Ummmm clean but it's just another burger joint. Not our choice ever. Clean. Good service but nothing special. read more

The cheddar butter burger was perfect. It was juicy and the bun was toasted and soft! The butter burger kids meal was the perfect t size for our picky eater. The chicken salad was plain but fresh! The chicken was very tender and flavorful. Check out their " flavor of the day" ice cream choices! I went with a standard cookie and cream shake. It did not disappoint! read more

Culver's - Cashew chicken salad! - Burgers Near Me - Parker, Colorado

Although they have the mom and pop touch, this location couldn't complete any of my requests. I received a "unable, can't do, no," for all simple requests. They don't have any Fry Sauce--- either the girl who took my order is new or they discontinued it. When they offered me a Southwest Chipotle Ranch sauce and Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Sauce. I took it, but after swiping my card, they then told me the sauces costed 75. Cents each? This made me have to swipe my card again. That's bull--- Are you crazy?!!! I also requested a Bonfire S'mores Sundae and saw on their screen that they have a Georgia Peach Sundae as their daily special. But the other Culver's Location in Westminster never denied to make me this Sundae. Why the hell does it have to be Georgia Peach? If they're enforcing this, why not just delete and forget all the other flavors they ever invented??? Why show all these flavors on their websites and deny making me a Sundae? This location says no to everything it's pretty damn annoying. The girl at the window was nice, but needs to be trained better. Nobody wants to swipe their card twice. Very disappointed read more

This was my first time coming to Culver's. My review is for the store in particular and not Culver's as a company. The food was good but not great. The burger was very greasy and the bacon was almost nonexistent because of how thin it is. However I felt like I was professionally treated by the staff members they were super cool and very kind. That's why I'm giving it five stars. read more

fast food wise this place isn't bad, i ordered their chicken tenders and they are huge! only downside is they don't have many sauce options and the drive thru service guy was little bit rude when i asked him about the sauces. read more

I've changed my stance on this place YET AGAIN! This time because of poor management and service. I always try to be understanding of people in the fast food industry and the stress it puts on people, but the issue is, the food always (and I mean always) comes out wrong or cold! These issues and ongoing and I believe it's a result of management. Every manager except for Craig is rude and does not accommodate the customer! For example: I went through the drive-through and ordered a bowl of the broccoli cheese soup, now normally the issue I have with the soup is they don't fill it up enough, this time however, the soup was warm, but the broccoli was ice cold and the soup was really runny. I called the store to complain about this issue to a manager working at the time, Aaron. Aaron had explained to me that if I were to come back to the restaurant he would make sure that the next soup was fresh. My mother and I went back again and received this supposedly fresh soup from another crew member, NOT the manager. Does this manager care about customer service issues? Well, no. Let me continue: my mother tried the "fresh" soup and not to our surprise, it was exactly the same as the first, runny and cold. We had asked the crew member if we could please speak to the manager. Aaron then came to the front, we told him the issue and he was understanding at first, until we had claimed the soup was watery. He then all of a sudden became very defensive, saying that he made that soup fresh himself and that there's video evidence that he can show us to prove they don't put water in their soup. We weren't necessarily accusing them of watering down their soup, just thought it was runny. I then tried to explain to the manager that we had been asked by managers in the past to give them another chance, and that issues just keep arising (cold food, burnt food, or a half filled soup bowl, yep that happened once). He then replied to me in a very sarcastic tone, saying "well I'm sorry I can't meet YOUR expectations!" As we were about to leave, we told him we'd be contacting Craig, the store manager. He then replied with more attitude "You go ahead and do that!" We also told him he wasn't manager material, and that's when Aaron took it upon himself to call 911 and report us for trespassing! All because we complained about our food and he didn't do his duty as a manager? Yep pretty much. Moral of the story, avoid this Culver's location! The staff is terrible and the food rarely comes out correct. read more

I was here for lunch and the food was good and the staff was pleasant. The place was very busy that day, but they moved the line along really well. Also, they kept the table bussed and the bathrooms were clean. Overall, we had a good experience here and will most definitely be back in I am in this area of town. read more

Joseph is a great asset to your company. I just went though drive thu late monday night and he was charming, friendly and polite. It was very refreshing after a few less than desirable experiences lately. He's giving the chic-fillet crew a run for their money. Love the burger's, onion rings and shakes. read more

Dirty restaurant...messed up order after four times of returning to the counter I just gave up...great in the midwest...terrible in colorado. It's the same every time I come here...guess I'm the foolish one for believing it would be better read more

Oh, geez. I had the mushroom Swiss burger....and haven't stopped thinking about it since! It was WONDERFUL. It was juicy, flavorful, had plenty of toppings and, to me, was a perfect burger. I'm in love! However, had the cheese curds, too and was very disappointed. The breading was too heavy and made the bread to cheese ratio really off. The cheese certainly was not the star of the dish. And, I'm not a huge ice cream/frozen custard fan but tasted that, too. Good but too pricey for me. I will be back to try another burger but will pass on the cheese curds and custard. read more

Amazing concrete shakes! They're all good, go for it. Also, second best burger I've had from a fast food chain next to In-N-Burger. If you're into that type of burger you will love Culver's burger. The staff is young but always nice and if they screw up they promptly fix it. Overall a great dinning experience. Healthy? No. Good for the soul? Absolutely! read more

Today was the sixth time I visited this Culver's. This also the sixth time they didn't have something that goes with the order. First it's cocktail sauce for the shrimp or no tarter sauce or.......... Like seriously what's next? No bread for the burgers? No cups for small drinks..... read more

So I give it 3 stars due to the quality & taste. I know, its a fast food joint and I went thru the drive thru so I shouldn't expect 5 stars but the service was fine, had to wait a bit but overall nice customer service. Was just too bland for my likings - got the grilled and fried chicken sandwiches so not their specialty. read more

Just don't. If you don't go for the 1,200 calorie meals, don't go for the small portions for $8. If you don't go for that reason, don't go because you probably won't get your fries and then when you ask why not the 12 year old bringing out all the orders will demonstrate the "deer in headlights" look that's all the rage with any young person who is asked to be accountable. Horrible food, too many calories and overpriced. Jackpot! read more

Good burgers! My husband and I both had a hamburger melt - a triple for him and a single for me. He had onion rings and I had cheese curds. All were tasty. We went at 9:30pm on a Saturday night and the service was quick and I also had a diet root beer float and he had an iced tea. Yummy! It all came to $20. We will be back. read more

I haven't been to Culver's in literally 6 years due to proximity. Cashiers were lovely, food was fresh, root beer was BOMB, seriously. I came here p much for the root beer. The burger and fries were actually kinda basic and boring. Could have passed. But the root beer and the cheese curds pushed this place up to four stars. It was nice to eat Culver's and reminisce about what a horrible person I was as a freshman. read more

Enjoyed the customer service from the cashier that took our order! The Buffalo Chicken Fingers were delicious -- I would suggest trying it! Yum yum yum! read more

Dirty and poor customer service.they couldn't get our order right and didn't offer to make it right.

Let me preface this by saying that I don't eat fast food often. But I've been in enough to know it isn't rocket science - and Culver's makes it hard. The service here is courteous, but quite slow. The food here is of decent quality, but often not prepared to order. In my three visits, two of the orders have been wrong. I will say that the custard is excellent, and the fries are good. But the overall lack of value in the wafer-thin burgers that are misprepared more often than not push the rating down considerably. In a world filled with fast food options, you have to do better than this to compete. read more

Jury's still out. Just opened so packed on a Sunday at 12:30pm. Got lucky on the last parking space in the lot. Chicken fingers for my son and a single deluxe for me (sandwich only). We shared his basket soft drink (Pepsi products) and spent a dollar more to upgrade to cheese curds. We also split a salted caramel cookie dough concrete. $16.60 tab. We got lucky again to find a table though I saw an employee who appeared to be on break taking up one? Food came to our table though missing our concrete. Manager apologized and delivered. My son liked the curds though I thought they reminded me of frozen cheese sticks. Not tangy or squeaky. I like A&W's better. His chicken fingers also tasted like frozen food style to me more processed chicken than strips. My burger was ok. Not exciting or bad. Not memorable. Concrete was good! I'm sure we'll give it another try in the future. Until then. read more

Very excited to have Culver's move into the Parker area, but they are going to have to get their act together or I won't be going back. It took 40 minutes to get through the order line (indoors) and get our food. They appeared to be well staffed, so I can only assume they are just not operating efficiently. I am a burger lover, so I had a burger and fries. The onion rings are better than the fries. The burger is good, but not good enough to wait 40 minutes for. The dining room tables were not being bussed and wiped down, so even though there were tables available, limited ones I would sit at! I would have given the experience 1 or 2 stars only if the burger wasn't good and hot. Otherwise, not good, folks. read more

Noticeably understaffed and no management in sight. Went to a different Culver's a couple weeks ago and they got my order all wrong. Well my first review is just on the frozen custard and that item only. We went to Culvers at night right after the rush to get some dessert. Huge mistake. I was not a fan of their "special of the day" "strawberry Bon Bon". Tasted like fake strawberry syrup with chocolate shavings. Could've gotten that at mcd for half the price. Very grainy and not smooth at all. Almost like they made it in advanced and decided to just put it in the freezer. Terrible. I threw it in the trash. I'm pretty sure I've never done that before. I will go back to try the burgers but as far as my first impression...I wasn't impressed. At all. Terrible frozen custard. Did I mention the fake strawberry flavor? If the burgers aren't good this place won't last long once the newness has worn off... read more

Culver's - Frozen custard that was not smooth at all. Very grainy like old soft serve....not good Culvers. At all.... - Burgers Near Me - Parker, Colorado

The food is just OK. Every time we have visited they only have ONE person running a register. There is always a line and it takes FOREVER! They don't seem to care because it has never improved. The employees don't seem to enjoy their job either. (Not friendly or happy) So between the mediocre food, slow and unhappy employees I would suggest : Try Freddie's right down the road, it's pretty much the same thing but the employees aren't unhappy and they're much faster. read more

There is nothing like a butter burger! So buttery, delicious. We used to go to the Culvers in Kansas all the time, so we are thankful. You should try the ice cream, the concretes in particular are so good. read more

Another pickup with incomplete orders. 2 Orders were both missing mashed potatoes/gravy and rolls. This Culvers location has had intermittent problems since they opened a few years. The manager Beth graciously offered me coupons to replace the dinners. She advised they were training new people for a new Castle Rock restaurant. I do not understand why corporate would choose the Parker location as they don't have it together for their own location, let alone train for new locations. Great food, but untrained personnel. This is not a new problem. It is a crapshoot when ordering through the drive thru/ pickup. I don't want to open each dinner to check it and have the food cool off, but there is no other choice other than not going back. read more

We will not be coming back to this restaurant. This is the third time I have received such incredibly SLOW service, food left under the lamps too long and overall not a great experience. It is a shame that on a weekend with not a ton of people, they can't figure out how to provide good and quick service. read more

If you really like "retro" burgers this place may be your jam. For me it just seemed like In N Out but not as good. The prices were decent and it seems the food is fresh made. It's in Parker and new so it was crammed with people on a Friday at 11:30. It's crazy that a place so mediocre had a 30 minute long line on a weekday, but it goes to show what a food desert the town is. If you've ever been to a Braum's then that's pretty much what this place is but without as much ice cream. read more

The burgers are very good. I would say one of the best fast food burgers available. The other great thing is the variety of sides available. We were in the drive thru. It was a little bit of a confusing system if you had never been there before. You order your food, pay, and then pull forward with your number. Someone will then bring your food. Pretty easy to catch on. The problem that can arise though is that if you are stuck behind someone who's order is wrong or who's order is bigger and it takes longer, then you are kind of stuck. It's a little annoying but I expect it to get better as this is a very new location and I'm sure there are kinks to work out. All that being said, bottom line is if a good quality fresh burger is what you want, this is a good place to go. read more

First time at Culver's what a treat!!!! Loved the fries and onion rings and believe it or not the chili was really good. Butter burger was amazing and pot roast sandwich was yummy. Just had lunch here. The food was fantastic. We both head fried fish and shrimp. They substituted cheese curds instead of French fries. There cause that was very good. We only reason we gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is how filthy the restaurant was . We are greeted by a trash can that was overflowing at the front door and then we sat down at the table the floor all around us was very very filthy. If you don't mind eating in a dirty restaurant the food was good. read more

DEEElightful little place. The drive-thru was packed, and the inside was packed, but it didn't stop us. From the street, you can tell this little place is a gem, so we decided to give it a shot. The wait in the drive-thru was a little longer than typical at other restaurants, but that didn't bother us as it was obvious the experience and the food would be better than the typical fast food place. EVERYthing was delicious by parent standards and kid standards. And the custard is the icing on the cake, as I'm a sucker for a good frozen custard place. I will admit, I liked Good Times frozen custard more, as what I purchased at Culver's was less of a flavored custard, and more of a mixed custard (kind of like DQ). But we'll go back and try and find their best custard again and again ;). I love that I'm seeing more of these go up around town, as they'll be more accessible to us. read more

Burger quality was 4 and price quality is. 2. I like juicy burger better. For the price, I would rather drive to centennial. For the custard, it was really good. Price was good for the custard too. What's the "film" I feel on the roof of my mouth when I eat their custard or more, have a concrete mix in. Weird taste....

I'd never heard of Culver's until they opened in Parker. It's one of my favorite fast food places now. I like the burgers a lot and they never have that weird, gross, tiny, tough stuff that some burgers have AND I tell the server what I do want or don't want and I get it. The drive-thru is a wait but if you know that beforehand, it's not that long of a wait. I love the Cod sandwich and crinkle fries. I ask for just the bread and fish and dump the fish on a plate with the fries and use my own malt vinegar. Best fish and chips in town and the Reuben is really good too. I'm not sure my place has the butterfly shrimp but I'm going to find out. :) If you frequent the LJS's in Parker, stop it. My daughters love the ice cream and cheese curds. The $5. baskets are probably the best deal in town. read more

I ordered a concrete mixer, and I had to wait for about 10 minutes in the drive thru (pulled up to a spot and given a number card). The service is a little slow here, but the customer service does this place justice. Aiden W. served us at the drive through window, and he was a pleasure! So polite and on the ball with taking our order efficiently and fast! We will keep coming here for the service and tasty ice cream. read more
