Kroger Pharmacy on 1097 & I-45 System Down Again ‼‼…read more I'm writing to express my frustration with the continued system outages at the Kroger pharmacy on 1097 & I-45. Today, I was in severe pain due to a herniated disc and a pinched nerve, and my doctor called in a prescription for me. I received a text notification stating it was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, I was told the entire system was down, and they had no estimate for when it would be back up. Because my doctor's office had already closed, I had no way to transfer my prescription elsewhere. This situation was not only inconvenient but completely avoidable. A simple mass text alerting customers about the system failure could have saved me, and many others, a wasted trip and unnecessary stress. I wasn't the only one affected. When I went to CVS to try to get my prescription filled there, the staff mentioned they had already seen at least eight customers in a panic because of the shutdown. I can only imagine how frustrating this was, especially for elderly patients who rely on their medications. This is not the first time this has happened, and I hope Kroger takes immediate steps to address these ongoing issues. At the very least, better communication with customers should be a priority.

The milk doesn't stay fresh nearly as long as the raw milk I get from other places in the area and the eggs are comparable to the cheapest eggs at the grocery store, nowhere near the quality you would expect from a farm. They do have the cheapest prices in town but you seem to get what you pay for.
