I then asked if they could honor it anyway since he could clearly see it on my phone, the answer was still no. You'd think for customer retention and satisfaction, they'd try to find a solution to using the coupon. Ordering through the app was not an option as this location doesn't take mobile orders. No alternative was offered, just a nope to the coupon use. It's unfortunate and honestly frustrating. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be returning to this location solely based on this experience today.
