I had the Culver's deluxe it was very yummy food was awesome the people were very friendly a great place to take your family

Service is pathetic! Every time we come service is slow and food is cold. This will definitely be the last time we come to this Culvers!!

Regardless of which location this is just McDonalds with an emphasis on chicken. They send through email 2 for 1 on a regular basis so if you pay full price you're paying twice what others pay. Just nothing special read more

Excited to try but was disappointed. Menu is an eyesore and has just too many choices. Had a frisco melt and signature butter burger and although not bad wasn't to memorable. Crinkle fries were tasty but cheese curds had more batter than actual cheese. I thought the custard was right on par with other local places. Seems the burger/fries/custard places are en vogue but I'll make my way over to Freddy's on SR 70 where they have a simpler more cohesive menu and food is always spot on. read more

I've only been to Culvers up north, so I was pretty excited to see there was a location near the SRQ airport. It's just as amazing as every Culvers I've been to, delicious butter burgers, cheese curds, and custard. read more

We've been here repeatedly and I am thoroughly frustrated by the poor management and lackadaisical staff. Who owns this place and why can't they find good managers and people who care at all about their job? Food prep always takes forever and the workers seem thoroughly disinterested in providing prompt service. Your time and money are best spent elsewhere. read more

They actually burned my food here and then gave the excuse that it was cooked with an automatic timer. Give me a break. More than a timer can go wrong in a cooking process, say, like, the temperature of the fryer (check that thermostat lately?) Burned is burned. I've never been so disappointed in a Culver's experience as I was at this one. read more

I've tried them twice. Both and lunch time, both at drive thru. I'm not impressed. First time, I got the fish sandwhcih, it was cold and super greasy. Not good. Today, ordered a deluxe that came out with only cheese. Sent it back and received a cold hard as a rock burger. It will be a while before I head back. A long while. read more

I have been twice. I think the fried chicken is better than the burger, but I don't really like Steak & Shake, which is what it reminded me of; however, I love crinkle cut French fries!! The mushroom Swiss burger I had was really good, but I like Five Guys better. It's just a personal preference. read more

Friendly, fresh, good food! Never had a bad meal and it's always been under 10 min of a wait not too long. I do wish they had coffee though!

Good variety of food, hot and prepared fresh. The extra 5 minute wait is well worth it, especially when you take that first bite of your sammich! Excellent deserts with the accent on frozen CUSTARD, which is waaaaay better that ice cream and fro yo. It seems to be staffed with nice people who are eager with their customer service. I had high hopes as I walked in for the first time. I ordered the deluxe bacon cheese burger meal with a strawberry/ banana shake. The shake came out way before the meal and tasted pretty good. When the ealing finally came out there was no lettuce tomato or onion. Just bacon. So I returned it. This time no bacon. 3rd time got it right but there's almost no burger. It's so thin you can't taste it. I'm disappointed mostly because I know I won't go back and try the rest of the menu. I went to Culvers in Sarasota FL. for the first time today with my son. Was really busy, but the girl at the register was nice. Alexis took my order, gave me a number, and told me that someone would bring our food to our table. We waited, and waited. They brought one meal, the wrong meal. Then when I went back to the counter to tell Alexis, she tried to get our order out again. After we waited again for another 15 mins. I went back to Alexis, she said she was sorry again. She said she would bring it to us personally. I told her if it was ready I would take it to go. It was only 2 burgers and cheese curds. Nothing complicated. After standing waiting for another 10 mins. I asked for the mgr. and told what was happening and I just wanted my money back. While waiting for him to do the refund, I witnessed Alexis trying to get my order, which the got wrong again. The mgr. said he was sorry and told me that the food was being bagged if I want it anyway!!! Unbelieveable!!! Was told that they were training another crew and there was just to many people behind the counter. Not good for the visiting crew to properly get training they will need to be sucessful! Food is good but my order is ALWAYS wrong when I go though the drive thru. My advice is to go in to order. Always spot on.

Had a poor experience about a month ago with them messing up our whole order. Employees were very rude. Contacted manager and she sent me four free coupons for sundaes. Tonight went in with two of those free coupons. My son asked for caramel syrup and nuts on one of the sundaes. The very rude male employee told him he had to pay $1 for the nuts. So, my son said he would just take the caramel syrup and the employee said, "Oh, that is an extra $1 too. Really? The sundaes come with ANY two toppings. The evening employees here are horrible. Rude. We will be going to the one on 70 from now on. They need some decent management for this one. read more

I ordered a single hamburger and fries. I waited 25 minutes and watched other cars pull up and drive off with food. I finally had to holler at a worker bringing food out to other cars to go check on my order. Another girl comes out and asked me if I hadn't received my order yet? I took this as they lost my order. Great food! Prices aren't that bad and you have some much to pick from. The wait wasn't to long but not like most fast food places. If you don't want to wait up to twenty minutes then not a place for you. Very clean and really nice people. Going back for sure. read more

I don't know why everyone raves about Culvers. Our first experience will be our last. The person taking orders did not appear to have been trained, she kept asking for help. Not a good first impression. They tell you that burgers are made to order but apparently it is how they want it not how you order it. One burger had hardly any lettuce, just a pinch it barely extended past the one pickle slice. The only way you knew it had ketchup or mustard was the color when I looked to see if they added lettuce, not enough to taste. The burger was so overdone it was a crispy disk with no flavor. All you could taste was the bun. The other one was a cheeseburger also extremely overdone and crispy. In addition they forgot lettuce, and mayo, but instead they decided it should come with mustard. They put the mustard under the cheese. Had to spit it out and could not eat it due to the mustard. The chocolate malt had a faint flavor of malt, and the onion rings were also overdone. Last but not least this bad meal was overpriced! We don't eat based on price, and do not mind paying for a good meal. This was not worth it. read more

I ordered a vanilla concrete mixer with Reese's cup...sounds good right? This was a busy Saturday afternoon. With multiple ice cream orders confusing the teen staff member I watched the worker pick up a spoon and sample all 3 USING the same spoon, gross. The other orders had another workers dirty apron rub across them. When I asked for my money back the manager wanted to argue with me about what I and the other customers saw. Person taking our order didn't understand what the menu said, when we got our concretes the toppings were switched, and when they had our food the person who had given us our concretes took away our number so she walked around us multiple times as I tried to wave her over to get our food. I came for a burger saw everything said BUTTERburger and ended up getting the fried chicken. They did apologize and fix their mistakes. read more

I can't believe some of the other Culver's reviews, I've been there a few times and it is delicious. You might have to wait a min longer than other fast food places but that is because the food is always made fresh, and they are really busy.
