I don't think I've ever been in a restaurant where the ladies taking your order were lacking any intelligence. I literally told her I wanted 2 singles with mustard, ketchup, lettuce, tomato and pickle. I think this little girl literally was on drugs or something. She could not comprehend basic ingredients on a damn hamburger. I had to repeat it 4-5 times. Then she tried to give us fries that were cold. I asked for fresh fries and she just rolled her eyes and the girls on the back just cackled and made light of it like it was a crime to get fresh food. So I decide to check the burgers. No mustard or ketchup and had mayo. Both were wrong. She looked like someone hit her dog and got the manager. This idiot comes out and has to clarify 2-3 times what I wanted and says he will make them himself. Guess what. Wrong again. This time they had onion on them. Frosty machines been broken every time I've been here for the past three months. Usually get the wrong order too

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Went in with as a family of 6 to get some light items and pass some time while we were charging, little did I know that would be the worst mistake EVER! The cashier rings in our order and I gave her my rewards from the app. $2 for a kids meal and a free item from using points. I noticed something I didn't want to order and asked her to remove it, in doing so it removed my rewards and she was unable to get them back on. So she called the GM/some sort of manager over. The manager gives me like $1 off and walks away without a word. I said that wasn't the coupon I gave and asked her to come back to fix it. She comes back over with an attitude. Another employee approaches asking what's wrong and the manager laughs and says she will tel her about it later. I say we are just trying to get my coupon to work. The manager then says you know if you need $1 I can give you $1. I can sense the hostility and try to laugh it off and say every dollar counts. She then says I'm being disrespectful and she begins berating me in front of my family. She said if I can't afford food I should t be going out to eat and telling me that I can't afford to take care of my children. I told her that I appreciated the help but I was just going to go somewhere else. She continued to harass me and yell at me. I told her she didn't have to be a c word, I'm leaving. As we are walking across the street, the manager, an additional employee, and the managers boyfriend (who had been sitting in the lobby) ran after us! The manager and boyfriend threatened to kill our children, all of them cursed at us, and they even charged two of our boys. Luckily some pedestrians came over to help. It was very traumatic for our 2 smallest. We filed a police report and reported it to Wendy's. The Wendy's rep, Elaine Carter, for the area reached out to me via phone, and it was disappointing. A complete slap in the face. She sounded like she was driving around with another person. She was carrying on a conversation with me and the person in the background. She tells me that this location has been having problems for some time and they are slowly working on it but it's hard to find people to work. She tells me she fired the employees involved and the guy had been arrested on other charges related to Wendy's. She offered me $75 to which I declined. I asked for her email and began a documented conversation to which she ignored me. Our 6 year old and 10 year old are both in therapy. The 6 year old has PTSD and anxiety. She has began coming back to bed with us, is terrified when we go to work or she has to be away from us saying that she's scared something bad will happen. The 10 year old is having night terrors who where he is sleep walking. It's horrifying. If I could go back I'd never gone... the damage this has caused to my children isn't worth it. Don't go here! Walked in and the employee already had a nasty attitude from the start. I asked for a water and was told it would be $3--for water. Seriously? I asked her to remove it, which apparently was too much effort because things went downhill from there. I was using a mobile app offer, and after she removed the water, I noticed the price didn't change. I asked why, and she casually told me removing the water "messed up" the mobile offer--and then refused to fix it or let me use the deal at all. No apology, no effort, no accountability. Just attitude and zero customer service. She caused the issue and didn't care one bit. If this is the standard Wendy's is okay with, I'd rather take my money literally anywhere else. We asked for a side of sour cream. The asiago chicken club sandwich came with bacon and we had to go back up to the counter to get the sour cream. Holy HELL this was the worst fast food stop experience I have ever had from start to finish. The "cashier" seemed to have ZERO self-awareness at her job (if she even works there) she was chewing on a spoon with her phone in front of her the entire time I was there, got my order wrong and had to have the manager come take the orders for the multitude of unhappy customers in there. At one point Xaviona (the cashier) loudly proclaimed "I don't even know why the fuck I'm up here I don't even know what I'm doing" my friend did not receive his drink, the floor literally looked like 3 bathrooms over flowed, there were zero napkins and when we asked for ketchup, we were told no. First of all this restaurant deserves ZERO stars. We went through the drive-thru at 9:30 last night. We first tried to order a taco salad and were told there was no chili. Then we were asked to wait, after 8 minutes they came back to take our order, and when we attempted to order a Baconator burger we were told they were out of that too. My husband remarked that every time we come to this Wendy's they are out of items and they should let customers know what they don't have in stock before they start to order, while my husband was speaking the employee said "I really don't give a F*ck about what you have to say" and closed the mic. This has been a terrible location for many years, but every few months we decide to try again as it is close to our home. However, NEVER, EVER again. I know today is June 18 and tomorrow is June 19, which is a national holiday. However, no one would give us any help or any direction. Stopped by today during lunch time and they were on the ball. They were moving at a good tempo and the wait was short. They are advertising the "new" fries and I have to say, they are pretty solid. I liked them a lot. Salted right and hot and crispy. Honestly, they look like the same fries with more attention paid to them..... cooked better and kept fresh. People used to say Wendy's has the worst fries, but if they keep this up, that won't be true at all. My food arrived quickly and correctly. Good stuff. We called to see if the dining room was open. My husband had just got off work at 9 pm when everything was closed. We were looking for somewhere we could sit in the air conditioning and enjoy a hot dinner. A lady answered and said yes ma'am come enjoy dinner with us. Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food hot & delicious. I don't normally leave reviews but this Wendy's has made a complete turn around.
