We really enjoy this place. We always find the staff to be very pleasant. Service is good and the food is too.

All I can say is OH MY GOSH!!! For starters we couldn't find a clean table in the place. I had to ask an employee to wipe one off for us. Now to our order....my granddaughter ordered the kids chicken strips meal and they brought a cheeseburger, really???? I ordered the 4 piece chicken strips meal....I got no fries and neither of us got the sauce we ordered....took them three tries to get our order correct. Needless to say, I don't think we will be visiting again. Sad because this used to a nice eatery. read more

The General Manager (Josh) said it doesn't matter what color the inside of the burger is as long as the inside achieved 145 degrees. Really!?! That's your response to a disgusted customer? Take this for what you will.. I went in a Saturday at about 130. I figured the lunch rush had passed and I just wanted to try the frozen custard. As I was walking up to the door, a girl rushed out and told me that they can't keep up with orders so they were closing. She was kind of rude. I asked her if they can take any orders at all and she said no. What if I just wanted a coke? It can't be that hard, right? Meanwhile, the drive thru line had around six cars waiting. No one went out to tell them that they weren't taking any more orders so either the girl lied, or they are just gonna let those people sit there and wait until they are fed up and leave on their own... I was excited to get a Culver's in town and heard they had really good food. The last few times I've been in I've gone thru the drive thru and waited 40 minutes each time. Visit 1 they were out of onion rings Visit 2 no condiments and didn't tell us after paying for it. Several employees standing around with their arms crossed and only one register open Visit 3 one burger came no lettuce and the other came with the heel or core of the tomatoes served on it While I was waiting for my food an employee was literally mopping around me Visit 4. Ordered 2 bacon deluxe burgers and onion rings.... the told me they were out of bacon and out of condiments. I checked my order after I paid and it was missing the second burger and only 6 onion rings. I walked back in there after going thru the drive thru to get my order right. They wouldn't remake my order because it was 10 and they were closing. I worked in restaurants YOU are always supposed to say YES to the customer ever if you walk in 5 minutes before closing. So as I'm standing there to get my refund since they won't remake my order. The little short dude tries to steal 1 dollar of my change. It's a good thing I caught him and he knew what he was doing. There is no telling how much he is stealing from customers. You know if I walked in their kitchen I would make I better tasting burger than they are serving. Parker doesn't have the best fast food choices and culvers is the lowest on the totem pole. I can go to kneaders and get better service and quality food. read more

Ate at this joke of a restaurant on 10/30/15. The trainee didn't really have proper training. Small portions for the price. Food was not cooked properly. When I asked to get the firty table cleaned, it was done very poorly! When we received our food, there was a very small amount of lettuce, so I asked for a side. They don't have sides. The Cod was undercooked as well as the fries. I have submitted 2 complaints and now 13 days later, still NO RESPONSE!!What does that say about customer service. Zero stars!!!!! Oh. Poor food quality, poor service, terrible drive thru. When this was opening I had friends from the east so excited to go. They made this place sound like the second coming so I tried it out. Dined in. What a joke. The place was unkept, machines broken or poorly maintained, and the staff had no personality. They were zero help when asking menu questions. The food was mediocre at best. This is what everyone was excited about? I decided that maybe I didn't give it a fair chance so I tried the drive thru on my way home from work a month later. I never even made it to the speaker box to place my order. I was only the third car in line. We just sat there. The guy 2 cars up was STILL waiting to place an order after close to 10 minutes. No one in front of him. I finally gave up and decided to leave. As I was pulling around I see there's no cars at the window to pick up food, instead there were 4 CARS pulled forward waiting on their order. Are you kidding me? Why have a drive thru? What a waste of my time on both visits. Edit. Apparently my review hurt someone's feelers as they are passionate about this place and its crappy food. What's funny is the person sending me PMs about my review said that at least they took the time to fix the food instead of toss it out the window in one minute like the crap McDonald's serves. You're kidding me, right? Coming from Los Angeles, where we KNOW how to make a good burger, this place is a joke. First, we have to wait 15 minutes outside the place AFTER we order just to get our food. The fries are from Del Tack (crinkle crap fries), the burger is a cross between overly salted meat and something my truck ran over in the road served on a squashed bun. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never been to a Culver's before, and that will be the last time. I realize that this place just opened, but WOW! 20 minutes in the drive through. Seriously! Apparently they need to get this place staffed and trained. Now, again, never been to a Culver's before. Ordered a single burger meal with onion rings and an iced tea. Now the girl at the window says "what do you want on your burger?" Um, "What are my choices?" She says we pretty much have everything. Really, everything? I go with the standard, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion. She says "OK, the deluxe." Um, sure, OK, the deluxe. I pull around to the window and pay, to be handed a number and told that I needed to pull around to the furthest up spot and wait (again!) and someone will bring my food out to me. About 5 minutes later a very nice young man brings out my food and my drink. I reach into the bag, COLD onion rings with WAY TOO MUCH SALT. Moving on I open the burger, it looks good. Take a bite, the burger patty is DRY - BURNED and HARD AS A ROCK. I took it home and fed it too my dog. This place needs some serious help in food quality, and staffing. I've only been to the drive-thru and the only thing I had ever gotten at Culver's in Parker was ice cream, which is quite tasty. I wouldn't say the best, but good. Then, a friend told me that they had tenderloin sandwiches (which they don't advertise on the drive-thru menu). The only place I'm aware of in the area that serves them and they're pretty big. This location opened quite recently. There aren't many within Colorado, and being from Chicago I have been craving Culvers (they're all over back home!). We visited here around noon during the week and we beat the rush by just a few minutes. Our food came out in less than 5 minutes and we were out the door in no time. The line was quite long when we left but it seemed to be moving at a rather good pace. The employees working behind the counter were all very pleasant and knew the menu really well. Kudos to the guy who memorized all the sauces they have to offer! I also noticed that the restaurant was pretty spotless for being a fast-food joint. Don't trust any of the good reviews on this place. I ordered a hamburger and fries. The bun was completely smashed, the meat is about 1/32 of an inch thick and dry as a bone, and the french fries are overcooked and brown. The root beer tasted delicious, a little more vanilla flavor than what I'm used to. The custards are artificially flavored and not great. Tables in the dining room were empty, but not clean, so seating was limited. Drive-through line takes forever. We will not be back. Pretty sure the good reviews must've been written by employees. Any regular customer would write the truth. Two thumbs down! However, I think this place will do well because it's right across the street from all the apartments and price was reasonable. I would personally say this is a 2 star place based on the food. But... ...the service and smile from my son move it up to 3 stars. He would probably give it a 4 star for the Butter burgers and shakes. I'll break it down. The burger is a thin, crusty, tasteless burger-like thing. The cheese doesn't melt; it just sits, greasy looking on the burger thing. The original butter burger bun is thin and lacks substance. The bun on my Pepper Grinder Pub Burger was thick and seemed old. That burger had some spice, but no real fun flavor (even with bacon!) The shakes are very good tasting, but the mixed-in flavor (I had Heath Bar) was all big chunks at the bottom of the cup...too big to get with a straw...seemed weird to have to eat a broken candy bar after drinking a milk shake. The service has been great as they bring your food to the table with a smile. I'll try to avoid this place, unless my son insists (once a year????). read more

We got a chicken sandwich, onion rings, and a fish meal. The only thing correct was a small iced tea, but without ice. We did get a refund which was good but none of the correct food. It's definitely a love/hate relationship I have with Culver's. Really, there is nothing not to love! Their custard is some of the best you can find anywhere and I love the daily flavors and various mix ins you can have too. Their burgers are always done perfectly and their Wisconsin cheese curds are simply amazing!! It is always made fresh and don't mind paying just a little bit extra considering it is fast food. The service is great. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I've had multiple orders slightly mixed up. I sampled a little bit of everything on the menu save for the Coolers & Smoothies, and had my cheeks hurting from the smile the endorphin filled fries and cheese curds produced. It's gotten better, so it's worked its way up to 2 stars. Right when it opened the service was terrible, inconsiderate, and most importantly, inaccurate. I wrote to the corporate location regarding the lack of concern for allergy needs, and frankly the lack of respect for customer safety concerns, and I got absolutely no response, quite the company that cares. Since then I have been there twice (in about a year) because it is five minutes from my house, and the service has picked up and the orders have been accurate. I won't frequent this place to much because of the lack of concern by the company, but after the 2 visits I've had ill stop by a couple times a year because the burgers are great and the root beer I had today was outstanding. read more

OK guys, keep in mind, this is fast food - thus, my comparison is fast food and not some of the superb hamburger restaurants in town (e.g. Cherry Cricket, Park Burger, etc). This is no doubt the best fast food restaurant in Parker now. Culver's never cooks anything ahead (everything is made to order), the burgers are excellent, their COD sandwich is very good, the cheese curd sides - wow - love them, and the concrete mixers are a great treat. My wife said that their onion rings are probably the best she's ever had (and she loves onion rings). I almost compare this to the mid-west version of in-n-out burger. They also offer different flavors of very good custard (similar to Good Times). Their prices aren't crazy high, but certainly higher most fast food, During their grand opening; although the lines were very long, I was very impressed with how quickly they served the customers in front of us. Very professional, and the employees were always very cordial. All-in-all, this is a fantastic fast-food restaurant and as long as we don't have In-n-Out, this is our go-to place for fast food now! read more

Ordered two burgers, with no cheese, and two custards, with other items. It was during a busy period, 6 pm on Friday. The order arrived and the server immediately disappeared. There was cheese on both burgers and no custards. The staff had no interest in helping me, the guy with a tray of incorrect burgers, who was not in the long line that snaked out the door. A customer in line took mercy upon me and allowed me to get in line before him. The staff was baffled and was not sure what to do, eventually they determined they would remake the order by reprocessing the copy of my receipt. Twenty minutes later the remade order arrived, correctly without cheese this time, but no custard. The server again immediately disappeared. During our wait the family seated next to us also received a burger with cheese incorrectly. They reported the issue. When I went to the counter, for the third time, to request the two custards, the gentleman who allowed me into the order line, upon my second trip to the counter, was at the counter to complain about his order being incorrect. The loud, out spoken, older man, behind the counter (management?), who keep his back to the counter/customers the entire time, was busy congratulating the cook staff on surviving the customer rush. My assumption is that he was the final QA control before delivery, but he was too panicked to notice cheese vs no cheese and MIA custards. The food quality was good, but the process was deeply flawed and so frustrating that I will not return anytime soon. Be prepared frustration during rush periods, anytime when meals are typically consumed: breakfast, lunch and dinner time. read more
