For the 5th time this month my order from Culver's was incomplete AND incorrect when I got home. Their management needs to train people in "Foodservice 101" and how to do a basic "order check" before handing the order to the customer. My orders have included the wrong soup; no soup; no dressing and the wrong dressings for the salads ordered; no cutlery to eat with; missing food items. By the time you get home with their mistake, it's a PITA to go back. Here's a tip Culver's management, a customer should not have to go through their whole order in their car before leaving to be sure you have the correct and complete order. In short, even though the food is good quality, their service is horrible. GO elsewhere for your carry out orders. Even White Castle is better than this Culver's. read more

There was a sign on the door that the dinning room is closed, so only could through the drive thru, who knows when Culver's will start reopening dinning rooms, and I saw one the website that today's flavor of the day is Crazy for Cookie Dough, which is their creamy Vanilla and Chocolate Fresh Frozen Custard swirled together and mixed with thick fudge, ribbons of old fashioned salted caramel and cookie dough pieces. read more

This Culver's is a joke. The girl who brought out my wrong order was so rude and didn't care if my order was messed up. I asked her to bring out the missing item and she replied I have to go reorder them after waiting 15 min in the drive up. Then she said have a good day. I am extremely impressed by the level of service of this staff. I could tell that they were understaffed and overwhelmed by the lunch rush but the professionalism was outstanding. My two year old was excited to turn in her coupon for her custard. The staff took the time to make eye contact with my daughter and ask her the flavor she wanted. They made the small task of getting a child's scoop of vanilla into a learning experience. I was extremely impressed with Brianna A. She got down to my daughters level and took the time to make my daughter feel like the most important customer in the restaurant. 10/10 great job. read more

This Culver's is a midwest staple and a main hangout spot. Their dining room is always bustling on Friday's. The burgers are a consistent taste no matter what. It's a good atmosphere all around. On the receipt, I always fill out the online survey and write the given code for a free dessert! Depending on the manager and if the cashier is new you will have a choice of one topping on a scoop. When I was growing up, McDonalds was my go to burger place, Now it's Culvers and this particular Culvers is a great one. The manager is very hands on and has a staff that is extremely polite. They run when they bring you your food if you are waiting in the drive up. If you are eating inside, they will normally offer to bus your table. The chicken sandwich and plate are what I order when I am being good. The hamburgers and pot roast are when I am not. It's a clean, quick way to get lunch quickly. read more

I almost never review chain and corporate businesses on yelp. But this culvers is located across the street from work and was my guilty pleasure once a week. The people who work here are amazing and super friendly. They always have friendly smiles and fast service. I even dropped my checkbook at the register without realizing it until the employee brought it to me. I was so happy she did that because I would not have noticed for a few days and would have gone crazy trying to find it. Culvers is a place that I make an exception. We went to Culvers on a Sunday evening to get ice cream. When we arrived, the inside was empty but the drive thru was busy. We were greeted promptly (but not welcome to delicious!) but noticed one worker leaning up against the counter. We placed our order, and waited for our treats. As we waited, we noticed that the place was really kind of dirty. The floor was full of crushed oreos and the station where the manager was working was very cluttered. This resulted in limited access to the fudge and caramel pumps, so our ice cream only had it on one side. The two concretes we ordered were like soup and required a straw to eat them. No way a spoon could stand up in the center of them like it says on the commercial. In addition, he seemed much more concerned about giving one of his workers a free mis-made concrete than focusing on making our order. I remember when the owners used to be at this location often. The workers were super friendly and the place had a great family vibe about it. Now it seems like its run by a bunch of kids who are not really interested in what they are doing. A different fast food store experience with an area charm. We enjoy the location as it is easily accessible along La Grange. They offer burgers and fries. This is my go to Culver's and one of the few fast food places I love. The food is made to order and always fresh. The custard... mmm I'm drooling just thinking about it. Their custard is absolutely delicious and their cookie dough is some of the best. Be sure to ask for extra mix ins because many of the employees only sprinkle a few toppings in the concretes. I prefer a mournful of custard AND cookie dough in each bite. Anyways, I digress... I've never had an issue at this location. Customer service ranges from phenomenal to average. Any incorrect orders are immediately fixed and prices are reasonable for the quality but definitely higher than standard fast food. Best things to get are the cheese curds and custard! read more

Culver's is a guilty pleasure when we venture out of the city. We were at the Frankfort location for dinner and hurried on our way. A few hours later, I realized that I did not have my wallet. I returned to Culver's and found it closed. There were still staff members there cleaning up. They had my wallet! Culvers used to be 1 of my faves. Recently they have started to resemble the burgers at Steak and Shake burgers, Wheres the beef? The double deluxe has 2 pieces of beef lace. If I held them up to the light, I could see thru them. If I wanted burger doilies I would go across the street to Steak and Shake. Bring back the thicker burgers. read more
