I've been here a bunch and am not usually disappointed. The orders are accurate about 80% of the time and the billing maybe 90% The food does take a bit to arrive but they have a somewhat large menu. I was a little annoyed as last time they made the wrong frozen custard and we pointed it out and showed them the receipt they took it back instead of asking if they could add Oreo to it to match it match our better or if we wanted to keep it anyway and give us the right one after we already waited a while but maybe the staff gets to eat it. Also, if you aren't using promotions or coupons this place can be a little pricey for the adult meals anyway. The kids meals' are around $7 after tax and come with a butter burger, tenders, or corn dog (their corn dogs aren't great in my opinion) with fries, drink, and frozen custard. *The food ordered was totally disappointing and misleading as far as the salad ordered. The advertisement displayed a beautiful picture of a rich, dark, green, colorful salad leaves , Beautiful red strawberries, tomatoes, and brown pecans. The salad received had white, gray, yellow lettuce, not even the same type of lettuce leaves advertise in the menu. It was the lower portion of chopped up iceberg lettuce instead. The order pick up service was good.. but upon discovering being deceived by the advertisement, the salad had to be returned along with the incorrect side order not in the bag as well. The supervisor was not sure or experienced enough to handle the problem.. The manager came over to take over & was showing an unprofessional way of dealing with the situation. He was being way too far way too loud.. do I had to ask him what was his name? He said Adam. I explained to him that I didn't want to get into an argument or debate about the situation. I asked him what was the problem and he stated that I shouldn't have came and held up his drive-through line. I should've parked my car and came in on the inside. And I explained to him I ordered through the drive-through so I came back to the drive-through because it was a drive-through situation. He decided that he would give me a refund with no smile no politeness no courtesy no apologies. Despite my effort to de-escalate the situation the entire time. Adam explained that he couldn't take the food back and he doesn't care what I do with it. I could take it and throw it in the trashcan up ahead as far as he care pretty much using the same words.(with an unprofessional tone and attitude.) Not a good experience. Our family ate this location on July 19, 2025. Was given a single butter burger when we had ordered a double. We didn't realize the mistake until after my son had taken a few bites out of the burger. We brought the receipt and incorrect burger to the counter, the manager insisted that we open the burger and inspected it for the missing patty and gave a huge amount of attitude when doing so. Eventually she VERY reluctantly provided an additional patty and continued to make it clear that we were inconveniencing her. The remainder of the staff was cordial but the manager soured this experience and no one on staff ever apologized for the error. We were visiting from out of town, spent $60 on dinner here, and wish we had spent our time and money elsewhere. Do not recommend. read more

I am not a big fast food fan but Culver's is my secret guilty pleasure. This location is always busy but I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my food. The order is always correct, employees are always polite. I love that my food always comes piping hot. And I also love the ice cream flavor of the day concept! I will most definitely be back and will recommend this place. read more

Was just in on tuesday night. I was treated AWFUL. I love Culvers but this was just unacceptable. I walked in to order and a worker by the name of jake? tall, fat, and blonde was rude and had an attitude. He proceeded to make racist remarks after I ordered and thought i was out of earshot. as well as smoking while on the job and talking inappropriately with coworkers. safe to say I will not be returning. From the terrible customer service to the absolute cheapness of the owner Adam who is afraid to give away anything! I ordered a hamburger well done. I tell the kid who took my order that I'd wait patiently for it. I wait 15 minutes. The burger was cold!!! Omg! A simple request could not be fulfilled. I guess cooking burgers is a science and extremely difficult task to accomplish. So I called the manager who was the owner and complained. He then mailed me coupons but when I tried using them the meal somehow ended up costing me a lot more! They work it so it ends up this way. They're so afraid to provide you with good service and good food to replace the meal ya paid for after they messed up the order! Incredibly frustrating! The place is relatively clean but the food lacks. With so many other fast food burger places why would you dine at an establishment where your unappreciated? Unfortunately I don't recommend this particular Culver's. That's a hard no from me. You've been warned folks! read more

I ordered a kids meal and 8 piece tenders, I asked for ranch and bbq and I only got one of each my food was really really greasy. I went in to ask for Extra sauces and I go up to the register the guy greeted me and I proceed to ask for my sauces and he says " im going to have to charge you for a couple of them because they're pretty big containers. I worked at Culvers for 5 years never did I hear I'm going to charge you for the sauces that you ask for I was upset because I've gone to many Culvers and none of them have said that to me. read more

This location never disappoints! All the workers are super nice and food is made fresh to order. Wait is never too long unless it's dinner peak (6-7pm) but that's understandable! I live close by and come often, will keep visiting too read more
