This was my first time trying Culver's (I know... crazy! ). The food was really good, and the restaurant was clean. The only downside was that they seemed a little short-staffed. I waited about five minutes at the counter before someone noticed I was waiting for a spoon, and the lady in front of me had the same experience. Once someone helped us, the staff was friendly, so I don't think it was a customer service issue--it just seemed like they were stretched thin. For year's I have watched Craig Culver describe the North Atlantic cod sandwich at Culver's as a special hand breaded treat. Today, we finally stopped to test the Culver waters and the sandwich did not disappoint. This Culver's generally has a long line at the drive through, but we caught it at a gap and we were second in line. The the drive through menu was very small and hard to read so we ordered based on what we saw in the photos. We waited about 10 minutes for our food and it was delivered to the car, piping hot by a friendly server. The cod sandwich runs about $5.69. The cod is thick, flaky and moist. The bun is a little oversized but good. There is diced lettuce and a mayonnaise based sauce on the sandwich. The sandwich was good and filling. The side order of crinkle cut fries were very hot and salty. We also picked up a kids meal for our granddaughter for $6.39. She selected the corn dog, fries and milk. The corn dog looked hand battered. We saw there was a coupon for a free custard on the kids bag when we got home and she was disappointed that we did not get one for her. Next time. I didn't raise a complaint but I've started to expect mistakes more often with fast food chains. Main issue with this is, we were the first customers of the day and is not a difficult request. We came here for custard only on our most recent trip however I have been here numerous times and always enjoy their meals. One of my favorite things on their menu is there butter burgers along with their cheese curds. I also love their custard and their concrete mixers. Culver's is my "ice cream" to go place because of how creamy and delicious their custard is. We came around 4 pm for a snack but their restaurant was busy along with the drive thru! Today, 6/13/22, was the Grand Opening of Culver's at Bridgewater. They opened the doors at 10:00 a.m. welcoming a large crowd of people. As a grand opening special they gave away 400 coupons for one year (one a month) of free value baskets (with a purchase today). I arrived a bit after 9:00 a.m. There was already quite a line outside of people standing as well as a line up of cars through the drive through. At 10:00 on the nose they opened the doors to a very enthusiastic crowd of people - we were all very excited to get inside the air conditioned interior and order something to eat! I ordered an upgraded meal with 4 chicken tenders and a side salad. It took a bit of time for everyone in front of me (maybe 80-100?) to get served but really not too long before I got inside to the refreshing cool, new, clean and beautiful interior. I was cheerily greeted by my server (I've posted a pic) and ordered my meal to take home. Everything was delicious, and the portion of the tenders was good as was the side salad. There were quite a few fans in line of Culver's in general and I believe they will do quite well in this location. This is greatly appreciated as good customer service, or even service that is passable seems to be lacking in these newer Westfield restaurants. The menu is standard Culver's and my food was served hot and fresh. The dining area is large, open, and inviting. A large wall mounted tv plays sports This is a convenient location and I am sure this restaurant will be very popular. My only suggestion is that since Pepsi products are served here diet Mt. We love Culver's and this location provided fast, friendly service and the food was delicious per usual. Culver's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I love their butter burger and vanilla custard. Try their cheese curds as a side if you haven't! They're very good for a fast food joint. We used the drive-thru and got in and out in under 5 minutes. We were there around 4:30PM and the line wasn't long but like most Culver's, I'm assuming the line gets long around peak hours. We'll be back the next time I'm craving a butter burger! read more

Culver's is by far my most favorite fast food establishment for many reasons. The high quality food and exceptional service do not compare to other fast food places. Some of my favorite food items are the butter burgers, cheese curds and chicken fingers. Pro tip: order the kids meal for a cheaper/smaller portion plus it comes with a scoop of ice cream. Obviously the custard is the best part of Culver's and naturally what they're known for. It is so creamy and delicious. My go-to flavors are delicious the salted Carmel or hot fudge concrete. I also like to see what the flavor of the day is because they have some tasty ones like mint chip, chocolate cappuccino and Carmel cashew. Most importantly the service is always exceptional. At the beginning of covid they acted quickly and had a very organized process in place with the drive thru and a second drive thru with wait spots. It continues to be busy but they always move people through quickly and efficiently. I love this location and am a regular! read more

I like to come here bc they always have a fish sandwich combo option most fast food places only carry that seasonally. The crinkle cut fries are very tasty too. I usually choose a tea to accompany my meal as well. My biggest issue is how longggggggggggg you sit there and wait bc there are always 5-8cars sitting in spots around the building waiting on the food to come out, I understand they want it fresh but it takes way too long for what you get. I also ordered their new Wisconsin cheese sauce for my fries and they barely fill a lil side cup half full. Kind of a rip off bc it doesn't go very far. The fish sandwich is always fresh and flakey just wish it was more of a fillet and less of a fish stick in size. It's very narrow. Went through the drive through around 2:30 this afternoon and ordered about $78 worth of food. While ordering, we specifically asked them to seperate our orders into 2 so they could be bagged separately. We also customized our sandwiches to our liking. We even asked the guy at the window to repeat our order just to make sure they had it correctly. We waited for our food, looked through the bag and it wasn't separated. We also noticed that we were missing 2 orders of fries. I got out of the car and went it to let them know they were missing out fries. The manager, I'm assuming that's what she was, told the kid that was helping me get my fries that she had put them in our bag and we don't know what we are talking about. After going back and forth for a couple of minutes, I got ONE order of fries. I left. When I got home, we opened our BAG, not bags like I specified and noticed ALL, not one or 2, but ALL of our sandwiches were made wrong. I called the restaurant and spoke to a "manager" and I use that word loosely because this "manager" should NOT given that title. I explained to her that ALL of our sandwiches were made wrong and all she said was, "you can come back and we can make them over or send you coupons." No apology, nothing. I told her we don't want to come all the way back unless they're going to refund our order. I would be happy to bring the food back or even send pictures of the food but she said they won't offer a refund. I told her the sandwiches were made with items we can't eat. She said "just take those items off and eat them!" The manager "Heather" was completely rude and unprofessional. I asked for an email to get ahold of the owner and she told me to email the email on their website, which I did. 5 minutes later, another manager called me back and said she just got my email and thought they rectified the situation by talking to me and saying they would issue coupons if I wasn't happy. So, my email never went to the owner and this "manager" didn't like the fact that I called her out in my email and hung up on me. I recommend NOT going to this Culver's. EVER. They're completely rude, unprofessional and offer no apology for their employees screwing up a $78 order. Oh, when I told her that I would be just feeding the food to my dogs she said, "why would you do that, just eat the food and stop complaining." read more

Always a good burger at Culver's. My go-to burger is the mushroom Swiss, which only has those two things on it, so just FYI in case you're expecting some other vegetables like lettuce and tomatoes. But it is super juicy and pretty much the only hamburger I eat at Culver's. I'm never disappointed with the mushroom Swiss burger. This location just opened on Monday of this week. Overall it was a great experience. Service was prompt, and management has trained the crew to respond with the words "My pleasure", which is always a nice bonus. I had the Mushroom and Swiss basket, and it was nice to see that the hamburger wasn't over cooked. The heaviest crowd seemed to arrive at 6:45pm, but dissipated by 7:40. Cashiers made a sarcastic joke out of an order misunderstanding. When I tried to fix my order, cashier and manager both made sarcastic comments and left me feeling embarrassed. Culver's is a great family place with lots of options that suits everyone needs. Service was great here...They made sure the kids knew what came in the sandwiches they were ordering in case they needed to make adjustments. Food arrived quickly and was piping hot. Seating was a bit difficult. We are a family of 5 and their were limited options. It was crowded so this options were taken. We ended up sitting at two different tables. Not really Culver's fault, but I would have appreciated some low top 2 seaters so we could just join tables without taking another big table. They were all high top There was cherry Pepsi in the regular Pepsi spout. Nearly ruined my 11 yr olds life with that one... They were working on fixing it but it still wasn't by the time we left. I'm a Culver's fan. But two main problems with this place... 1) The menu. Some/many basic items are not on there. I'm not talking about custom items like a two patty burger with jalapenos on one side and a scoop of custard on the other side. I'm talking about the custard option only goes up to two scoops but there are secret options for three and four scoops, as told me by the cashier. Then why aren't they on the menu? The menu apparently only has prices for custard without toppings - why not put prices for custard with pricing? This is not rocket surgery. Culver's is famous for custard so all of the basic options - different scoops, with and without toppings, etc. - should be on the menu. 2) They show Fox News Channel on the TVs non-stop. Show sports or something. Don't show the fake news / propaganda channel whose viewers have been shown in scientific studies to know *less* than people who consume no news. The simplest definition of propaganda is simply that those who consume it know less about the world they live in than those who consume no news/information. This Culver's is relatively new, part of the build up they've been doing in Westfield with the addition of Grand Park. It's very clean and I love their food. I've never been dissatisfied here. Tonight I got a concrete mixer and it was delicious. My family comes here quite a lot and we always love their food. It can be a bit chilly inside sometimes so I'd recommend a sweater for sure. I am so glad that we have a Culvers near me. They have really good burgers, and I love the crinkle cut fries. They have some delicious cheese curds. They got Pepsi products so major bonus points for that. They have delicious shakes, concrete ice cream. Chocolate cashew is my favorite. But they all are delicious. They have value baskets for $5 if you are on a budget. The restaurant is always clean. Service can be a bit slow at times or always. I will never understand why they put one cashier up front when they got 20 people standing around that could help. But the food is worth the wait. They used to have fried chicken but corporate cut that out and I wont ever understand why. It was really good. This location never had it because they are too new but others did. Today we tried something we have never eaten here and that's the hamburger steak dinner with 2 sides and smothered with gravy, onions and mushrooms. It was pretty good. Their green beans are nothing to write home about. But at the end of the day it's a solid place the entire family will love. They sit right off the highway and right beside the Monon trail. Maybe they will eventually install bike racks that will lure hungry travelers from the Monon. read more

Almost two weeks ago I ordered a sizable order..$45 worth of food at a fast food restaurant. We had family in town and thought we would treat them by driving 20 minutes to the location, round trip 40 minutes. When I got the order home a whole meal was missing..after asking the attendant if it was all there. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. They PROMISED me coupons would be in the mail because they couldn't refund my money (or my other option was to drive back to get it...so another 40 minutes round trip because of their mistake!). I'm STILL waiting on my coupons (11 days later) to reimburse me for the meal I never got...horrible service! read more

Don't know how I've never reviewed this Culver's near my home before. I'm so glad to have it here. Although it's always busy with nearby Grand Park visitors coming. Despite that, my order is always hot, fresh and correct. Obviously you do have to wait on your order since they make everything to order, and I think some people fail to remember that. I try not to go if I'm in a hurry. I love their grilled chicken salad surprisingly. I never get salad at fast food places but theirs is so fresh. And let's not get started on the custard.
