Clean, consistent, friendly. This particular location is the best. They put together your order like it is a work of art. Their attention to detail is commendable. read more

Found two hairs in food. One hair in each burger. Food tasted good up to that point! After the hair was found though it all went in the garbage. Don't eat here they can't even do the bare minimum which is wearing a hair net. read more

Five Guys - Hamburger - Burgers Near Me - Evansville, Indiana

Worst service ever. I ordered 2 burgers and told them what I wanted on them. Completely wrong. I asked for grilled onions, ketchup, mustard and none of that was on it. After waiting for them to grill onions, they gave me like an entire bowl of onions. 2 whole chopped up onions to be funny. I said it that was comical and they all laughed. The chubby girl with the glasses, especially. Last time I ordered no tomato and im glad I looked before I bit into it because im allergic. $30 for 2 cheeseburgers, you should get people working who can read and follow directions. Won't be going back. read more

Five Guys is the best place to get a burger and a shake. People I know complain about their high prices but honestly I feel like you're paying for what you get. I have yet to find a fast food restaurant in town that puts out a quality burger. You definitely won't find it at McDonald's or DQ. Same with the shakes their double stuffed Oreo shake is amazing and it has a very thick consistency. Not to mention whatever size you order in fries they literally double the portion. The lobby is always clean and well kept and the service is quick! read more

Not acceptable. Open sack. See picture. Who would eat this?!????! $5 tip wasted. Disappointed. read more

Five Guys - Received sack opened. Can not eat this. - Burgers Near Me - Evansville, Indiana

It was one of the best burgers I've ever had it is definitely worth the money. And the service was good.

Nasty, it was an hour before closing and the tea was sour and we heard start up the grill when we came in. Are you supposed to have a tip jar in a fast food chain restaurant? All I wanted was some fries but I didn't order. Got the tea and left but that was a mistake. The cashier was nice. read more

I used to work at a burger place, so I have a guess why I found my recent visit so shitty. It was slow when I came in. They have an open kitchen, so I could see my order did not stir a great deal of activity. Most of the movement seemed to be centered on the fry station. When I got them home, my fries were okay (5 Guys is not notably regarded for their fries), but the burger was just meh. Less than meh, even. Might as well have gone to McDonald's, at least the Big Mac sauce adds something to their shitty beef. I'm pretty sure they gave me some old burger patty they had sitting around. I remember doing the same thing when I flipped burgers. You cook an extra sometimes when it's busy, then later unload it on some sucker with some fresh cheese trying to cover up the fossilized beef. I understand it, but sure don't appreciate being on this end of it. read more

Their burgers are the best, I love getting them with A1 sauce and jalapenos on them, I love coming here and getting their burgers. read more

Five Guys - At five guys - Burgers Near Me - Evansville, Indiana

Bar none Five Guys serves up the best fast food burger in the Tristate. The burgers are loaded with your choice of a wide selection of ingredients at no extra cost. If you are looking for a plain patty in a bun, maybe this is not the best value joint, but if you like a fully loaded burger it is great value. Maybe even better than the burgers are their fries. Bar none they have the best fries of any fast food join. They are always fried on the spot at the same time your burger is being prepared. I noticed the interaction of the staff and customers and that of the staff with their coworkers. Clearly this Five Guys has a happy enviroment for customers and workers. The soft drink machine area is clean and provides the perfect ratio of syrup and carbonated water for the perfect fizzy pop as well as brewed on site ice tea. They also have unlimited free peanuts with your meal too so beware if you have a peanut allergy. A little more expensive than the Golden Arches and the King, but there is no comparison, Five Guys is a better product and experience. Friendly, clean and tasty. read more

Five Guys - Best fries in a fast food joint in the Tristate. - Burgers Near Me - Evansville, Indiana

See all

I've never been a burger fan, until I tried one from here. The portions of fries, uh-mazing. They give so much and I always have extra. It's overwhelmingly fantastic. I won't lie, sometimes the fries can be a tad bit too salty, but very rarely. The burger itself is juicy and a little thicker than most. I usually get a little burger because I can only eat one patty not two. I prefer balanced portions of meat and veggies. Eating a burger feels light and soft because of the bread, but it's always filling. This is the only fast food place that I would eat the burger over the fries first, even though the fries are just as tasty. The inside is always clean and bright. I've personally never seen a mess besides the one I make when I finish eating. Everytime I go the guys/girls working are super nice and funny. Overall I like it very much. read more

I love this place! They always make my day when I come in! Jimmy is the truth always kind and checking in with his customers especially when there is a wait! Also, have you tried the food! Top notch if your looking for that warm greasy burger with hot Cajun fries! read more

Best food in the world, I had 2 burgers last night with fries I couldn't eat it all so I just ate the other half this morning

Great burgers, great fries... great drunk food. Location was clean and staff were quick with our group's burgers (six burgers in all). Other than that, it's the usual FG menu and that was exactly what we wanted. read more

Our favorite go to burger stop. Friendly, hardworking, caring workers. They take pride in doing a great job. Highly recommend.!!

I'm a thin burger guy so this place didn't really work for me. The portions here are huge and the prices reflect that; a burger, fries and coke will set you back about 10 bucks. I think I'll stick with GD Ritzy's or Steak and Shake when I'm in the mood for a burger. read more

Burgers are great. Generous with fries. I don't think they change the oil in the fryers. Fries on last three visits are dark brown and some nearly black. read more

The BEST place in Evansville for a burger. The cheese on my burger is to die for. The patties are always juicy, and endless free toppings? Yes please!! Ask for a small order of fries and they literally give you a bag full. Don't order a large unless you've got a family to feed. I recommend the Cajun fries! read more

My wife and I showed up at 8:45 on 8/28. The entire staff was rude and disrespectful. One African American worker called my wife a "cracka" to another worker!! I am in talks with corporate. Do not give this place your money read more

Love some Five Guys. Terrific burgers and delicious fries. Great service. Good prices. Good value

Good Burgers and Fries. But just don't get all the hype about this place. Plus when you add in price, I'd rather just goto local Bar and get same thing for 1/2 the price. read more

The burgers were fresh and they give you plenty of french fries. It's a little bit overpriced. I will try the hot dog the next time

If you have a problem with food cooked with peanut oil, diner beware. I had to do 90 mph down Green River to get home to the toilet. I would have given them a three because the burger was good, but they get a one because I had to toss my favorite pair of underwear. read more

Five guys is expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. The portion sizes are gigantic and this place is NOT diet friendly. The amount of fries in a regular size feed my family of three. I love their topping choices for the burgers, but that's about where the choice ends. Its a good place for people with indecisive friends or dates to go since there are not many choices. (Burger and fries, that's about it, true to its name) All of the five guy restaurants have a bland ambience to them but the flavorful food is the opposite. read more

If you order a plain burger, it's two patties. To get one patty, you need to order a burger jr. It's a bit pricier, but the meat tastes so fresh, and there are lots of free topping options. When you order fries, order a small! A small alone fills up a brown paper lunch sack several inches. My father and I went there the other week and ordered a small fry, and we could barely finish it together. It's simple, fresh, and delicious. read more

Five Guys is the best burger I've ever had, and I love the variety of fresh toppings you can add for free. (The meat is NEVER frozen, and you can really taste the difference.) I've never heard someone criticize the taste of a burger here. The only criticism I hear, and it is one that I hear often, is that it is overpriced. People say, "Man, a meal here is ten bucks!" This is not the case. There are two different burger sizes at FG. There is a single and a double. The double is called the hamburger, and the single is called a little hamburger. The single is enough for anyone! It is larger than an Angus burger at McDonald's, and it is cheaper. Sure, you can order the double, and I have before, but it is just too much food. Fries feed at least two. And I don't order a drink, as water is free and I prefer that. So when I go with a friend, we both get single burgers (less than $4 each), and a regular fries (between $2-3). So both of us eat fresh, delicious hamburgers and a ton of fries for $10-$11 TOTAL. It's totally reasonable. read more

First timer today, burger was very good, fries not so much but overall good place, clean also I'll b back for burger

Best burgers around!!! Staff is always super nice they greet you coming and leaving, burgers and Cajun fries are aways great. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great burger. read more

The menu is simple and the the staff is great. They cook the food fresh which is a plus, even if you have to wait a little. I feel its a bit overpriced for what you get, but if you want a juicy burger with greasy fries this is the place. read more

This has been our go to burger place for several months. Yes, they are a little pricey, but it's worth it in our eyes. Friendly staff, and they usually bring our food to our table. They have a large number of toppings to choose for your burger. Depending on what kind of toppings you get it can be a little messy, but a little messy isn't necessarily a bad thing. Our burgers have always been done perfectly. Their fries are great, and they give you a LOT of them too. I tried a hotdog once, while it was good I will likely stick with the burgers. The only complaint I've had is it seems like when we go in and eat at least half the tables need cleaned off. I don't know if they have a set person to check the dining area or not, but that's not enough to keep us from going. As long as they keep doing things the way they are(for the most part), they will have our business for a long time. read more

I spent hours thinking about where/what to eat. I finally settled for Five Guys and I am glad I did. I ordered a Little (single pattie) bacon cheese burger with an order of Cajun fries. Everything was made to order. While you wait, the restaurant offers you free peanuts. I am not a fan of peanuts so I didn't indulge. My food and was so satisfying.
