My first time trying Culver's and it was delicious! The custard was so thick and flavorful, and the burgers and sides were very high quality. I took a star off because I ordered online and unfortunately they gave us the wrong order. This was actually a blessing in disguise because I was able to try a lot of different food I hadn't ordered myself, since they let us keep it, and they were very nice on the phone and quickly corrected my order. These things happen! I appreciate how they quickly fixed the order and since I had more food than I paid for, I was obviously pretty satisfied in the end too. I didn't go inside but the parking lot was big. They also give special deals for custard if you have the rewards app, specific to this location. read more

Do not go through the Drive-thru here. Their Drive-thru Quality Assurance is non-existent. The orders are either outright incorrect or at best incomplete and I get tired of having to go in to get it corrected. Go in and get your order to go if you don't have time to eat there, and be sure to check that everything is as you ordered it. I could be a bit more charitable if the service were significantly faster, but as they cook everything to order, you oftentimes end up waiting 5-15 mins for an order, and then to have it end up incorrect is disrespectful both of the customer's time and money. It only takes 5-10 seconds to verify that what is on the order ticket is in the bag before(!) the runner brings it out. Also, don't bother with their survey. This Culver's gives you an 18 digit code, but the survey website only allows 15, so the survey is useless. It is sad to see this restaurant's reputation go so downhill, they used to care about their customers. read more

Service is so slow we have been waiting for 30 minutes for our food while the servers are just standing around doing nothing

Staffs are friendly. Love the milkshakes and sundaes. Almost order every time. Others are ordinary.

Many of my friends love Culver's! I enjoy the concrete mixers, but the high prices keep me away most of the time even though the bacon cheeseburger is quite a sight! I personally will go for Town and Gown, The Bryant, AJ's Burgers and Beef, Teays River, or even run across town to Big League for burgers when dropping over ten bucks for a meal. This is why I avoid fast food now, it becomes more expensive and lower quality than most local and regular restaurants. However this new location has a well managed and friendly staff, excellent menu like the others with an easy to use app, and decent rewards program, those concrete mixers! So good! There is plenty of parking, excellent easy to access entry on the main road through West Lafayette, and is close to campus. read more

Inconsistent service and quality of food. Doesn't seem to be good supervision over the staff. If you eat in it's frequently dirty and messy. Wait time on drive through is super long usually. I normally love Culver's but this location has issues. read more

We read that Culver's burgers were rated quited high. Went to the store in Lafayette IN...no pricing on the board for a simple cheeseburger. MOnths later went to the store in west Lafayette and requested a simple, basic burger. Paid the bill and realized upon getting home that we paid for a Triple pattie burger. Last two visits will be the last visits for a while. Culver's has always been slow so that's expected. Tonight I went inside for a sundae as there were 8 cars in-line. There was no line inside but I think the car line would have been faster. The lazy kid that took my order did nothing the entire time I was there. They dipped my custard and then let it sit for 5-10 minutes while I waited. They only had to add marshmallow topping. By the time I got it, it was like soup. It had literally melted about half way. The previous time I went, they left out one of our side orders. This place needs a manager. They don't appear to have one. Freddy's is actually closer so we'll start going there. Food was very good. Service was not as good as other Culver's. The order was not taken as if the person didn't know the menu. Ordered a kids meal that comes with a cone and asked to have the cone right away. On arrival at window the order was a least 3.00 too high because they charged for the cone. They fixed this but it would be better to get it right. It is fairly new and a great addition to the West Lafayette. Food temp. and every item was delicious. Good parking lot. Outdoor seating. This review is for the burgers, fries and custard only....because that the only thing I ever order. Why anyone orders anything else at a burger joint I will never understand. Fries are the only think holding down the review...they aren't bad if you order them extra crispy. People complain service is slow, but Culver's isn't fast food in the tradition of McDonalds, Burger King, etc....Culver's actually makes good food, so yeah, it takes a bit longer. read more

I repeated my order three times, then when I got the food it was the wrong order. The car hop said this is what I was told to bring you. First time I've been to this Culver's. It was dinner time on Sunday evening. Friendly service. Offered our dog a treat. My husband loves thier double butter burger with cheese. Says it's the best. If you are looking for poor customer service, poor money handling, poor blending on mixers, and poor food overall this is the place to be. I literally just moved to my new dorm and I was so homesick. I love culvers, where I'm from there is a culvers around every corner. This has to be the worst culvers I've ever been to. I ordered a veggie burger with cheese and a concrete mixer with my new roommates and their food as well. I got my concrete mixer and all of the toppings weren't mixed in you could see where they didn't even bother blending it. My roommate ordered a shake with CHOCOLATE custard, and they made it with vanilla. It could be that I used to work at an ice cream parlor but there is a major difference with all of these things. After a lifetime of waiting I opened my burger which was wrapped, not in a box (which confused me because it's usually in a box but who knows it's far away from my normal culvers it's not a big deal yet the other burger was in a box?) I opened my burger and it was smushed. It looked like they took a spatula and literally flattened it. My burger was also BURNT. I really wanted this culvers and I was really let down (hence my long rant). My stressful day was just shot down by any hopes of reconciliation when I got my meal. #unhappymeal I'm upset. read more
