Today we went and there were 4 white cups and about 200 blue branded cups. There was no signage specifying that you needed to pick a certain color cup for the promotion. We picked up a blue cup, and since they looked the same size, didn't think there was much of a difference. Got to the register and our total was $30 for three cups instead of the $15 expected. She LAUGHED and said "oh that's okay, maybe next time". Then we told some people behind us and the girl working gave us dirty looks. Beyond that, toppings were stale, bottles of sauce were broken, messy, and leaking. We've been and left because they closed earlier than posted hours, or were out of most of the flavors, but this is just beyond ridiculous. Do better.
