The pumpkin crunch was nice and crunchy with a whole lot of pumpkin! Will definitely buy it again! My expectations for Chantilly is very high so I wasn't too much of a fan when I ate the chantilly cake but that's just my opinion other people might just love it ! Overall my experiences here were good! This shop also offers to make cupcake cakes, cakes, and much more go check it out!

Simple but I loved it!

My husband and I enjoy coming here for a sweet treat every now and then, only thing is they close early at 4pm everyday so we do make sure to buy a bunch to last us a while since we can't make it here sometimes due to work. My favorite flavor is the banana chantilly (omg it's sooo good) but everything else I've tried I've also really liked. We ordered birthday cakes twice for my daughter's birthday and they have come out soo soo cute! I like the fact that I could ask them for a "no dyes" option since my mom friends and I don't like giving those to our kids. So instead of red dye they used fresh strawberry frosting which was delicious! We will definitely be ordering here for her birthday again! :)

I was debating on writing this review because I love this place so much, I want to gatekeep. But this bakery is too good to keep a secret! I have fond memories of my mom bringing me here when I was younger and now I get to bring my husband and our children! We've come full circle and I love it! Upon walking in, they have a fridge on the left wall and ice cream in the front. On the right side, there's a bunch of baked goods -- get the rainbow shortbread and thank me later. Toward the front, there's a cashier along with a menu, custom cake order forms and all the cupcake varieties! A few of our favorites; Pistachio Salted Caramel Guava Carrot No matter what flavor you get, you can count on the cupcake being moist and fluffy. These go into my favorite dessert category of "sweet but not too sweet". They don't sit heavy either, and my kids do not get a sugar rush with these. The staff is super friendly and helpful! They're also very patient when it comes to indecisiveness. All our experiences here have been pleasant. Just walking in and seeing how beautiful the baked goods are makes us smile!

We came in last Friday and ordered a half dozen specialty cupcakes for our son's 3rd birthday party. We particularly wanted ube cupcakes since our son absolutely loves them. We happened to find this place as we were shopping in the area. We walked in the day before our son's party and were greeted by the friendly staff. They did advise us to make sure to come in early the next day to ensure we get a few of their ube cupcakes since they are known to sell out fast. We came back that next morning and as promised.. we were able to order some ube cupcakes in addition to guava, lilikoi, and chocolate chantilly. The cupcakes were delicious and everyone loved them especially our son. He enjoyed his ube cupcake and even asked for a second one. With their delectable cupcakes and friendly staff, I can see us coming back for another birthday celebration. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Gender reveal cupcakes

If I could give them more stars I absolutely would!! Currently pregnant and needed something quick for an intimate gender reveal we were doing at home with my family. I walked in and Alyssa was the girl at the counter. I told her I was pregnant and I needed cupcakes to do a small gender reveal. Without hesitation she absolutely I can do those for you! I wanted to cry lol she asked how many I wanted and the flavor cupcake I would like. I told her vanilla and if she could put either blue or pink frosting in the middle of the cupcakes and she said she could do that for me. I asked for 6 cupcakes and she said she would add white frosting in the top and just rainbow sprinkles on them. I also had asked her for a favor if she could take my phone and see what the gender of baby was and thank goodness she was able to and she closed out my browser on my phone so I wouldn't take any peeks lol she took maybe less than 15 mins to make my cupcakes and they were so perfect! I think they were like $20? They tasted so good and she truly made this special for me. Thank you again Alyssa!

I asked my son what kind of cake he wanted for his 13th birthday and he said "whatever" so I decided to go to cupcake and things for a 12 pack variety cupcakes. All the cupcakes looked so good. I got 2 Sundaes, Peanut Butter, S'Mores, Chantilly, Cookie Butter, Chocolate Rainbow, Strawberry, Boston Cream, Coconut, Red Velvet and Pistachio. I was bummed they ran out of Tutti Frutti though. After we sang Happy Birthday we cut up cupcakes to taste. All the cupcakes were really good except the pistachio. That one was kind of funky. If you're looking for a variety of flavors, this is the place to go. Also, the customer service was so much better on this visit.

We stopped by because my son wanted cupcakes for his birthday before heading to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate. There wasn't much cupcake choices left, but we were happy to get to try a few. Some of the cupcakes were good and some were just okay to us. Will definitely go back to try the other flavors. The service was good and there are other yummy desserts available.

Live in near by and have been to the other establishments in this little places but never stopped by. I'm it I'm glad I finally did and this will be a new go to place for a single serve of cakery. It's quick, convenient, plenty of parking, plenty of great tasting options, great price and staff members with great smiles. Oh, and great prices too. What it's missing, are tables to immediately satisfy my sweet tooth.

I love this local on business. They have cupcakes, cakes, pies, cookies, breakfast bars. They have flavors of Hawaii and Okinawa. This is my favorite bakery. I get my yearly birthday cake here. And once my friends try it, they get their yearly birthday cakes here too. And then I go in for it. There are sample cakes and pies throughout the years. Be careful they are so good you can't leave with just one

Cupcake and Things long time tenant in the same strip mall as Chun Wah Kam and Brick Oven Pizza. Elevated cupcakes and Baked Goods. Locally owned and operated. Friendly and accommodating service. Contemporary design with show cases full of delectable baked. treats. Plenty of free parking in a private parking lot. Our favorites were the Chocolate Chantilly and the German Chocolate. Moist and delicious with just the right level of sweetness.

I ordered cupcakes from here for my baby sprinkle, and they were absolutely delicious and turned out so cute! Our theme was "little cutie" and I ordered 15 orange and 15 mango cupcakes with orange buttercream. Both cupcakes were moist and seriously delicious, like little mini cakes. I found them on Yelp and called in my order about 2 weeks ahead of time. They took my order and payment over the phone. They allowed my mother in law to pick up the order, too. I love that they are open on weekends, and they open early. They had so many options to choose from, including refrigerated types and non-refrigerated types. I can't wait to go back one day and try one of their many, many flavors.

Wife came home with some goodies, she bought 6 different cupcakes and we had the piña colada one so far and my wife knows I love m&m cookies. So she got me some, if I'm being totally honest there is no real taste to the cookie dough it's self like it's bland to me! The cupcakes are delicious tho & can't wait to try the rest! Will be back to try other goodies!

There was also supposed to be a 10% craigslist discount. After seeing the many decorated cakes on her fancy website and inquiring with Gal, i figured the cake would be pictured with our theme; it would be decorated as doc Mcstuffin and as she indicated there would be a few toppers. I wanted to ensure that i was able to get a cake with this decoration for my daughters birthday since a 2 tier/3D fancy cake could not meet our budget. I contacted Gal on 3 occasions to confirm pricing, purchasing and pick up. I thought during this time, she took my order and unfortunately we were not on the same page. I sent my husband down there to pay $70 for the cake. However, she made him look thru a book of 1"x1" pictures of cakes and choose cake toppers to add to the cake. The toppers were $5 each, for the exception of one that was 1/2 the size. Anyhow, the cake came out to $90. I had to call her and asked why the cost was different then what she quoted me? She said "your husband chose all the cake toppers." I told her that i gave her my order and he was supposed to just taste the cake, choose a flavoring and pay for the cake. Anyhow, I didn't have time get into it and just left it at that. Fast foward to Scarlet's 2nd birthday. See the cake for your self. It was a regular lightly flowered-decorated cake with toppers on it. Really? I could have paid $25 for a Costco cake and order cake toppers on amazon for half the price. What does flowers have to do with our theme? What a disapooinment. She couldn't paint a stethoscope, doctor bag or bandaid on the cake? Her website shows all the other cakes decorated as themed. Unfortunately, the taste of the cake wasn't amazing either. There was a very thin layer of the flavoring that you get to choose from a selection of 5. Everyone kept asking what it was. It was supposed to be guava strawberry and unfortunately it tasted like a cheap version of guava jelly. The whip cream was too sweet as well. The cake separated at this layer too. It was cake, guava/strawberry flavoring/ cream/cake and it was falling apart while serving. The cake was in the house the entire time. It was hot though, but i don't believe that was the reason for the separation. Moral of story... Open communication. Make sure you know what you are buying. Maybe ask for a bigger picture that will be exactly what you are looking for. Ask for direct cost and not a generic quote.

After a long day of travel, we opted to order dinner here. Can be busy for lunch and dinner so plan accordingly. We got the Mac nut crusted fish - this tasted a bit like candy... but the mash potatoes and veggies were perfection. Their pizzas were delicious- the dough is chewy and they can be generous with the toppings. We got their pizza twice. My husband got breakfast here once - their oatmeal was hot and good. We got a refillable mug and it was definitely worth it for our 5 night stay in btw regular water refills and sodas for our family of 3.

Well deserved -- quick and convenient pool‑side bites! )…read more We had breakfast and lunch at Ulu Café at Aulani, and honestly it was a perfect "pool day" meal stop! Breakfast here was French toast & sausage and a bagel breakfast sandwich -- nothing crazy fancy, but it was totally satisfying (especially eating by the pool -- because everything tastes better with a view ). I loved how convenient the hours are, especially when you're just chilling at the pool and don't want to go far for food. It's a great option if you want something quick, casual, and easy without a sit‑down reservation. Lunch we ordered a cheese pizza and Hawaiian Sun juices -- again, simple and tasty, and perfect when you're in swimwear and ready to eat right by the water . The location is super easy to find too -- right by the Wailana Pool -- which makes it clutch for lazy pool days. A few honest notes: At peak meal times it can get crowded and there's a line, so showing up a little before or after typical breakfast/lunch rush helps a lot. Seating is outside around the cafe and pool -- no fancy indoor dining, but that's part of the vibe! Menu & What They Serve: Ulu Café isn't just breakfast -- it's more like a grab‑and‑go + quick service counter with a rotating selection: * Breakfast favorites like eggs, bacon, French toast, breakfast sandwiches & flatbreads (served around 6:30AM-11AM) * Lunch & dinner options like poke bowls, sandwiches, flatbreads & pizzas (11AM-9PM) * Snacks, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, desserts (all day) * Grab‑and‑go salads, wraps, drinks & convenience items too Hours: * Breakfast: ~6:30AM - 11:00AM * All‑day menu (Lunch/Dinner): ~11:00AM - 9:00PM Price Ranges (approx): * Breakfast items (French toast, bagel sandwiches, flatbreads): around $9-$15+ * Lunch items (pizza, sandwiches, poke bowls): around $12-$22+ * Drinks (juices, sodas & refillable mugs): varies, and they have a refillable cup you can use all stay which many guests say is worth it for pool days Why we liked it: Quick + easy -- perfect for heading back to the pool ‍ Great poolside location with views Convenient hours for early breakfast or a casual lunch Simple, familiar menu that's kid‑friendly Why it wasn't 5 stars for food: * Not a fine dining experience -- more casual convenience * Lines at peak times can be long -- but worth it for the easy access to food by the pool! If you're planning a pool day and don't want to wander for food -- Ulu Café is awesome. Quick, tasty, easy to find, and perfect for laid‑back Hawaii vibes .
