Until they fire the worthless incompetent worker this place should be avoided. The girl is lazy and refused to ring anyone up and forces them to the kiosk which doesn't work properly. Then she will walk in the back and screw around for several minutes and have no idea where she goes this has happened two time in a row. She has the music up so loud you can hear it outside in the parking lot. She was on her cell phone will preparing food the last time as well. She worked with my mother in law with great respect and Kindness this being her first time at cupboo. We were served ina quick concise manor the only thing I hate is that the levels at cupbop's can be very different. In normally order a 5 and it is hot but not uncomfortable. This was spicy beyond my thesedhild. I could barely eat it and it was only a five and a 10 would be insane!! Let me start by saying my wife and daughter love the food at this place. However, I've only encountered one employee there that doesn't act like getting people food is the last thing that he wants to be doing, the majority of the employees are younger and clearly ticked off that they have jobs. We went in tonight about a half-hour before they were closing to get some food to go and we were told that they weren't making anymore food tonight. Like I said before my wife and daughter like the food, but I would rather have someone with cerebral palsy try to preform brain surgery on me with power-tools than have to go deal with most of the employees at this establishment. Lots of rice and noodles with a disappointing amount of protein. I had Combo Bop with beef and fried tofu. The bowl had very little beef and tofu. See my photo, that is, before any bites. Photo of just the Doochi(tofu) shows 11 cubes. I had 4 in my combo. The photo for the B bop( beef ) shows much more beef. For a combo, I expected half portions of each, not 1/3 portions. The beef was very chewy. The tofu was not crispy, I honestly don't think it was battered before being fried. There was maybe 1/16th of a cup of cabbage in the bowl. Overall, the company photos are an inaccurate representation of the final product. They add a lot of sauce, which is where the flavor comes from. Flavor wise, this is a tasty choice. Tasty meaning it does have taste. I would not say it is Korean BBQ in a cup or even close really. It is a bowl using Korean style food items, and it is not a bibimbap. But it is closer to Bibimbap without the variety than KBBQ. If you've ever had Korean BBQ, it consists of mostly thin cut meats you cook on a grill. You then have some rice and many other sides (banchan). Usually, at least 6 to 8 side items. You can typically order other side dishes as well. These bowls have 1-2protiens, 2 carbs(rice,noodles), a teeny amount of cabbage, and sauce. It's not the same ballpark as KBBQ. therefore, I also find the slogan inaccurate. If you have a general Korean food craving, this might hit the spot. It is also very filling due to the rice and noodles. If you're craving KBBQ you should just get that. read more

My girls loved that there was K-pop music playing in the background and that they had clean bathrooms. I really enjoyed my food mainly because of their gluten free selections. The ugly chicken was very good with the noodles, cabbage and rice with added veggies. I ordered with no spice/Mayo only the sweet sauce bimimbap. My daughters ordered the kids meal with just chicken and noodles they didn't eat much but they enjoyed the aloe Vera and milk drinks. The tables were clean and service was good. read more

My wife and I went to Cupbop in Moore looking for a quick lunch. The first thing we were told was that there was no beef. So we ordered the crispy chicken cupbop. After waiting approximately 10 minutes we were served our food. I tried it and immediately told my wife "It's cold." I brought it to the attention of the staff and was told "I don't know by it would be cold we just made it." "Oh but the sauce is cold, we just took it from the fridge. Do you want to feel it?" I did not want to wait another 10 or more minutes for a replacement meal so I declined them remaking it." The staff seemed bored and not really interested in the customers. Not going to go back. A great idea (I really like Korean food) poorly executed. I think the owner or franchisee needs to pay more attention to detail and figure out how to make quality food. Food and price was alright but the customer service was HORRIBLE. I was going with friends and he was paying in cash and they asked him to pay in exact amount BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO LAZY TO COUNT THE CHANGE. He even offered to not get change back AND THEY STILL REFUSED. An employee didn't even know how to work the register. They were also arguing while serving us. They were very confusing when it came to orders and saying what food they had left. They were very unprofessional and ruined my whole group's mood. They were very unwelcoming and rude to us. We had to go over to Qudoba to eat because they were that unwelcoming. Overall horrible experience, but the food wasn't that bad. read more

Contrary to the other reviews, I had a pleasant experience! We were greeted immediately when walking in. You are able to order on a separate screen which I can appreciate because I hate having the workers wait on me while I am indecisive about what I want. I ended up ordering the B Bop, which had bulgogi, japchae noodles, rice, and cabbage. I ordered the Level 1 sauce which was a translucent sweet mayo sauce. It was really tasty, and the portions were surprisingly decently sized. The other meal we ordered was the Krunch Bop with had chicken katsu, japchae noodles, rice and cabbage. We got the Level 1 sauce as well as the spicy sauce (I forgot the level), but it was delicious too and reminded me of a spicy mayo! Granted the katsu has probably been out for a minute, it was still pretty crunchy and tasty with the sauces. I ordered the #4- UglyBop with a 4 Spice level. It was essentially fried chicken balls on a deb of clear noodles and cabbage and white rice. It was definitely NOT worth the price. The chicken was very dry and tough. The sauce on top was sweet which was unexpected, given the spice level. The tables in the restaurant were dirty (all of them). And the restaurant was empty when I walked in so there's no reason for that. My husband got the spice level 10 combo with Korean beef and said that was better than the fried chicken. read more

Meh, personally didn't care for the food that much. Restaurant was clean and online ordering was super simple, but the noodles have an off putting texture I'm not a fan of, although my husband loved them. The meat was a bit dry and flavorless. Sauces had decent flavor but I'm not sure I'm a fan of the mayo type sauce. If I ever ordered again I'd do no noodles, extra rice and extra cabbage. I might go back and try some other meats. I had the beef and the glazed chicken. I ordered my spice at 2 because I'm a wuss and it was just the right amount of heat for me. I think this place has a chance to be pretty good and they had some good things going for them but I was surprised that the tables were all dirty at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. The food was pretty good. We had a bowl and pot stickers. Potstickers were very good. We got 4 on the heat which isn't that spicy and it is a little too sweet. The chicken was good just not enough of it and there were too many noodles and not enough rice. Maybe you can change it up. Lady at the counter was awesome. Helpful and positive. We ordered a couple of different types of bowls and potstickers. The meat was cold and all of it was overpowered by the amount of sauce that was added to it. The staff was mostly teenagers and just very disorganized. While waiting for my food; saw a few people come back to the counter because their order was wrong or they were missing an item. Tables were dirty and no one available to clean them up so we ended up using napkins and water to wipe them down. Would not recommend. I was a sad experience. read more
