I had to try the mashed potatoes! Not bad!
    Anthony M.

GETTING MASHED I always go for the onion rings as a side but they are like 10,000 calories. I'm exaggerating but it feels like it. I was standing at the board and I wanted a side for my deluxe Culver's burger and then I saw it. 130 calories for mashed potatoes with gravy! What? I can handle that caloric hit. So I got mashed at Culver's and they were good. Then on the walk out I decided to look at the board again because I was like what does their mash go with. Then I saw a walleye dinner and was sad I didn't order that. Walleye at a fast food restaurant. What? Even McIcky can't compete with this kind of quality fish. The McIcky mystery white fish probably never swam in water! That's part of the mystery. The mashed potatoes at Culver's were good and yes I'd order them again. Was it a perfect pairing for my burger? Nope but it saved me about 500 calories which helps when sitting in a car for a ten hour road trip. The burger was cooked perfect. Typically it always is a hit. They get that perfect meat caramelization with the butter on the flat top. I usually get grilled onions but opted to get the raw purple onion instead. The raw offers a nice crunch. I'm thinking I might ask for both types of onion next time. Double onion me Culver's! As we were walking, out our coworker was teasing us through the window with his custard delight, so we decided to match his move and we got our own custard for the ride too. I was a little let down because mine wasn't as full to the top, while my coworkers was. It was like someone too a giant bite out of mine. I hate that when the consistency is lacking. Oh well! The burger was fantastic and that's why I'm really here. Culver's is always a great stop, while on a road trip. It's fresh, hot and tasty. Will you get mashed at your next Culver's stop? Why not? Mix it up!

I don't know why but the name concrete mixer put me off a little bit and it didn't look that appetizing but it was great.

They have a kiosk you can order from or a counter service option as well. Decoration is modern with lots of natural colors and elements like plants. They had board games and books available for customers as well! My only qualm (which is really only relevant to a small percentage of people) is that a lot of their ice cream flavors have bananas, which I'm allergic to. Still had lots of other options to choose from.

From entering the store to getting our ice cream, the wait was over 45 minutes. There's a sign saying to "skip the line" at the cash register and order at the kiosk. However, the only line was at the kiosk. It appeared the workers were very busy and overworked and thus not operating the cash register. It made the ordering process verrrrrry slow waiting in the kiosk line. There was no "welcome!" or friendly service or any recognition at all honestly which made me sad, but I tipped none the less. I imagine if this was someone's first time at a rolled ice cream or boba shop, it can be overwhelming and confusing and it's helpful if the workers are friendly and helpful. Our food items were decent, the Thai Tea rolled ice cream is pictured as having different colored rolled ice cream which is why my daughter chose it but it came with just one: orange.

Review Visit: May 12th, 2015…read more I'm still salty about this place. Why am I salty about Freddy's? It's not that I had bad service or anything like that. It's just all that I could taste when I ate my food. I wasn't even sure if I was going to visit Freddy's since it is more of a chain than a locally-owned place and the latter is more of my focus for my Travel List. It's a small chain with rare locations for my area, so I figured "why not". Freddy's was unique yet all-too-familiar upon entering. It's your standard fast food eatery where you place your order at the counter and wait for it to be brought to your table or you pick it up at the counter. My girlfriend and I were rather hungry, so we ordered a lot of food. Something that can be a bit risky if it's a new place that neither of you have been to. I ordered a burger, a hot dog and some fries. The fries are just like the ones you get at Steak N Shake. Actually, if you took S'n'S, made it red/white themed and made it more fast food orientated, you would have Freddy's. We wasted no time chowing down the food. I ate the hot dog first and it was okay. It was good but the flavor was a bit overpowered by the salt in the dog, bread, and toppings. Then I moved on to the burger (while munching on the fries in-between everything). The fries themselves, I hated. They were good on their own as most french fries are. Its just something about thin-cut fries that makes me angry. Drop some normal-sized fries or steakhouse fries in front of me and you have a happy blogger. But, that's just a personal preference. Again, the fries themselves were fine despite their lack of size. Where was I? Oh. The burger. The burger suffered the same fate as the hot dog. It was pure salt. It's as if they took the salt they normally sprinkle on the fries and sprinkled it on the burger and dog instead. This lead to some mild discomfort after the meal, if you can imagine that. The bloat was real. For it being a simple combo meal, it was alright when it came to the value. A simple burger, a hot dog, fries, and a drink should fill most everyone up. They have other combo meals should you not be a fan of hot dogs or burgers. I would visit a Freddy's again if I was with someone who had never been before. I'm always for second chances. I would make sure to get a water with my meal to help my body deal with the potential sodium overload that was being cooked for me.

The customer service at this location isn't the best and that is a shame. It was my first time coming to this location and I walked inside. I didn't know they weren't open on the inside until I walked in and they got mad that someone didn't lock the door. Not like it was my fault maybe they should also have a sign on the door explaining that. The drive thru was incredibly long so of course I opted to go inside. On top of that, I made a mobile order and it told me to pick up inside. Didn't even give me an option to pick up through drive thru. Gave me massive anxiety and already made me never want to go back there again.

And as for the food its disgusting, my Cheese burger was microwaved to be reheated and tuff as can be, mentioned to the girl that waited on us she says that's the cooks fault it's not mine, really? The Cheeseburger looked liked slop. Manager needs to step up to the plate and get their employees some training how to do things, or find a new job. Owner should be notified. Dairy Queen went down hill workers don't care, I had to give it a one star cause it wouldn't let me give a negative star. D. H.

The vanilla cupcake had grainy frosting where the sugar had not been properly creamed into the butter or fat and it was too sweet. It actually made me cough from how the sugar hit the back of my throat. The cake was very light, but nothing tasted like vanilla. It tasted like sugar and air. There was also entirely too much frosting for the density and size of the cupcake, and I say that as a person who usually loves frosting. The vanilla cupcake was both soft /falling apart and slightly overcooked at the same time. The red velvet was more balanced in flavor. However, it had the same sugary buttercream as the vanilla instead of the traditional cream cheese that one would expect with a red velvet cake and that frosting made it just too sugary to eat. The texture of the red velvet cupcake was better than the vanilla, though a bit too dry. I'm not sure what the people who gave this high reviews eight or what their exposure to food is, but this definitely did not do it for us.
