From the service, to the cleanliness, to the level of deliciousness, this place nailed it! I enjoyed the hot honey sandwhich, which I was scared of being too hot, but it wasn't, it was the perfect balance of spice and sweet. My husband enjoyed the buffalo ranch sandwich and we ordered the cheesy bbq sandwich for the kids to split and they devoured it. Now let's talk about the fries....the portion is very respectful. I asked for fresh fries and she just rolled her eyes and the girls on the back just cackled and made light of it like it was a crime to get fresh food. So I decide to check the burgers. Instead you had to use their touchscreen for ordering. The elderly couple using the ONLY available touchscreen was obviously having difficulty navigating the various options. Did an employee offer assistance? No. The only employee with a direct line of sight would cast a quick glance, then look away. The reason for this was obvious when I got my order. Our meals came without cups, and regular fries instead of the curly fries I ordered. Despite the best efforts of the employee to avoid eye contact, I was able to get her attention. When I told her I ordered curly fries, she looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. Apparently I was since it became obvious she only spoke Spanish. I'm guessing the only English speaking employee was handling the drive thru window. As for the meal itself the burgers were lukewarm, as was my wife's fries. The curly fries were hot so there's that, but overall not a good experience. I'm guessing the year over year visits have declined at this particular JITB.

It was easy to use and easy to customize my order. I went to the drive thru to pick up my order and the AI was very nice and welcoming and understood I was there to pick up a mobile order. Both meals I ordered the Bo's chicken sandwich and then a Chicken Tender combo. The first time I ordered the combo with the Bo-rounds as I had never tried them yet and was excited to see them available past the morning menu. The second time I ordered the seasoned fries. The Bo-rounds were ok. Not sure how long they may have been sitting so they were not hot nor were they crispy at this point. The size and shape of them only give you 4 per bag and they were ok but the seasoned fries were a lot better and truly I felt like I was getting more for my buck. The second day I went I was asked to pull forward and wait for my meal by the side door. That's fine and it only took another minute or two to come out to me but I wasn't presented my drink at the window and when given my food he didn't have it then either. I had to wait another few minutes for him to come out with my drink and it was the wrong one. I ordered pepsi and I got sweet tea. Not a huge issue and this gives me the chance to say, I'm not a fan of their tea. Both of the Bo's chicken sandwiches I received were made correctly as ordered and they both were yummy. Hot and juicy, a thick piece of chicken with just the right level of spice in the batter! I truly enjoyed those sandwiches. The chicken tender combos were both delicious. Again I enjoyed the fries over the rounds but you can't beat Bojangles biscuits! The tenders were NOT over fried and they were of good size and contained a good portion of chicken. Not like some over breaded piece of nothing chicken. Overall I was very happy with both of my experiences at this Bojangles and look forward to swing back around their way!

The parking lot was clean and free of trash. The dining room was also clean with no trash on any tables. A few minutes later, a very nice lady walked over with my order, confirmed that I'm "Mister Bruce" and set down the tray. She asked if I needed anything and I did not. The coffee was prepared as requested (two cream, one ice) and my Egg McMuffin was assembled properly. I wrote a few Yelp reviews, checked in on work, and then departed about a half hour later.
