Basically I love Culver's! I wish they had coke products. The first time I went to this location. They had a bunch of kids running around and did not looked we'll managed. Well it was worst the second time. Today they ran out of CO2. So none of the pop machines worked. (poor management) We went thru the drive thru. The intercom sounded like crap! You could not hear one one word. (poor management). The girl at the window was very nice. I thought ok this just better. I drove away and then looked in the bag. The food is good but the few times I ha e been there have been fruit flies by the pop machine. That tells me that it hasn't been cleaned in a few days. With that being said I question the cleanliness of the restaurant . read more

I went during the week about 1:30 for my 1st time. They've been open over a month now. I went inside to order. It was a bit confusing when I walked in where lines or a line was. People seem to be standing around randomly. I finally found the single line that would break off to 3 registers. After standing in line for a good 25 minutes (which I thought would go faster w/3 registers and not to many in the actual line ahead of me, maybe 6), I ordered my cheeseburger, no bun, with mustard, mayo and onions. I didn't anticipate that i would have to stand and wait another 20 minutes for my burger! Now I get why all the people standing randomly around. So I finally got my order and was super hungry. They handed me my bag and I left for my next destination where I was going to eat my burger. When I opened it, it did not have the mustard & mayo I asked for!!! Now, I know it might seem petty, but I'm on the keto diet where eating your fats is crucial. It's your energy. I was upset because this actually threw off my eating/energy for the rest of the day since I was not in a position to go get any other food at that time till later. So i called Culver's right away to share how disappointed I was. I asked for a manager and the woman on the phone replied slowly said "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I'm a manager." I asked if she really is with the way she responded. Then she said "well I'm actually an owner." So I let her know what happened. It was awkward. When I was done explaining she left a long pause with silence. She finally then responded with "well are the condiments under the burger, that's where we put them." I told her no, they weren't, I checked the burger before I called. Then another long pause. Then she asked my name and address. Said she would send me coupons to replace my burger & give them another try. Well it's been over 3 weeks and I just remembered I never got anything in the mail. So, after spending over 40 minutes waiting to get a burger that I didn't even get the way I wanted and then the awkward phone conversation, I wouldn't go back. Btw, with all the burgers out there, the actual patty itself had no flavor. 5 guys or a quarter pounder from mc'd are way better tasting. read more

I was dissatisfied with the quality of the food and the process issues I encountered. I understand there would be delays since it was a new restaurant, but other Culver's has positive reviews so I decided to try with my fiancé. At 915 pm I ordered our 2 combo baskets. I was given a number at the drive thru window and instructed to pull up. Other vehicles were in the "waiting area", so I pulled into a parking space. They handed us our frozen drinks (which were already melted to their gross cream and foam base, my milkshake had the consistency of a heavy cream and her root beer float had no ice cream separation; It just melted together before it was served). I wait in the spot for about 35 minutes and nobody approached my vehicle, so I grabbed our poorly crafted drinks and go inside. Don't get me wrong, they were very busy and they explained to me that my order never printed in their kitchen. At this point it's 10 minutes to close. They offered to remake my drinks and meal. The drinks came back first and looked like they should, well done. But I ended up waiting until 10:10 before getting our meals. At this point, 20 minutes later, my drinks were looking shoddy so I asked for another remake. They obliged. While doing so I checked my food order. My mushroom Swiss burger only had 3 slices of mushroom and the other sandwich was over seasoned when I ate it at home. A manager never made themselves present to apologize officially. As soon as this charge clears, I'm going to dispute it with my credit card company. My order ended up being wrong after nearly an hour of waiting. Please fix your drive thru printers and work out your process issues. I don't review much, but I found this very aggravating. I hope nobody else has this same issue. read more

I absolutely love Culver's. I've been to at least 10 Culver's locations in at least four different states. This Culver's is the absolute worst. I've been five times and each time the dining area was filthy, the trash cans were overflowing, and untrained employees were standing around talking to each other and throwing their hats up in the air behind the counter. I have left feedback for this location numerous times but have never heard anything back, which gives me the impression that the owner doesn't read it or doesn't care. I absolutely hate that this Culver's, the first in the area, isn't representing what Culver's truly is. read more

Culver's has a great reputation but this is an awfully dirty restaurant for being relatively new. Very disappointed in how the tables/floor looks. We picked one we could clean and later found out it was wobbly too. Yuck. read more

Culver's is a terrific addition to Macedonia and is a great spot for delicious comfort food in a very pleasant atmosphere. Their hamburgers are super and have quickly become my favorite burger. The fries are perfectly classic and Culver's delicious signature root beer adds to any meal. I've subscribed to their emails so that I can receive the monthly "flavor of the day" custard schedule. It is made fresh daily and the delightful flavor combinations can brighten anyone's day. The menu is large and will satisfy a group with diverse preferences. Everything is cooked to order with fresh ingredients. The cleanliness of the entire place is also very much appreciated. Highly recommended. read more

one of the best thing to happen to Northeastern OH in a very long time .. Butterburgers have arrived y'all & nothing at all sounds bad about a Butterburger .. I get mine with cheese & nothing else so you can taste the beefy goodness .. cheese curds are good if you are gonna eat them right away while they are melty but once they start to cool down they are just a hunk of cheese .. the onion rings are where it is at .. they are the best fast food onion rings around .. the FOD (flavor of the day for those in the know) frozen custard is something to check out for sure .. and .. as if it helps .. if you are a diet soda fan & I am NOT .. their diet root beer is damn tasty read more

Yum! A burger heaven. And the fish is great, too! Establishment was clean and orderly. Staff was friendly and speedy. Be aware when you're going through the parking lot. The set up for the drive through is an accident waiting to happen as cars are always wrapped around the building & in front of the entrance. read more

I've been wanting to try Culvers. I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I placed a simple take out order for my son and I... a grilled chicken sandwich, hamburger, fries, and a drink. You'd think with 12 workers behind the counter and in the kitchen (yes, I actually counted them), that our meal would have been served in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this was NOT the case. It took almost 20 minutes for our order to be delivered. Once we got to our car, I quickly realized that our order was wrong and the fries were missing. I went back inside to request our fries. Finally, we began eating our much anticipated lunch only to discover that both the hamburger and chicken sandwich were cold, the buns were hard and frankly, the food was terrible. That was our first and LAST dining experience at Culvers in Macedonia. We won't be back! read more
