The only good thing to say was the Restaurant was clean. I ordered a one scoop ice cream on a cake cone and what I got was a watermelon scoop size. Went here on the recommendation of the hotel down the street. Decided to go through the drive-thru. I hate drive-thru's because they always ask you to pull ahead....if I wanted to wait I would've gone inside, I was asked "to pull ahead" The menu can be a bit overwhelming from chicken tenders to a pot roast sandwich they seem to sell it all. I went with the Buffalo Chicken Tenders and an order of Crinkle Fires. Both very tasty and the $ piece tender order left me wishing they offered a 6 piece. Trash location. Extremely rude employees. They make the orders in whatever order they want leading to people getting upset while waiting in the parking lot for 20-30 mins. The girls working out front have incredibly bad attitudes and treat patrons w zero respect. Almost two years since they've opened and their service is horrible. I dined in with my family on a very slow Sunday and it took them almost 30 mins all together to get fries and ice cream. As much as I originally loved it when they opened I definitely won't be returning as their customer service has gone to crap and management seems ok with it. Save your money. Service is SUPER SLOW, for no reason. We stopped by for a frozen custard treat, there were only 3 cars in the lot when we arrived but it took them almost 15 minutes to get 2 sundaes, 1 concrete & 1 bowl of custard! I wouldn't have minded the wait if our custard was freshly made, but apparently our custard sat inside for a bit before they finally decided to bring it out to us & was melting when we got it. The "concrete" was more like a milk shake & the bowl of custard & our sundaes were soupy before we got home (we live less than a mile away). Have had the burgers, fries, coleslaw, onion rings on multiple occasions. Order and eat inside, and their unique take out. All in all I give Culvers top ratings for service and food. I rate their Butter Burgers as the best I've had. Now, let me be clear. I like the thinner burger, not the half pound monsters that most places serve these days. But compared to Five Guys, Cheeburger, and similar burger joints, it's tops in my book. I'm told they make orders when ordered so it takes a bit longer but not much. I would check your receipts. Went this afternoon ordered 2 fried chicken sandwiches and 2 orders of fries. On the menu the sandwiches were $4.89 each - they charged me $4.99 each. Mentioned it to the girl at the drive-through and she said it was because of the tax. I explained the pricing and she just yelled for a manager and closed the window. 5 minutes later the girl which I assume was a manager came to the window and asked what was wrong. I explained it to her and she closed the window and it looked like she went up front to see the menu. She came back typed some things into the register and opened the window and gave a new total and my change and told me to drive up. No apologizes or my bad or something. I get the food quickly and drive away. Big mistake because I get back to my office and no fries. Not happy at all. I guess I confused them when calling them out for trying to rip people off and they missed the fries. So to save my $0.20 I lose $4.38 + tax. Called them right away and the manager said she was aware and would send me 2 free meals. Wow - 2 free meals. We have gone there for the past few months and gotten the same sandwiches. This is one of the times when a class action case is brought up because overpaying is not cool. read more

I love Culver's I've never been disappointed at any of the multiple locations I've been to across the country. Cheese curds are by far my favorite thing on the menu no matter what meal I'm getting I have to get a side of fried chess curds. I'm not a huge fan of burgers in general, but I loves a butter burger. My husband loves that we can come here and he can get a top notch burger and I can get something else just as delicious when I'm not in the mood for a burger. Their chicken sandwiches are great and they even have plated dinners that aren't bad at all. read more

Very very well trained and wonderful staff. Pretty typical fast good place with an extended menu which includes shaved prime rib sandwich, fish and chips, chicken, burgers. Custard of the day and sundaes. The buns were outstanding, hamburgers pretty good, good onion rings. You order and they bring out your food. They apparently lost our order but the staff was on top of it and got it sorted out quickly without us saying a word. They comped us two dinners for our inconvenience which was great but not necessary. This place really aims to please. Worth a try. read more

Being from the Midwest I'm very familiar with Culver's & it's great reputation. I've never had bad food there until today. While my burger tasted like the authentic Culver's deliciousness my french fries were horrible. It was as if they were cooked in old frying oil & maybe even reheated in oil because the oil was oozing out of them. I was so disappointed. I'm hoping today was just an off day. Have visited Culvers in Dallas and liked it then and love it now. Order at the counter and your food is brought out with-in minutes ala In-N-Out Burger. The DeLuxe ButterBurger is a made to order burger with that flavorful diner grill taste. Excellent fries even though they serve crinkle cut style. They offer a broad menu; a Reuben, prime rib, pork tenderloin, fish and pot roast sandwiches along with cheese curds that point to their mid America roots. They are well known for their frozen custard, but I have to draw the line somewhere. Clean, comfortable and well run with visible on site managers. read more

Onion rings so saturated in oil you could squish it out. Fries were ok. Took 20 minutes to get our order which was inedible. Place looked clean, employees very friendly and nice; gave us a free meal ticket for next time but not looking forward to ever returning. That inedible cold burger was over $3???? Not worth $1.
