The food is cooked well and very fresh. The fries are ALWAYS crispy and hot. They always remember my side of ranch. The workers at this location are top notch! Im one of those people who don't usually finish their lunch, but I'll smash the entire sandwich and fries in 5 minutes. I come here almost every week on my lunch break now :) Bravo to the staff here!

For the past year, I've come to this Wendy's multiple times often at the least common eating times and at different days within the week. Their service is so refreshing every single time I visit. Their staff is very polite, and whenever I'm asked about my day, it always seems like they do actually care, even if they don't. There are times where they're quite obviously understaffed, yet that doesn't stop them from being kind and well mannered. The food is always consistent, even during the more awkward eating hours that I engage in. I always sympathize with customer service staff, especially when I consider what kind of work they do and what they have to deal with. I've been there. So it doesn't surprise me that Southpointe is filled to the brim with sour faced, often impolite frontmen trying to get you out the door. I even witnessed a young guy at a totally different restaurant, about my age, throwing his towel at a wall in anger upon me showing up to order.
