The food is great and prepared perfectly. The employees all have a positive attitude and are eager to please the customers. The place is neat and clean with employees cleaning tables and sweeping and mopping constantly. A great place to eat. read more

Culvers is a very clean establishment that serves good food but is not cheap. Staff is very nice and helpful. Wide assortment of food items too. read more

OMG OMG !!!! Culver's is my new favorite place. Me being from Wisconsin I appreciate the way they make you feel so welcome and at home. With the wonderful art on the walls and blue walls I feel so lucky to be in such a beautiful space. Their slogan makes me feel so confident and proud of being a true Wisconsin cheese head. Food well, it is out standing never had such great food. Burgers and fries were delicious. Can't wait to visit again read more

For the 5th time this month my order from Culver's was incomplete AND incorrect when I got home. Their management needs to train people in "Foodservice 101" and how to do a basic "order check" before handing the order to the customer. My orders have included the wrong soup; no soup; no dressing and the wrong dressings for the salads ordered; no cutlery to eat with; missing food items. By the time you get home with their mistake, it's a PITA to go back. Here's a tip Culver's management, a customer should not have to go through their whole order in their car before leaving to be sure you have the correct and complete order. In short, even though the food is good quality, their service is horrible. GO elsewhere for your carry out orders. Even White Castle is better than this Culver's. read more

Never disappoints. Food is great. Concrete mixers top shelf forth every penny. Service friendly and bring your dog to drive up and they offer treats. read more

Food is consistently good, but last few orders have been missing items (I.e. soup, Cole slaw).

Burger cold potroaast room temp broccoli still frozen 15 min to get that never again very unorganized up front shove it culvers

First time for me today at this Culver's location, as I had lunch at this location, and got a single cheeseburger basket that comes with French fries, the patty looked like it was overcooked, but better than undercooked right. There was a sign on the door that the dinning room is closed, so only could through the drive thru, who knows when Culver's will start reopening dinning rooms, and I saw one the website that today's flavor of the day is Crazy for Cookie Dough, which is their creamy Vanilla and Chocolate Fresh Frozen Custard swirled together and mixed with thick fudge, ribbons of old fashioned salted caramel and cookie dough pieces. read more

This Culver's is a joke. The girl who brought out my wrong order was so rude and didn't care if my order was messed up. I asked her to bring out the missing item and she replied I have to go reorder them after waiting 15 min in the drive up. Then she said have a good day. This is the third time dealing with their wrong orders and rude behavior. They are also rude on the phone when you complain about the wrong order. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BAG!!! Bunch of clowns work there. This place to to rock now it's rock bottom. read more

I want to like this Culver's but the custard is always grainy. I've been to Culver's all over the Midwest and this is the only one that consistently has this problem. It's too bad because the staff is nice. read more

I am extremely impressed by the level of service of this staff. I could tell that they were understaffed and overwhelmed by the lunch rush but the professionalism was outstanding. My two year old was excited to turn in her coupon for her custard. The staff took the time to make eye contact with my daughter and ask her the flavor she wanted. They made the small task of getting a child's scoop of vanilla into a learning experience. I was extremely impressed with Brianna A. She got down to my daughters level and took the time to make my daughter feel like the most important customer in the restaurant. 10/10 great job. read more

Ever just wanted a burger and fries? This is the place to satisfy that yearning. It's not fancy but super clean with extremely helpful employees. Plus, in the warm months I love eating on their patio. It makes a simple meal even more fun. Have the kids' meal, then you'll have room for the custard. read more

Culver's - Burgers Near Me - Frankfort, Illinois

This Culver's is a midwest staple and a main hangout spot. Their dining room is always bustling on Friday's. The burgers are a consistent taste no matter what. It's a good atmosphere all around. On the receipt, I always fill out the online survey and write the given code for a free dessert! Depending on the manager and if the cashier is new you will have a choice of one topping on a scoop. It's saved me so much money in high school. The scoops meal is perfect for little one's! read more

Excellent drive through and curbside Service. Workers were very nice and burgers and fries were great. About half the price of Five-Guys and better burgers and fries read more

The staff was very professional and everything was clean. I was very surprised for it being fast food- management obviously cares for the young staff to be so well trained and for lack of a better word- behaved read more

I pulled up to the drive through window at 9:51 and was flat out ignored. I then went into the restaurant at 9:54 and everyone just looked at me not saying anything for like 2 more minutes. I finally asked are you guys closed and someone said yes we are closed. This establishment closes at 10 not 9:50. Everyone was just super rude and ignore me the whole time until I asked.... flat out rude. read more

When I was growing up, McDonalds was my go to burger place, Now it's Culvers and this particular Culvers is a great one. The manager is very hands on and has a staff that is extremely polite. They run when they bring you your food if you are waiting in the drive up. If you are eating inside, they will normally offer to bus your table. The chicken sandwich and plate are what I order when I am being good. The hamburgers and pot roast are when I am not. It's a clean, quick way to get lunch quickly. read more

Big fan of Culver's. I really wish they'd have the ones like up on Wisconsin, where they serve breakfast. I can just remember my old roommate being 100% put off at the idea of having Culver's for breakfast...then they brought out his food, and his eyes got as big as Frisbees. This Culver's is good. The Swiss ButterBurgers are pretty fantastic and the cheese curds are a must. It's not as amazing as Five Guys, but it's a great eat indeed. And try their turtle custard concretes. Happy, happy, happy... read more

why offer me marinara sauce for my cheese curds when they don't put it in the bag :( Update: Second time in a row, I asked at least 3 times for marinara for the curds, and nothing in the bag. Not coming back and FUCK YOU TOO. read more

I almost never review chain and corporate businesses on yelp. But this culvers is located across the street from work and was my guilty pleasure once a week. The people who work here are amazing and super friendly. They always have friendly smiles and fast service. I even dropped my checkbook at the register without realizing it until the employee brought it to me. I was so happy she did that because I would not have noticed for a few days and would have gone crazy trying to find it. Culvers is a place that I make an exception. While I always try to support local businesses, this place has my respect and thanks. The food is always freshly made and tasty (though very unhealthy). read more

We went to Culvers on a Sunday evening to get ice cream. When we arrived, the inside was empty but the drive thru was busy. We were greeted promptly (but not welcome to delicious!) but noticed one worker leaning up against the counter. We placed our order, and waited for our treats. As we waited, we noticed that the place was really kind of dirty. The floor was full of crushed oreos and the station where the manager was working was very cluttered. This resulted in limited access to the fudge and caramel pumps, so our ice cream only had it on one side. The two concretes we ordered were like soup and required a straw to eat them. No way a spoon could stand up in the center of them like it says on the commercial. In addition, he seemed much more concerned about giving one of his workers a free mis-made concrete than focusing on making our order. I remember when the owners used to be at this location often. The workers were super friendly and the place had a great family vibe about it. Now it seems like its run by a bunch of kids who are not really interested in what they are doing. I'm disappointed in the service received this evening. read more

Usually very good and generous portions. I ordered in the drive thru today. A double cheese and fries for my daughter....and a cod dinner for myself. Usually the cod is very large and juicy. I got small pieces that were very dried out. read more

Although on a Saturday at dinner time , the drive through and people in cars waiting for online orders were few. Mine was an online order . Eventhough I did the email , I'm Here , no one came out , I had to knock on the door . It was a large order 3 value meals & 3 kids meals . Culver's forgot all the ketchups & shorted me the kids chocolate milk . This was the first time at this location , I prefer Lockport Culver's more. read more

Amazing!! I love this place so much. Great place with great service always! This place is marked on my Life 360 because I love it!

Bad lunch experience. Clam chowder watery and salty. Onion rings greasy and cold. Burger was salty and mushy. The staff was very friendly. Sorry. Culver's. Would not return. Too many burger joints to choose from. read more

A different fast food store experience with an area charm. We enjoy the location as it is easily accessible along La Grange. They offer burgers and fries. This is my go to Culver's and one of the few fast food places I love. The food is made to order and always fresh. The custard... mmm I'm drooling just thinking about it. Their custard is absolutely delicious and their cookie dough is some of the best. Be sure to ask for extra mix ins because many of the employees only sprinkle a few toppings in the concretes. I prefer a mournful of custard AND cookie dough in each bite. Anyways, I digress... I've never had an issue at this location. Customer service ranges from phenomenal to average. Any incorrect orders are immediately fixed and prices are reasonable for the quality but definitely higher than standard fast food. Best things to get are the cheese curds and custard! read more

Good food and a great place to take the family. We love the chicken tenders and burgers! The cheese fries are the best! Decent price, good food. Late hours allow for a good lication to hang out after events with friends and family. read more

Culver's is a guilty pleasure when we venture out of the city. We were at the Frankfort location for dinner and hurried on our way. A few hours later, I realized that I did not have my wallet. I returned to Culver's and found it closed. There were still staff members there cleaning up. They had my wallet! They refused a tip--saying it was no big deal and they knew how stressful it was to lose a wallet. I am won over for life. Called the manager today to tell her what a great crew they have. read more

Somewhat shameful, but our comfort food staple. Cheese curds, mmmmmm...

We went in to order ice cream and one of the items my niece wanted was not on the menu. Not to worry; the young men inside created something that was closest to what she wanted. They gave us the kindest customer service and I just wanted to thank them! We were there on a Friday night (5/26). Fantastic staff! Kudos to them. read more

Culvers used to be 1 of my faves. Recently they have started to resemble the burgers at Steak and Shake burgers, Wheres the beef? The double deluxe has 2 pieces of beef lace. If I held them up to the light, I could see thru them. If I wanted burger doilies I would go across the street to Steak and Shake. Bring back the thicker burgers. read more
