Visiting from California, we don't have or have never had Culver's so I had to try it! As you walk in, the space is clean and tidy. And their menu was vast, so it took me a little bit to decide what to get. Since Culver's is known for their Butterburgers and frozen custard, that's what I ordered. The Butterburger was simple, single patty with great sear yet super moist. You can definitely taste the butter. The veggies were fresh and crisp, cutting through the richness of the beef patty and cheese. I understand the hype now. The frozen custard was phenomenal. Rich, creamy and hardly melted. I had plain vanilla, I regret not adding toppings. First time I had frozen custard and I think I'm converted. Fries were nothing special but fried crisp and seasoned well. I hope a Culver's opens close to California, I'd be a regular. read more

Slow...... but it's usually well worth it! I'm not sure what their chicken tenders are breaded with but WOW! As basic of a menu item as they are, they are one of my favorite menu items. I have never dined inside but that is my goal for next visit here! read more

Mixed feelings about Culver's. To be fair, I don't eat much fast food, especially burgers. For whatever reason I decided to try culvers this afternoon. I was able to quickly, drive up and place my order in the drive-through. However, I proceeded to wait for 10-15 minutes for my food to be delivered to my vehicle. By that time my burger/foos was cold. read more

Waited in for food for over 10 minutes. Never have I ever had to wait this long for food from Culver's not recommended

This was a quick spot to meet a friend and easy to find, so we opted to try it out. As a vegan I wasn't sure I would be eating but I'm happy to say they now have some good options. The space was clean and I loved how everyone was friendly once we began to place our order. We got a few meals but they now have a vegetarian burger (my husband said it was good) and they have some salads and steamed broccoli. I enjoyed the broccoli and fries. We also appreciated their fountain drinks and the ability to get as much ketchup as we liked. It was a fun spot to meet up and the price was pretty good for what we ordered. On every receipt of you complete the survey you can get a free cup of ice cream, so that's a fun treat. We passed it on to our friend but if you have kiddos with you that is a great incentive to finish the meal. All around nice meal at a nice spot, and perfect for a meet up with a friend. read more

Had a coupon so I decided to stop in after work. Not sure of the name of the gentleman who took my order but I got the name of the young lady cashier, Tyler, both in drive - thru, they were both soo polite! Folio and Angel were bringing out orders in 90 degrees heat and greeted each car with a smile. My food was exact and hot! This is rare quality service nowadays and I hope their managers recognizes it! read more

Ordered a medium Crazy for Cookie Dough concrete mixer. It literally had three pieces of cookie dough in the entire mixer, and no carmel sauce like the marketing photo shows. Not worth the money. read more

Yo. This Culver's location is on it! They have provided great food and great service every time I have ordered here. Mostly drive thru for lunch, these guys move a line QUICK. Food is great, go here! read more

Completely screwed up my drive through order. Manager was unhelpful and disrespectful. I would not recommend this location if it were the only Culver's in Indiana. read more

Culver's is the anti-McDonalds. Fresh food, cooked to order, crinkle cut fries and the ice cream maker is always working. I have had Culver's in 4 different states and it never disappoints. It is fast food at its finest. read more

Friendly staff. When dine-in they deliver food to table. Two TV's with college football bowl games on. Huge value in kids meal for $6! Had a cheeseburger, small fries, small drink and comes with scoop of custard ice cream. Can choose custard flavor of either vanilla, chocolate or flavor of the day, which was blackberry cobbler. I went with the chocolate ice cream and it hit the spot! Fast service and nicer interior than typical fast food establishment. They also have tickets on kids meals and if save 10 tickets you can get a prize of a regular size football, basketball, etc or free kids meal. Wednesday nights they have free face painting or balloon twisting artist for kids from 5-8pm. read more

Yum! Culver's is pretty much always a good place to eat. This one was clean, and the food tasted great, and we got our order quickly. I ordered a single Sourdough Melt, and they gave me a double Sourdough Melt (and without red onion, too). Most people would be happy to get a double instead of a single, but that wasn't what I ordered and it was too much food! Oh well. Other than that, we enjoyed our dining experience here. read more

Culver's has a good formula for good food and is typically consistent. Tonight was no different, for the most part. Service was friendly and faster than I thought it would be. My fish dinner was good, the highlight being the sides I picked. Pretzels with cheese dip and chili cheese fries were great. My fish was a little too greasy ...I've had their fish before and it's usually better so it just wasn't on point tonight. The sides were huge portions so I was very satisfied. My only gripe with Culver's which I imagine is everyone's gripe, it's their drive thru Lane that's always wrapped around the building and making it pretty difficult to get in and out of a spots. Besides that, great experience read more

I ended up going to Culver's for lunch Friday(2-1) afternoon. I ordered beef pot roast dinner, no dinner roll, extra mash potatoes with extra gravy. I haven't had that dinner in a very long time which I remember the price used to be around 11ish, but I paid around 8 something yesterday. When, my food arrived I noticed it could had been hotter than what it was, Culver's has downsized the beef pot roast dinner by now offering it on one slice of sourdough bread along with the meats. Few, years ago I could had gotten same meal, no extra fee, two slices of sourdough bread with the beef on top. It was still fulfilling, made me warm inside, and that dinner was definitely good for the winter storm we had Friday morning along with the roads being a complete mess. I highly recommend that people get the beef pot roast dinner, and it's really delicious with extra gravy. read more

UPDATE 3:47pm So manager brings me ketchup and Mayo to do myself seriously??? And I tell her fries are not cooked fresh so now after 45 m I finally get fresh fries after I ate my sandwich already I asked for a fried chicken basket... cooked to order... I know I have to wait so why do my fries and chicken come out room temperature??? Why if I ask for Mayo and ketchup on sandwich do I just get ketchup???? Why when I asked for heavy, heavy lettuce why do I get a sprinkle? Why do I have to walk back to my table for the receipt as opposed to you coming for it. Why has it now been 22 minutes since I ordered??? With the price one pays for this please they need to get it together seriously. Makes no sense to be eating in a frustrated manner. Y'all had one task and twice kitchen ignores my requests. Who is the customer here??? #makesnosense read more

It's amazing they haven't figured out how curbside works since they've had a year of pandemic to practice. I come here repeatedly because it's close but I always wait longer for curbside even when checking in online. Every time I have to either call the store or personally go in which defeats the purpose of curbside. Thanks this evening for my lukewarm cheese curds and chicken sandwich and half melted mixer... was it under the heat lamp as well? It's a good thing there isn't a hole in the bag or the curds that were all generously placed in the bottom of the bag would have fallen out... good job guys!! read more

Food was good and staff polite and attentive! We came with our grandchildren and found a good spacious place to sit, although another person had just gotten up. Before I could get out my wipes, an employee quickly came up and scrubbed the table down very thoroughly. While we were eating the general manager was walking around with a strawberry shake to give away. We were the lucky recipients. I assume it was not what a customer had ordered and instead of throwing it out, she brought it out from behind the counter to give to someone. It's good to know that food is not wasted. Too many restaurants will toss an improper, untouched order into the trash can! Thanks Culvers! read more

Drive through is always crazy busy and my sons car got backed into at the drive thru. It was a hit n run and now it's in the shop and can't drive it. Food was good but they didn't get the order right and half a dozen runners taking food out to the cars in the drive thru and not a single person taking orders at the counter with 3 cash registers and an elderly couple with a woman with a walker waiting to order. Seems their needs some organization to the system of ordering and delivering the food as well as mentioning what the customer ordered before they leave. I know the staff issues with a lot of businesses right now but taking the time to talk to the customer is important to let us know what is going on. read more

This is a great stop before or after jumping on the highway. It's the typical chain fast food, which I'm not into. Though, I can never turn down ice cream. I picked the carmel cashew sundae with bananas....mmmmm so good. They have options with multi scoops, concretes, shakes, oh my! read more

Deluxe burger was outstanding. Love those caramelized edges on the beef. Crinkle fries were crisp and perfectly fried. Highly recommend.

Affordable and generally efficient. Just be cautious to check your order before you leave. The managers are polite about making things right such as missing fries etc. I suggest dining in or reviewing order before leavings-w/ carry out read more

We got the grilled chicken sandwiches and a side of mashed potatoes with gravy. My wife also got a salted caramel flavor of the day mixer. It was excessively good. I also got cheese and bacon soup, the grilled chicken sandwich was flavorful nice thick piece of chicken. After encountering ANOTHER setback while working on an overdue project I needed a CHEESEBURGER! I needed food that felt like a hug when I ate it. Culver's Butter Burger came to mind from recent commercials AND I received coupons in the mail! The coupon was for a double cheeseburger, fries and drink. A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER is normally out of my league but it was one of those days!!!! The service was friendly and fast considering how busy the restaurant was. (I don't like drive thru). After placing my order I'm given a little plastic table number and once my order is ready it's BROUGHT to ME instead of yelling out my number or my name. I must say the CHEESEBURGER did the job! So fresh and DELICIOUS! I decided to taste A FRY on my way home but by the time I made it home they were gone Needless to say they were VERY good too! The fries remained me of how good the fries from the golden arches were a long time ago! I don't eat red meat often, but next time I NEED a burger, this will be my go-to spot! read more

Went to get ice cream after hiking in Eagle Creek. We paid and ordered through the Drive-through and were told to pull up and wait for our order (just x2 milkshakes). We waited for 20 minutes while we watched people get served behind us in the drive through, as well as people seated in the restaurant. We ended up having to leave without anything at all. We even saw people behind the counter not doing anything, it's not like they were super busy or short staffed at all. read more

This is one of the worst location. The service is terrible, today was my last time going to this location. The amount of rudeness from the staff at the drive-thru is ridiculous.I was literally ignored and they refused to take my order. The young teens working there do not have any manors and are extremely rude. After asking for a manager,no one still offered to take my order. The manager didn't even apologize. read more

I never know what to choose when I come here! Luckily, you can get a basic combo with fries and a drink or you can upgrade the fries to a different size like cheese curds and the drink to a milkshake. The milkshakes are made with Culver's custard and very thick. The service at this restaurant is fine. I usually go to the drive-thru. You have to wait for your food but it is usually fresh and very hot that way. read more

Worst place to go. Order a bacon deluxe burger and other food and there was NO bacon on it. It was over 11.00 for that meal. I want bacon on it. All the high school kids were just standing around. Place was disgusting. Trash in the lobby and dining area and out in the parking lot. Will NOT be going back. I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

Went through the drive thru ordered a tenders MEAL she asked if I wanted anything else and I said no just the fries and drink that's it. When I went to the window and told her again that I wanted a meal she said in a rude tone that I never said I wanted a meal as I'm trying to speak to her with her attitude she just continues to ask for what drink I want so I asked for my card back canceled my order and left. Called to speak to a manager to explain the situation and suggest maybe someone who doesn't hate their life should be at the drive thru window instead but as soon as I get on the phone I can hear them laughing. It's always nice to return to the mid-West and visit a Culver's for a concrete made from a true frozen custard. We walked in and stood back from the counter perusing the menu while a cashier greeted us, once we decided we walked up gave our orders took our number and found a seat. In fairly short order someone delivered our concretes to us. Sadly they were out of bananas so the vanilla, hot fudge, strawberries and bananas wasn't an option, instead I opted for vanilla, hot fudge, blueberries and blackberries (don't judge me). The vanilla custard was properly thick clinging firmly to the spoon, the hot fudge was wonderful and I often prefer it over chocolate syrup, the blueberries were flavorful and stood out nicely against the hot fudge, sadly the blackberries were lost in the mix seemingly too subtle to notice. Wish we had another day in Carmel for another trip to Culver's, but we'll be heading back East soon. read more

the butter burgers are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I love their meat it's so tender juicy and just everything you would want in a burger it's so fresh and makes me so delightful I crave this burger meat every day the workers are all beautiful you can tell these burgers are made with love and sweet special care from the employees if I could only eat one thing for the REST of my life it would be this burger read more

Well I was doing security down the road so I thought I'd pick me up some dinner. I go through the culvers drive-through I asked for a bacon cheeseburger combo with a sweet tea I asked for extra crispy bacon I even said burn it. I asked for mustard ketchup pickles and lettuce on my sandwich. And before all you people out there start yelling you check your food before you pull away from the drive-through well you don't get your food at the drive-through you pull forward and they bring it out to you and by the time they brought it out to me they were closed. Let's start with my sweet tea ,no I did not get it! I got a Pepsi I haven't drank soda in four years and I wasn't going to start tonight. Onto the sandwich not only was the bacon not crispy it was raw. And As for the toppings it looks like they were trying to dress a white castle burger. read more

Culvers on W 71st street is really going downhill. Their fish USED to be "cooked to order" but lately they are pre- frying or double frying. This changes the golden taste and makes it greasy and soggy. And they are cheaping out on the fries too, they used to fill the container with 3 fish fillets. Just so sad... I guess if Culvers isn't superior anymore, I might as well go back to Long John Silvers. read more

I love Culver's French fries when they are well done! So much crispness! I went through the drive thru and orders a cookies and creams dish, fries well done and cheese curds for an evening snack and was asked to pull to the holding bay while everything was cooking. I never mind waiting for fresh food! The worker brought the food out, it was cold! It was like my food was just held back because it was an inconvenience to bring it out at the time since there was another car waiting on theirs (plus it was raining). I had to send it back and get it all remade which was okay because I ended up getting exactly what I wanted, just took some extra time and communication. The workers didn't seem too aggravated with me... this is the closest one by my house I'll go back eventually. read more
