Service was terrible. They asked me to pull forward and wait and then when I got my food it was cold and the bun was stale.

This was absolutely the worst Mcdonald's restaurant I've ever been to. There were 4-5 workers in the back, standing there and doing nothing. There were 10+ customers, us included, who had been waiting more than an hour for food and never got it. We ordered on the Kiosk. Our number disappeared and we weren't given our food. The staff were extremely rude and didn't offer to make it right so we demanded a refund. The staff ALSO was throwing trash all over the floor of the restaurant and ignoring customers. I seriously hope corporate does a visit and fires each and every one of the workers there. None of them had any work ethic and all were just standing there. When we asked for a refund, we didn't even get the full refund and had to demand it again. -10/10 experience. Don't go. read more

Cashier shorted me over $30 in change in the drive through. When I went in to ask for the money, i overheard the employees loudly talking about me, calling me old, entitled, and I didn't know what I was doing. I was told that it would take at least a half an hour for them to pull the drawer and count, because they didn't have the personnel to do it at that time. I also heard them talking about how this was the third time this morning that someone had been short changed. They were rude and condescending. read more

Was told that this is now a corporate restaurant and they would only take cash not cards. This place always had flies everywhere, was always dirty, rudest cashiers, and couldn't make a sweet tea. Awful stuff!!!! read more

The dismal reviews on this store are there for a reason. They should serve as a warning to the public. Dirty, actually filthy, rude, subpar food and service. You're order will be wrong, half full, dishoveled, cold and to put simply. They don't care. This store will never get another dollar from me. Eat there at your own risk and if you do eat there please lower your expectations to what the normal McDonald's offers. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

We decided to make a bathroom break at this McDonald's on our way to Indianapolis and Bloomington. I will say that the bathrooms were clean. The handicapped parking is blocked by the drive through lane and this McDonald's is built primarily for drive through traffic. Once you are inside there isn't much room for ordering. Once I ordered a large order of fries it took a long time to get the fries. The inside furniture is sparse. read more

Normally I visit a place more than once before reviewing, but we were on a cross-country trip. A pleasant stop for travelers with children, this McDonald's was reasonably clean, the food was typical, and it had a small but well-kept playland area. Easy access to the freeway which runs nearby. read more

Had a bad experience here recently. We used the kiosk, successfully, and picked up a table tag which said our order would be brought to us shortly. Never happened. A person with a later number had their order brought to them, but you know, sometimes they're out of sequence so we let it slide. Some orders had the numbers called out, then displayed on a board and left on the counter. We watched and listened, but never heard nor saw our number displayed. After a time, we noticed an order, which could have been ours, just lying there. When no one else picked it up, my husband went over and yep, it was our order. I'm fine with doing the kiosk thing, but it could work sooooo much better. Why didn't they just bring it to us like they said they would??? Also, is there a way to expedite getting your drink cups if you order through kiosk? Or do you have to wait until the rest of your order comes? (In our case, that would have been never!) read more

I loathe McDonalds and refuse to eat their food. However, I've stopped here many times for convenience of family members and it's always a revolting disappointment. This restaurant is consistently dirty with overflowing trash, unkept floors, messy drink station, smudged windows, and flies. One late evening visit the drive through was packed, both lanes, so I park and go inside. Big mistake. I would have been better off not seeing the horror. The food prep time was slow (10 min for fries). I observed a cook touch food with their bare hands, another employee did not have proper fitting pants, and local patrons causing a loud ruckus. The whole scene was justification for this place being on my permanent boycott list. Another late evening visit I wait 10 minutes in the drive through to order McFlurries, only to be told, "Sorry, the machine is down." Never again! The cashier THREW MY FOOD at me. The order was wrong, as my wife and I picked it up. Headed to Monticello to the drive in, so we were rushed. When we checked my food right before we left the parking lot, we noticed that my burgers were prepared incorrectly. We drove to the back of the line and when the first window opened up we drove up to it. I placed the bag in the window and asked them to give me the correct order. She told me that they handle that at the next window, and I told her that those weren't my burgers and I would like my burgers. I put the car into first gear and started to drive away and she told me that she couldn't take the burgers and literally threw them at the passenger side window. Eventually, the manager did take my burgers and give me new ones. I asked her what would be done with the employee and she told me that they would be written up. I asked her if there was anything else she would do, and she said no. I asked for a letter of apology or a coupon and she told me that her apology was good enough. Is it though? read more

We came by here because we were camping and it was pouring rain so we were unable to cook breakfast. I'm not sure how hard it can be to understand a McDouble extra onion is to process, but given the three attempts before getting it right, I'm assuming it's a toughie. I went threw the drive thru and it's a double. The staff was nice and quick. Pay at the first window and food quickly at the second. It seemed clean from what I could see and the second window staff actually smiled at me and said like nicely have a good day. It just seemed more genuine and less like they hated their life like most fast food places can be. I've worked food... I understand it can be less than fun and exhausting too but in drive thru the people only see you for hopefully a few minutes.. You are the only impression of the establishment so seriously relax and smile for a second. This was a nice experience. read more

McDonald's is what it is, a fast food joint not a fancy place. It is nice inside and has a nice play area for kids but sometimes can be very loud from the echoing. Prices are what you expect but service can be slow at times. Great place just to let kids play awhile and then get some food. Good location. read more
