I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The burgers we were first served had so much white flour on the bottom buns that it actually coated the containers they came in. To their credit, the staff replaced our meals, which I appreciated -- but I was still charged extra for what we had originally ordered. To make things worse, I was given the wrong item (a large fry instead of cheese curds). When I paid again for the correct item, the manager took about 15 minutes to bring it out and then asked for the large fry back. After that experience, I don't plan on returning. read more

That murder trial was going on the day I was there. It's nice to just sit down and get your food brought to you rather than tripping through the dining room like a jackas*wad-- 5 times-- spilling your coke. Maybe 3 minutes to get our food. I know because I saw the article about the murder verdict. And that was like 2 minutes I think. So 2 minutes from the time we sat down we had our food. Culver's is a classic fast good option for me. Love the cheese curds, you can never go wrong with a butter burger, and custard is the right way to end any meal. I have only gotten custard at this location, but the staff are super friendly and it is a great drive through experience. read more

My husband and I had been running all day and needed a meal tonight. We love Culver's and normally have a great experience. We ordered two sandwich baskets. We got home and realized there was only one sandwich and two orders of fries. We live about 15 minutes away, I had my husband call and let them know right away and that he was heading back. On the phone the male manger was nice and my husband said my fries are going to be cold and the manager acted ok. My husband arrived and was treated poorly and had to remain in the drive thru window to get his food or refund. The young male manger shut the drive thru window on my husband several times. My husband asked several times "what about fries" and when he asked "how much for the basket". The manager refused to answer any questions and finally my husband got a refund. Culver's - Receipt - Burgers Near Me - Evansville, Indiana

So, the hubs and I found ourselves pulling in to the Culver's drive thru at 9:57PM on a Saturday night. Unknowingly this is 3 minutes before closing-I asked when the drive thru was answered and in a super pleasant young woman voice answered 10PM. I asked if they were still taking orders and the pleasant voice stated they were and it was not a problem. We ordered...and proceeded to the window. The cashier, presumably the same girl that took our order, was pleasant and polite. The Hub's had a shake, again delivered with a smile. And our food was given to us promptly and once again with a smile! We came home and enjoyed the freshest and best burger we have had in ages! And it was made CORRECTLY to order!!! I feel there is something to be said for that Saturday night crew for giving us, the pain in the butt LAST customer 3 minutes before close, an AMAZING Culver's experience! Thank-you guys! read more

Tried Culver's for the first time today with my boyfriend. He and I ended up sharing a single patty pretzel burger. While it was VERY delicious, and certainly worth the price, the small fries and their drink prices were definitely not up to par. The fries and the drinks are super expensive, so much so that we would recommend that people go elsewhere for those items, considering that the small size drinks were 2 dollars. Would come back again for the sandwiches and maybe the custard, but not the fries or drinks. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. First, I was not offered a receipt and when I politely asked for one, the cashier acted shocked. Second, the order took 25 minutes. Yes, 25 minutes at a hamburger restaurant. I know because after about 15 minutes I looked at the receipt to see when it was printed! It wasn't a huge order (3 sandwich baskets and a kid's meal), nor did we order anything out of the ordinary. Third, the order was all mixed up, sandwiches with the wrong sides. What really irritated me was that there was NO apology, NO explanation, not even an acknowledgement that the order took so long. He just shoved the tray on the corner of the table, said, "Here's your food." And walked off. Weary visiting from out of town and we love our hometown Culver's, but this one seriously needs a customer service seminar. DO NOT EAT HERE.
