also have a very aesthetically pleasing look with lots of neon signs and cute wall art to make you sit in and do some work or just meet friends for coffee.

I've been wanting to try this place out for a while now. I pass it everytime I'm on a road trip and pass by. I arrived after 330pm to grab some coffee and something to eat before jumping on the highway. Super cute sign and inside looked nice. Unfortunately the customer service was lacking. The young girl who was at the register barely greeted me. She was staring off in space. Then when I looked over the food menu, the sign mentioned they did not offer food after 2pm. Super bummed since I was trying to limit my stops. But I ordered a hot ginger tea which was fine. Not sure if the service was just the person having a bad day but not sure I would make a stop again when I am limited on time.

What a gem.. food and service are great. We totally enjoyed both the regular eggs Benedict and salmon eggs Benedict. The crispy Brussel sprouts and lemon dressed salad just right. The inside is spacious and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

This is a cute coffee spot. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and the O Honey sandwich on a croissant. Everything was good. Definitely recommend!

First impression of this place: 4.5/5 The hawaiian toast was delicioussss, makes me want to try so much more from their food menu. My husband was underwhelmed with his bagel sandwich. Had no idea their kids grilled cheese came with a side of fruit so that was a pleasant surprise but their blueberry scone was very dry, don't recommend that one. As for coffee, my husband usually has a hard time with his order at places (iced latte with raw honey) b/c most places just let the honey settle at the bottom but here they mixed it in and it was perfection. Service wise, we had two trays so they offered to bring the rest of it to our table which I thought was very nice. Definitely coming back to try more food and coffee combinations!

I've been a fan of the Cuppi Coffee location in Bristow, VA for quite some time. I was in the other day to the Bristow location - and asked the young lady what happened to Dominique - as I've not seen him working there for quite awhile. She advised that he was at the Dumfries location. I had no idea that they had opened a second location! So this past Sunday after Church, I cruised down Route 234 to Dumfries to scope out the new location. It's located in a retail complex called: "Barracks Row at Quantico." This is a fairly new retail complex as several of the spaces have yet to have a business open in them. Sure enough - Dom was working behind the counter. I called out his name and he was surprised to see me! I ordered a large cold brew with cream - and a breakfast sammie: Sausage, egg, and cheese on a Croissant with extra sausage and cheese, no potato chips - to go. I was going to eat in - but every single table was being utilized by customers. The Dumfries location has a lot more seating than the Bristow location - it's nice to see that their small business is doing so well! I believe Dom stated the Dumfries location opened in April 2023. Paid with Apple Pay. Food took about 10 minutes or so to come out - which is reasonable - given how busy they were - and they make everything to order. As usual - their cold brew is strong and outstanding! I was bouncing off the walls for the rest of the afternoon. The breakfast sammich was hot and tasty! They have free WiFi. The only thing I will ding them on (and I shared this with Dom while I was chatting with him) is it was a pretty humid day out with high dew points (71 dew point which is oppressive) - and whatever setting they had their AC set to - the system was struggling to keep up. It was a tad stuffy inside. Service was excellent! Check them out! #CuppiCoffee

Incredible! We were in our way to get lunch when I remembered this was here and wanted to give it a try. Ambiance - It's giving all the coffee shop vibes, including someone having a conference call on his laptop. Normal noise level. It was moderately busy for a Monday afternoon. Food - Amazing! We placed our order to-go so, we had to wait until we got home to taste how good the food is. Everything was fresh and flavorful! Service - The service was friendly, quick, and attentive. Our order came up right away so, we didn't end up waiting long at all. One of the guys even answered my son's question about one the drinks in the case. Overall, I'm coming back with the whole family. I want to try one of the salads next time!

TL;DR: Great coffee, ambiance, and food/pastries So glad this coffee shop is doing well and they were able to open up a new location! I loved going to the Bristow location when I used to live out there. We were in the Woodbridge area, and decided to stop by and grab some caffeine and food. The interior space is HUGE and has tons of seating and outlets if you want to come and study/do some work. Service is always nice and fast, as usual. The food does take a bit of time to prepare, so if you're in a pinch, just keep that in mind. FOOD/DRINKS: ~Iced Americano (5/5): good strength and flavor ~Cheese Danish (3/5) ~Blueberry Scone (3.5/5) ~Caprese Toast (4/5): So good! love the bread they use. Generous portion of tomatoes and mozzarella. Just wish it had more of the balsamic glaze ~Prosciutto ricotta (5/5): my favorite open faced toast! This time came with honeydew (peach is still my fave). So much sweet and savory flavors Great spot to get some grub and coffee!

Deliciousness - 3 Happiness - 4 I'll go again, but I'm not yet fully sold on this place. The space is fine - lots of seating and outlets but not much in the way of decor. They have adorned the walls mainly with inspirational logos, at least some of which are expressly Christian (i.e., Christ is the "C" in "C.O.F.F.E.E."). I think they'd benefit from a bit more furniture and perhaps some board games or a small bookshelf to make it a bit more homey. The staff were very nice, although the service was pretty slow. As for the food and drink, there are lots of options. One thing I definitely want to try are some of the unique flavored coffee drinks - like the Samoa and Snickers drinks. But since it was my first time, I went with my go-to - a mocha. They did a nice job of balancing the coffee and chocolate - not as sweet as Starbucks but not as coffee-forward as many other smaller local-ish places like this. I also got the house coffee, which was fine if a bit watery for me. I'd probably try the pour-over options next time. Although the drinks were very good, I was a bit unenthused about the food. I got a breakfast sandwich bagel - smashed avocado, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and added on some lox. For avocado lovers like myself, they give a whole MOUNTAIN of green goodness. More than enough for me to scoop up some on the accompanying chips. The mozzarella was also good - pulling apart easily. The tomatoes and basil were overwhelmed and didn't add the flavor I wanted. And while the lox were tasty, I needed a lot more of it (I basically only got two pieces despite paying the upcharge). But the bagel was really lacking - despite it being an everything bagel it brought no spice or flavor and was way too chewy (it really needed to be toasted). The bagel didn't seem freshly made at all. I'll also note that this place is definitely on the pricier side... even for a coffee house. They also have macaroons, other baked goods, and some fun looking canned beverages. I definitely plan to keep exploring, and hope that I enjoy it more with time.

Visited last week for the first time and already coming back. Space is clean and spacious. I got the oh honey and a strawberry matcha latte and they were delicious. Food was brought to our table. Never again. Experience was terrible. Customer service was terrible. The place is being run by amateurs. If you cannot offer customer service and be respectful to customers without having a stick up your behind - the restaurant business isn't for you. The food is terrible. I ordered the Nutella toast. The bread was toasted so much, it was as hard as a rock. Egg Benedict. Told the cashier 3x - please make sure ham and bacon are not included. She nodded and figured comprehension was established. Got my meal w ham and bacon. Waiting for my meal took about 40 minutes. No line. Everyone else in the restaurant had their meals except for 2 other individuals. I wouldn't go back if they gave me equity in the restaurant. read more

Terrible service. If I could give it 0 starts I would. We stood at the register for 5 min without being acknowledged. I understand if you are really busy but one of the girls was just fiddling with the cups. Staring right at our faces. She finally comes to the register and just looks at me. No greeting, no what can I get you. Just staring blankly. For a subpar coffee shop that charges $8 for a latte, save your money and patience. Go somewhere else. read more

Great new spot for true coffee lovers. I've been to two other coffee shops in the area and none of them offer different styles of coffee such as chemex, v60, aeropress, etc, only offering drip. But Cuppi Coffee does have pour over coffee! Love to see it. I ordered a Columbia pour over and it was brewed well. It was served at the right temperature to be able to drink right away while tasting the different notes in the coffee. The coffee shop is very roomy and open. You'll have plenty of privacy to do work, read, or just relax with friends. They play smooth jazz as the "background" music but to some it may seem a bit loud. I didn't mind it, kind drowns out the side conversations at other tables. Facilities were clean and the service was friendly, quick, and attentive. read more

Food was yummy! We got the bagels, croissant sandwiches and got some Korean drinks to try. Service needs a little work. The lady that took my order asked for my name. Spelled it for her, and ended up not even close to my name. Forgot to give us our macaroons. And she also should smile a little. There's a sign at the registrar where it says "your kindness brightens our day" ... It's 10am on a Sunday. read more

The coffee is mid, kinda flavorless. We ordered a small 12oz oat milk latte with brown sugar flavoring. Just kinda taste like regular coffee? We also got a cheese danish that was mainly cheese, which also had no flavor. The almond croissant was okay. Overall, not worth the price. My partner and I have been boycotting Starbucks for a while so tried out Cuppi coffee after looking at it online. There was no advertising for christian following online so when we walked in and christ is fat in your face... unappealing. Not to disrespect peoples religion, it just makes for an uncomfortable environment for someone who wasn't expecting that. read more

Headed south on 95 and was looking for coffeeshop that wasn't a chain. Positives - great selection of coffee, pastries, bagel sandwiches, and toast. The bagels and toast were unique which made it hard to pick just one :). The only downside was no free wi-fi, the password wasn't easily found so not sure if it was just for staff or not. Inside has some cool little features, signs and such so it was nice to kinda look around while you waited for your food. read more

Really awesome menu with unique choices. We had a turmeric latte and a caramel chai latte both delicious and then a BEC sandwich and the avocado toast ingredients tasted fresh and it was SO YUMMY! The cafe itself was super cute, clean, lots of seating, and the customer service was excellent. Couldn't recommend this place any higher. Went to the new Cuppi Coffee in Dumfries today for first time. I had one of the best Carmel Macchiatos I've ever had and the food was delicious! I met owner- really nice young man. My croissant sandwich was from the brunch menu, served until 2PM and my friend had a delicious meal from the regular menu. Potato Chips with my sandwich tasted homemade and yummy. Love this place sm! My Church (WINNERS CHURCH FOR ALL NATIONS) went here for a Bible study. The employees were super nice and kind! That have cute accessories or small stuffies you can purchase by the counter. Above all the breakfast meals pastries and smoothies weee really really nice! Everyone from the youth group enjoyed it. And it's a cozy nice place to relax and hang out! You won't regret coming here!! read more

This spot in a new mall along a major road is most welcome. Was surprised that Cuppie Coffee offered not only great coffee but a very good breakfast and lunch as well. I had the open face smoked salmon sandwich and my partner had the Eggs Benedict - both terrific with a lovely side salad and veggies. Will definitely come again. Great food, great coffee, and great ambiance. I ordered the Deluxe on an everything bagel from the brunch menu and it was fantastic. It even came with chips on the side, which was a pleasant surprise. It has a nice clean open space with tables and cute decor for groups or for individuals to relax, hang out, or get some work done. Great location, right off the highway. We love their coffee. I did get a smoothie for the kids this time, which taste loaded of sugar and artificial. Food is great but would love to see some wraps that are easier to eat while driving. Online ordering also needs to offer the ability to customize your sandwich. Example no lettuce or cheese you can't request on the app now. read more

I've visited Cuppi Coffee 7-8 times in the past two weeks. I've tried several coffees and items on the food menu. Each and every one has been fresh, tasty, and presented well. The sitting area is clean and uncluttered. It might take just a smidgen longer for the food to arrive than some are accustomed to from a national chain of coffee places (you know who I'm talking about, coffee chain named after the 1st mate of the Pequod), but that's because it's prepared to order and not placed in a microwave like the unnamed national chain. And the staff is so friendly. Do yourself a favor and drop by for a coffee, bite to eat, and a pleasant atmosphere. read more

The food is not worth the long wait. They need to exchange some of the tables for four and put on more tables for Teo. Otherwise, the seating is very limited and often you'll see one or two folks in a table for four while others wait for a table. Also, because they have limited seating, they should consider limiting the amount of time folks just sit and surf. Otherwise, the inconsiderate people will just order a coffee and hang for hours while you wait for a table. The day we went there were actually two realtors hogging two tables (meant for 8 people) and working while sipping their lone cup of coffee. Talk about inconsiderate! And the food is not worth the wait. Until they fix the seating situation, go elsewhere. read more

A fair 4.5 Star Experience! Cuppi Coffee is like the prices of Dunkin' with the quality (if not a little better than) and the ambiance of Starbucks. I was overall fairly pleased with my visit and experience at Cuppi. The dining area was a little bare (even for a cafe). Granted, though, everything costs more! I had to deduct a 1/2 star for the service. The two employees I have dealt with, so far, mostly lack in being personable. All I'm asking for is a smile and a cheery tone! Granted, the blank expressions are better than the local Dunkin'. As far as the drinks go, they are pretty tasty! The coffee has a smooth taste, which is what I prefer! You can also customize the coffee to detract from the coffee taste (if that's your preference). The non-coffee drinks got a thumbs up from my non-coffee drinkers and myself. The food looks and sounds appetizing, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet! Overall, I hope Cuppi can keep it up! I am tired of the same two chain cafes littered along the eastern part of this county. I would recommend this place to others looking for a change of pace! read more

Cuppi Coffee was the perfect spot for a meeting with a fellow travel advisor, and I'm so glad I chose it! It was my first time visiting, and it exceeded my expectations. There were so many delicious coffee options and baked goodies to choose from--it was hard to decide. I ordered the ham and cheese croissant and a pumpkin chai latte, and both were absolutely delicious. There was a small mix-up with my order at first, but the staff handled it beautifully. They told me to keep the plain croissant and also gave me the ham and cheese croissant to go--excellent customer service! My colleague ordered the Toffee Crunch Latte and an apple muffin, and she really enjoyed them as well. The menu options are fantastic, the décor is warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Our favorite coffee shop ever! We have known the owner/operator Dominic for a few years now. We used to travel an hour each way to visit the first location in Bristol until the Dumfries location opened up . We cannot express how happy we are to have this coffee shop here in our own backyard. We visit almost everyday for the great coffee, food and atmosphere. All the Baristas and everyone that work at Cuppi are great to talk to. The brunch menu to the pastries, macarons, coffees, shakes, and teas are all delicious and can never have enough of them. We always order the eggs Benedict (either traditional or smoked salmon). The presentation and the taste of the sandwiches and everything on the brunch menu are none like any other coffee shop we've been to. This is such a cute & welcoming space! From the decor of the koala bears, to the positive messages on the walls. The staff is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions you have about the drinks or food. The wait time to get your order is also pretty quick, especially seeing how quickly people start rolling in. Now to the important part: the food/drink! The food was delicious! I had the Oh Honey on a croissant with honey butter! I believe they also make their own chips, which come with the sandwiches. They are delicious as well. Last time I got the O honey which was amazing (10/10) and the dulce de leche latte (8/10 -it was good but not my preference. My boyfriend really liked it tho) Today I got the Hawaiian toast(1000/10) the blessing white mocha latte WHICH I RECOMMEND HEAVILY! And the sparkling strawberry drink which was delicious (9/10) Over all it's amazing here and I'm willing to drive from arlington any day to come here just for coffee. My favorite cafe in NOVA finally opened another shop! It is pretty far from where I am but the drive is so worth it! It is the perfect place to go on a weekend morning to treat myself.
