Really rough start on my 4th visit to the restaurant the line was 15 mins each pass through, because customers didnt understand to pull up far enough. They have gotten our orders wrong twice now out of these 4 visits. Today I ordered 2 cheese curds and a scoop. Check my bag as Im leaving, only 1 curd, so I called to try and resolve it quickly. Order arrived missing the bacon and grilled onions. Returned and got raw onion and no bacon still. Returned and was corrected this 3rd time with an apology. As I mentioned, I gave them another chance at a less busy time. Well I got the same results. Cold, paper thin burger. Except this time, there was about 5 shreds of lettuce on my burger. 1 of the 5 pieces was turning black. The onion was missing. I don't understand what's so hard about reading. Cheese curds.. butter burgers.. crinkle fries.. and frozen custard!! How can anyone resist?? I decided to visit Culver's on the second day of the grand opening. I received my food within 15 minutes. On my second visit, I ordered a pot roast dinner. It took a lot longer than I expected(about 25-30mins). However, the food made up for the wait time. What a waste of money. Every time I go in I order a lemon ice cooler and every time I get it it is different. Today it was so dry it was actually undrinkable. I also ordered the cod fish sandwich. When it came I had one tiny little strip 1 inch wide of cod, lettuce and mayonnaise. That's it. The rest was just bun . And they charge a fortune for the sandwiches. I have been here many times but I won't be back. Pay that much for one little strip of a fish stick and they can't even get their drinks right. No thank you. $10 down the drain. read more

This restaurant has one of the best burgers I've had in town! The only downside is that I have a shellfish allergy and although they do keep things separate when they fry them it is all drained and reuse together. So they cannot guarantee you that you can eat fries without having an allergic reaction. So that was disappointing. But they suggested mashed potatoes and gravy instead. The mashed potatoes are without very much flavor. But, I will still come back because the burger is absolutely awesome!! read more

It is a shame that a food chain like Culvers cannot get there act together. 50 % of the time you will have a long wait. Just tonight I went to get a couple of concretes. Order went in at 10 till 7. At 7:10. Order still not delivered to vechicle. I drove back thru line to get my money back.. Got money back but can say I will never be back. The food is good but the service and wait time is terrible. It is not an isolated instance, it is always. I travel alot and other Culvers don't make you wait but this store from week one has been terrible. I am just telling this for those who dont have time. read more

It was our first time trying Culver's. The service was friendly, but the food was nothing special. I had the mushroom swiss burger and it really didn't have much flavor. My husband had a bacon burger and he said it was just okay. The burgers are very greasy. The fries were good. We also had cheese curds, which were good, but was disappointed that they don't give you any type of sauce to dip them in. We spent $25 for lunch, and feel it wasn't worth it. We could go somewhere else and get a much better burger for less money! I do want to return to try their custard, but wouldn't go back for a burger. read more

I have been to this location three times and the staff is rude and when they messed up my order twice. The first time, they forgot our onion rings and when I went inside to inform them, they demanded that I went back and got my bag to prove to them that I wasn't lying. What kind of restaurant does that? And then the second time I ordered a lemon ice cooler and they gave us the lemon ice smoothie. Waited over 30 minutes after I paid for my food. Had a number hanging from my door the entire time and 7 people got served before I did. I ordered the simplest menu item and still couldn't get my one food item out to me in under 30 minutes. I'm a regular customer and this is just crazy to me. This place struggled getting my food and ice cream orders correct. A double hamburger is in price only, the meat was ridiculously thin, and was maybe 1/4 lb of meat if that. I asked for a 2 scoop banana split with vanilla only to receive chocolate... 2 strikes right off the bat for my first time, and I will not return. Went for the custard right after they opened was ok.. no earth shattering or anything. Tried the burger a few days later for lunch. Was very disappointed. My burger was stone cold and little to no taste. No much difference between this burger and another burger chain. For $5.89 I just got the burger. It was the build a burger. I'll try it one more time and something else on the menu. So far I'm not impressed. Just another drive through like the other chains. read more

Well tAlk about a let down. Been hearing about their butter burgers for years what I got was a 1/8" thick burger friend to death. It was the same story on all 4burgersthe2 origa l butter burgers and 2 deluxe. Now I know why it took over 15 minutes to deliver they were frying the burgers to death. I have had butter burgers from small mom and I places in the midwest that were delicious and satisfying. Culvers delivered a wonderfully dressed bun for each burger with everything but the main ingredient wonderful. Drive up experience with staff was a 3 on a 1-10 scale 10 being best. Took two employees to bring out my burgers fries and curds. Recommend hospital burgers over theirs unless you have a thing for half thick burgers friend to death. Overall experience only a 4. Would recommend Checkeds down on corner of Davis much better burger and service. Disappointed in a $25.52 meal of 4 burgers 1 order of fries and 1 order of curds. Piss pour. read more

Ok l have been here a few times not one time have i got a correct order not once now this last and will be the last time i got a mushroom swiss burger and no mushrooms on it what is going on then my triple bacon cheese burger was a single hard cold patty and completely dried out. Also it doesn't take a manager and 4 employees round one register to put a order in and three at another station while your runners are standing watching the expo person watching the Manger and his little group... damn if it doesn't have to do with you do your job don't let food sit in the window and if expo can't do two things at once get out of the window and let the runners fill the orders you been open long enough DO YOUR DAMN JOB AND DO IT RIGHT!!! Next time i will surprise you all when i come in at lunch in the drive up and sit and take temp of all my food and count everything out oh one thing wrong you will give me my money back and i won't be moving my car till it's right or i have my money read more

I love me some Culver's but this new locations workers seem to be having a hard time during its start up here in Pensacola. The first time I went through the drive thru (excited as ever to finally order some cheese curds might I add!) I was asked to pull forward to wait for my medium curds, no big deal.. I waited close to 20 minutes and watched 3 cars that were behind me pass by getting their orders. Finally I parked the car went inside and was ignored for another 5 minutes until (what I think was a manager) noticed me standing there upset with receipt and order number in hand. She looked up at their order board, yelled at the workers to bring out my curds immediately because she knew I was an order from the drive thru. When I was finally handed my curds, there was no apology for waiting or anything.. But I did get a have a good night. I've been back 3 times since because I love their cheese curds and custard but now I know if it's real busy, to expect the worst. Good food, not the best service. read more

Not impressed at all with the new Culver's on Bayou Blvd. The food is good; the burgers, fries and custard are really tasty. However, the customer service there is not good at all. Very poorly trained cashiers, the tables and floor are not clean or swept and there are way too many employees eating at tables while they are on break when paying customers are waiting. Culver's is right across the street from where I live, and thus very convenient, but I won't be going back. I've been there on five different occasions and apart from my visit the day the restaurant opened the customer service has been severely lacking. I'll just go to Chic-Fill-A where the employees are excellent and next door to Baskin Robbins when I get the urge for something sweet. Its too bad because I was really looking forward to Culver's before it opened but the multiple really poor experiences that I have had there have completely turned me off to this restaurant and I won't be returning. read more
