I really hate to give it only two stars because this place is normally excellent and a very good value. But their chicken sandwich is, er, underwhelming. Was in Nebr from AZ to visit family & we needed a light lunch before driving to one of their homes about an hour away. My sis & her husband are regulars at this location due to friendly service & customizing their orders without making it an issue. I have to agree. Damian was so helpful (the number of options can be overwhelming for newbies) and congenial, I wish my stay would have allowed a return visit. Although crowded, cleanup staff were making the rounds so it wasn't an issue getting a table for 3 and in fact, one young man recognized and greeted them like family. The kids' meal was just right for our needs that day and oh, that hot fudge mini sundae...YUM! This is custard style ice cream, and really good custard at that. The drive through service was super quick and the employee was very friendly. We ordered two kids lemon ices with sprinkles and a vanilla malt with extra malt. I always find that when I order a malt, I can hardly ever taste it, so I always order extra. They DON'T skimp on the malt here. My vanilla extra malt was super malty- and delicious! My kids loved the lemon ices and they thought the blue sprinkles were fun. read more

When I went to Culvers with my friends Kalina was so kind. She checked on our table many times and made small talk. She's so very kind.

We have eaten here many times over the last month. Always friendly and always prompt service. I have special diet requirements and they have never treated me any different because of my odd requests. Great food, great service and I am really glad they are close to the hospital we have to visit. First experience was a smoothie. It was their monthly special and tasted fruity and good. Husband had a caramel shake. They were OK, nothing special. My interest was piqued by their "butterburger", and I returned to try it out. It was in the middle of the afternoon and I did have to wait a little while b/c they make them fresh. My wife ordered 3 cheeseburgers and fries and a kids meal. We got the food home and found out there was NO toppings on the burgers! Bun, patty, cheese...that's all we got! Who the hell does that?? When I called the manager she asked for my receipt number and then proceeded to tell me that I should have asked for topping that all of their burgers come that way. This Culver's only goes with the very limited "standard" flavors of the day.
