2 of us dined here at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon whole driving our moving truck across the country. We each had the entree, small fry and small drink for $5. The single mushroom and Swiss butterburger was pretty tasty and more than enough. The fries were crinkle cut and served hot but not overly salty. We ordered the fried cheese curds, because that's what we heard was a thing out here... they were ok. Nothing to wrote home about. But maybe I just prefer my curds au natural. I completed the store survey online and got a code to redeem for a free dish of custard. I got vanilla (for the dog) and also ordered a short custard concrete with chocolate custard, hot fudge and marshmallow cream. Was stopped a Steak 'n Shake down the street, there was a line that was not moving and the wait start did not seem motivated. Someone in line said there is a Culver's right down the road - so we came over. Butter burger as better than SnS, onion rings were good addition. Wife also did a butter burger but with sweet potato fries. And the wait staff was friendly and want our meal to be good. Bottom line - this place rocks read more

We love Culver's and ha e had GREAT food and service here. But Thursday night may be a no-go. Bathrooms were dirty and there were numerous employees, a line of customers and 1 person taking orders. The tables were also dirty. Gonna chalk it up as a bad night. We'll be back to see. :) read more

This had to be my worst experience in any fast food place. I ordered two small concrete mixers. I was there with a 6 year old and we waited at least 45 minutes. No one apologized/no one acknowledged us once we ordered. There was no explanation why it took so long, nothing! Once we got our ice cream is was melted! Usually Culver's has AMAZING cement mixers. I would not recommend this location unless they change management. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I would like to know Culver's secret to training of their employees! I would say their training program is similar to the Crew's Carwash employees (formally known as Mike's Express Carwash). They are all clean cut and very polite with customer service engrained in them! It is simply amazing how they filter out the cream of the crop of young workers! We have been to numerous Culver's Restaurants between Indiana and Ohio and ALL of the properties are kept up meticulously and the employees are actually focused on their job and not their cell phones! We stop at this location frequently on our trips to/from Ohio and have NEVER had an issue with our order or the quality of the food. To me, Culver's is the High End of the fast food chains. Still trying to work our way through the many menu choices, we usually opt for the Double Culver Deluxe Butter Burger. While I can personally vouch for their Butter Burger line of sandwiches, the Pork Tenderloin Sandwich, Fried Chicken and Fish sandwich, almost anything they have is probably very worthy of trying, as I keep meaning to do! I will add, EVERYTHING is cooked to order, so you will wait a few minutes for the freshest & hottest meal you can get! Anything on the Frozen Custard or dessert end is highly recommended...you really can't go wrong! Go with one of their choices or create your own! Culver's has Butter Burgers that are among the best burgers in the world. I'm sure they have more calories than one person should eat in a day, and more fat grams than you should eat in a whole week, but damn, are they good! They serve them with delicious old-fashioned crinkle cut fries that are the perfect complement. The fried cheese curds are another favorite. Obviously, the best things here aren't healthy at all. And to top it all off, go for a frozen custard sundae, shake or concrete mixer. Mmmm... there's way too much to eat here, so don't expect to leave and not feel like you've gained 5+ pounds. The employees are great and I have never been to a Culver's location where they weren't helpful and friendly. Last time we were at the one in Greenfield, we were chowing down on our butter burgers and an employee stopped by our table to offer us some complimentary frozen custard. Seems that it was mistakenly made the wrong way for other customers, and rather than waste it and throw it away, they offered it to us. Where else have you been and had that happen? Oh baby! Gotta love it! This is one of the nicest Culver's that I have tried! This facility is new and nice! Bose speakers in ceiling, Flat panels on walls, with free wireless internet (yep, I'm a techie)... Great burgers, super fries, and wonderful ice cream deserts!!! I don't care for their salads at all (I am a salad guy), or most of their veggies, as they taste like tv dinners. But, you aren't going there for veggies and salads. TRY the fried chicken! Friday evening, we were headed home after business in Dayton and stopped at the Culver's to grab a quick eat-and-ride dinner. We pulled into the parking lot and it was packed! We got into the drive-thru line and sat. Then sat some more. Then sat some more. There were cars behind us so we couldn't abort! Finally, the line inched forward. We placed our order: Mushroom-Swiss basket with fries and a Pork Tenderloin with Tater Tots. DH asked for lettuce and tomato on his pork tenderloin. Then we sat some more -- all total, from the time we got into line and finally got our food, we were there 30 minutes!! That is NOT fast food!! Finally, got our order and we got back on the road. My burger was fine. DH had a Pork Tenderloin with mustard and a half-ripe slice of tomato. His "tater tots" ended up being fries. service was terrible. everyone was standing around doing absolutely nothing and not work it took 20 minutes to get my food.

I always enjoy the food, but my problem was that we ordered curdside cause we know the drive thru takes a while cause they're always super busy at this location but got there 5 minutes early and tapped I'm here on the website like it said but we waited over 15 mins for our food and then my girlfriend called to ask if they had our order and they did. My question why they didn't bring it out sooner , we don't expect right on the money but a little more promptness would be great. What really bothered me is that two female employees kept going in and out of the building and would look at us but never asked if we had an order or probably didn't let someone know we were out there even though it was clear we were waiting in the curdside spot like we were supposed to. They need more seating and more organization as far as lines when ordering because they can be so busy at times. They also could use more parking. Regis our third time to this location. Ordered a 2-piece chicken dinner advertised at $5.49 and drink, Asked for breasts, Assumed total bill would be about $7.46 with drink, got bill and it was $8.97. Asked girl at counter what was up, and she said breasts were extra. Turns out $5.49 was for legs. There was nothing on the posted menu stating other varieties were extra. Was very unpleasantly surprised. I went ahead and coughed it up this time, did not want food to go to waste. Asked manager about it and was told same. Asked why his company would not display complete pricing information (breasts, thighs, etc. extra) and he couldn't give an adequate explanation. I don't know if this is a franchise or corporate thing, but I don't care at this point. I do not support operations that misleads customers and will take my dining business elsewhere. read more

Best Culver's in central Indiana! Clean, with very friendly and helpful employees. I came to eat here with my three young kids and two separate employees helped me out greatly: by making a run for ketchup for us, and by being very kind and friendly when getting my kids' custard. The food is fresh and served hot. I like the grilled chicken and French fries (value basket) the best. Kids meals come with a token for a scoop of custard and one topping. I love this place so much. Most of their menu items are vying for the title of "Most Impossibly Unhealthy Food on Earth" but it's fast food, so unhealthy is fine. In my experience, there is no bacon cheeseburger anywhere that tastes better than Culver's Bacon Deluxe. Also, I've never encountered a more friendly and courteous group of employees, anywhere. Culver's is a fast food restaurant among many on state road 9 in greenfield. They have a great menu of the classic burger and fries but offer green beans, salad and other substitutions. The food and frozen custard is top notch but where they really shine is the managis excellent. Culvers has such a family friendly environment and the staff always makes me smile this makes me want to come back more and more. Their crispy chicken sandwiches are always my favorite and the fries are crispy on the out side and burst with flavor in the inside.
