Honestly a very pleasant experience if you hold your expectations to a reasonable level. To avoid long waits we ordered online for in store pick up which I think is key as the drive thru line is always several cars long. We scheduled our order and it was ready by the time we arrived. I simply walked up to the counter and they handed it to me after making my drinks fresh. A pretty painless experience overall. I go to order on the app so my buddy could order through the drive thru and we could grab both. the second I go to load up the app, I come to find out that they discontinued my FAVORITE item. This location use to be my favorite and the its all bad vibes. The service is so poor and they purposely dont give receipts so they cant be held accountable. I had wanted to get lunch with my niece cause she loves T-bell. I'm on a tight budget currently so I looked up different combos online. I found the meal for 2 and literally googled to make sure it was also available in person, not just through an app. I got there and when I asked the DT person told me they didn't have it in an unnecessarily rude manner. I have been to this location many times, most of the time they get 3 stars or more, but lately the service is awful and the food is horribly put together. It's fast food, I get it, but it's also simple as heck to do properly. Take some pride in what you do regardless of what it is, makes life better for you and me. Here are two separate potato tacos (I only ordered one but again they messed up and added two which I paid for). There is barely enough potato to make one taco out of the two together. Pathetic. Was genuinely disappointed with recent takeout order. Got a couple beef supreme crunch wraps and a couple of the new steak white hot ranch fries. In the past, the crunch wraps have been great. The two tonight, not even a 1/2 inch thick. Little meat, next to no lettuce, and mostly tomato bits. Very sub-standard compared to all I've had before. TV ads for the steak ranch fries looked interesting, so got two orders. Never again. Fool me once kind of thing. Came in paper Mexican pizza box, not the larger plastic container in the menu. Had 3 small slices of beef about 1 1/2 inches long. Rest of beef on the fries was tiny scraps. And less total fries in this than the normal side box of fries. Very disappointing. Bad enough a new tease item isn't 'all that'. But most disappointing was how poorly made the crunch wraps were. read more

It's hit or miss here. From what I've seen, you're better off going here during busier times than slower times. At slower times, after dinner rush, anything might happen. You might end up fine, getting the food that you ordered in good time, but at other times, you might get the wrong food and then have to wait an unpredictable while to get the right food. Well, we frequent this drive thru because my partner is addicted to cheese and Taco Bell is probably the best fast food to get vegan. Would I drive out of my way to eat here? No. Is it so awful that I'd drive to a different location..? Not yet. They haven't messed up my cheese less and sour cream less burrito yet as others have but they have messed up some other minor things. The past 3 times we've ordered from outside the employee can't hear us because there's so much noise from other employees horsing around. We often here "HUH?" They screwed up almost everything about our order. :( We asked for a $5 cravings deal with Mt. Dew, 2 regular double deckers with no sour cream, fiesta potatoes, and a Doritos locos Taco. What we got was 2 double deckers with sour cream, watery Mt. Dew (their soda machine was empty and no one bothered to refill it, so the pop was just pale carbonated water), no Doritos locos Taco... and the box combo had no regular taco that comes with it, but what's this? An impostor? The missing Doritos locos taco, tucked unassumingly in the $5 box?? We shared it. The burrito in the box combo was also skimpy and thin and sad and I felt bereft of my regular taco. The only thing they got right was the fiesta potatoes. Taco Bell is still lit af, but I think the employees are smoking some of the crack that they put in the food to make it so delicious. The online ordering wasn't working (which may not have been employees fault), but they were quite rude about it when i went specifically to get a quesarito. I had an entire online order filled out for $8 and when I ordered I ended up spending $16. My order was incorrect with too much food so I bought more than I wanted. I havent been to taco bell in a while and today we decided to go back and we ordered food and more than half of our order was missing, we paid for all of the food on the reciept and we didnt recieve a steak quesadilla, tacos, and some burritos, now I understand when it gets busy but it was not just more than one menu item missing. The Nacho Fries are AH-MAY-ZING! Sure, Taco Bell is a little late to the fry game (which they fully admit), but the wait was well worth it. The fries are perfectly seasoned and are delicious in their standard order (with a side of nacho cheese) or in their Supreme form (topped with sour cream, nacho cheese, tomatoes, and ground beef). I've never had a more frustrating experience than I did here on Monday night. I placed an online order for 3 party boxes (36 tacos) to be picked up at 7:30pm this past Monday. When I arrived, there were no customers in the store and only 2 cars in the drive-thru. Once inside, the workers just glanced at me and went back to work and it took over 5 minutes for someone to come up to the counter to ask what I needed. When I told them I was there to pickup my online order, I was told "Yea that's going to be a little bit. We'll call your name when it's done." I then heard the lady say to another employee they had to START on my order. I waited for over 15 minutes for them to make my order, even though I had placed it over 45 minutes in advance, and ended up being late to the event I was attending because of it. This Taco Bell almost always gets my friends and my order wrong or cuts me short on my food during the weekend. I say no cheese and there's cheese on my tacos. I ask for potato bites, and the bags are filled 1/4 of the way. They're also super slow?? Today, I ordered from the drive thru and they did it again. When I went in to tell them that the bags of potatoes were barely filled, a worker sassed me and then still filled them up less than halfway.
