Not to mention there isn't that much for quality here, The Eleventh House has been and still is the official standard in the area for bean counters, according to all my coffee snobs. Sacred Grounds, Fuel, Star City, Indie Coffee Roasters, and even Vienna are superior across the board for consistency, rewards, pricing, variety, and even just accessible parking and space. I anticipate I'll get another curious response from management for this but really want to see no reply until I can come here and enjoy Greyhouse like any other typical java joint I've been to and want to try again and again.

I don't think this location serves crepes and other food items unlike the bigger location, which is fine as a drink is enough for my study needs. I came in the morning to order a latte and finish some work, and the environment was so comforting. The ambience made me calm and focused, perfect for a study space. It was quite early so not many people were inside, which was nice as it made it wasy to find seating. I ordered the London Fog Latte Iced (it was so hot this morning) in regular size. The staff were friendly and my drink was made instantly! Such fast service :) I found a table to sit and study at. My latte was SO DELICIOUS!! I love how I could really taste the tea flavor, unlike other places that drown out the tea with lots of milk. The London Fog was silky and rich with the early grey tea flavor. Totally will come back again to try the other drinks.

I usually make my own coffee at home, but there are times when I am pressed for time and order ahead at my nearby Starbucks before heading to work or elsewhere. This Starbucks, closest to me, has always delivered. Every single time I've ordered it's been ready in the allotted time, which allows me to get going to my destination without missing a beat. Additionally, I've met friends there a few times for a cup and the atmosphere has been terrific. The staff is friendly and it's a nice respite when I get a chance to slow down for a brief moment.

There are also bar height tables and regular tables plus a long table for groups. Overall it just seems more light and roomier than older Starbucks. The new staff did well. My creme brulee latte with coconut milk was fair priced and tasty but really wish they'd make their own syrups like Eleventh House and Indie Coffee to provide that bouncy flair of real texture and tastes. I would love to see more places make their own syrups to better balance sweet and reduce the huge sugar rush of beverages.
