I like this Runza better than the one on 27th and Pine Lake. The people here are really nice and they do not mess up my order.

We ordered an appetizer and two meals, and were there for 2 hours, It took FOURTY MINUTES for our waters to be refilled, it wasn't even done by our server, it was the table runner that brought us our food, and we had to ask her to. We had to ask for silverware, apparently I should eat cottage cheese with my hands. I would've liked a different barbecue sauce because the one she gave me was extremely vinegary but there was no "how is your food?" "Can I get you guys anything?" So I just went without. We were going to get drinks and another app but with the shitty service we opted not to. There also wasn't other servers really around, they were all hiding in the back even though there was 5 of them. Were they cooking? Back there playing on their phones? I'd really love to know. But they all seemed to check on their tables way more than we were checked on. The guy behind us was checked on 6 times by a different waiter, and they were there longer than we were. Our server: 1. Asked us what we wanted to eat 2. Brought us the check when it was time to pay; waited 20 minutes to come back to pick up the card. TLDR: SERVICE WAS AWFUL.

I understand thoroughly how restaurants are supposed to operate. For any management, or possibly the owner who reads this review, take into consideration that the way you are operating this business is appalling, ignornant, frustrating, and utterly disappointing. Hopefully there is no word limit, because if there was my experience as a whole is sure to exceed it. I entered the establishment around 12:30. I waited approximately 30 minutes to be sat, I understood the wait--it was peak lunch rush and we had a party of 8. At 1:00pm we were all sat. We were waiting for a server to acknowledge us for approximately 20 minutes. Eventually, a server began helping us, but she said she was unsure who are server was suppose to be, given that, she was not treating us like one of her tables. By the time she got to us we immediately put in all are orders: drinks, appetizers, meals, and alcoholic beverages. I had to walk to the bar myself and pick up the drinks that were prepped but never dropped off because of the failure to assign us a server. That in itself should make the management and owner very ashamed that a customer had to do the serving! I do not blame any of the servers at all for this absolute circus. I could tell how stressed each and every server was, and environment like this is very reportable to HR. I hope management is extremely well aware of that. Continuing, our food was an hour wait. By the time the food did come out, it was not even fresh or worth the waiting. I ended up never getting my food. According to "our" server, the kitchen was short staffed and one singular manager was back there keeping it running. I'm not sure what the servers were doing or what caused them to be a mess as well, but clearly the whole place needed to begin denying service. The 8 of us watched one by one as multiple people began to leave. Not one single person was warned of how long the wait would be for the food. If they were, all these bad experiences could have been avoided entirely. At the end, we negotiated getting some of our food taken off our tickets, but we stil had to pay some money that I would argue was not worth it at all. We were given a $50 giftcard for next time, which that in itself was extremely arrogant--after THAT why would we ever want to come back? DO NOT GO HERE. If you want to experience the absolute worst dining establishment, choose here. Other than that, do not ever waste your time here. I was reading some other reviews that gave this place a one star, and it seemed management tried to reach out to smooth things over. To make one thing very clear, there is nothing, NOTHING you can do to smooth over this situation. Instead of trying to play nice and quiet the bad reviews, take time to consider and fix what all these horrible reviews are discussing. If you cannot properly run a business, do not attempt to. You have completely broken the bonds between your employees, you have caused them stress, emotional damage through multiple unhappy customers, and on top of that you are ripping servers of their main income which is tips! I guarantee you in total those servers earned no more than $15 for the day--and on a typical Saturday that number should be in the HUNDREDS. I sincerely apologize to anyone who works here. Save yourself the stress and physical/emotional distress and apply somewhere else. Apparently, some other servers were being incredibly rude. So, if you match the audacity of the management, maybe this is the perfect place for you to work. TLDR; This place is appalling--service is slow, negligent, and an overall circus. The management are the clowns. DO NOT EAT HERE.

If you also love strong coffee, I highly recommend their Vietnamese iced coffee!! Be warned: it's extremely strong. The inside of this restaurant is sooo cute. It almost felt like I wasn't in Nebraska any more and transported to Asia, in the best way! The space is clean, there are cute places to sit. The employees are so friendly. I'd totally come back here. They also serve pho, other Asian dishes, boba and pastries. I'm definitely coming back here for the banh mi. Without a doubt!

Quaint decorations. Brings you right back to Vietnam. Dining area has tables, like for 4, and some tables with 2 regular chairs and sofa like chairs. Bakery has like display cases with trays for pastries and breads. Mostly empty when we went. Chill vibes. We ordered at the counter and food took awhile to come out. They serve ppl coming in for boba drinks alone first. My drink and food took pretty long to come out ~20 to 25 minutes I ordered paris by night and requested for as little sugar as possible. Ended up 25% - 1/4 pump of brown sugar. Tasted like milk with brown sugar and bobas. I ordered stew and a baguette. Looked a little pitiful when it came out there were carrots and thin slices of onions and beef steak pieces covered in broth like gravy. Broth was delicious and topped with cilantro. Baguette was delicious - crisy on the outside and soft on the inside. We also ordered shrimp egg rolls and hubby ordered eye steak pho with egg noodles. He requested for cilantro to be left out. But when it came, there was cilantro. They took it bsck and prpared a new bowl. Service was overall slow. But i appreciate that they took the time to make it right Overall decent experience. We paid around 50 for a diet coke a boba drink beef stew and a baguette, egg rolls and a pho with eye steak. Initially wanted to buy pastries. But its 4 dollars a pop. Prices are a little steep. Delicious but shortly after, i was extremely thirsty. Overall, decent food higher in prices.
