Boba is a not "the drink", boba is the chewy balls made from "tapioca". You could call boba tapioca balls if you want, they have different names such as boba, balls, boba balls, bubble, pearls, etc. but they're all boba. It has happened twice that when I ordered a drink with "boba", they asked if I meant "tapioca".- tryna correct me for the name. Yes I meant boba, the balls that are made from tapioca. Having a boba shop but not knowing what boba actually is, is actually diabolical. Managers/onwer, please re-educate your employees. And please don't tryna argue about boba with me, I'm from the place that it was originated. Drink: No comments...The only decent drink is Vietnamese coffee. Food: Haven't tried Atmosphere: Nice, the shop is nicely decorated. It looks pretty.

The ice cream itself lacked flavor, and the texture made it surprisingly difficult to eat, more of a stunt food than something enjoyable. I also found the interaction with the worker a little awkward; they were polite but didn't say much, which made the overall atmosphere feel a bit flat. They also didn't wash their hands so that was a little off putting. They also were on a phone call the entire time which was completely unprofessional... not a good look. For the price, I expected a lot more. It felt expensive for what you actually get, and the quality didn't match the cost. They do have a good selection of options, which is a plus, but the good just doesn't outweigh the bad here. The experience was just okay, but not memorable enough to want to return. I had high hopes since I'd never tried rolled ice cream before, but the visit ended up being a little disappointing. You order at the counter and find a seat. They didn't give us any numbers but still found us without any issue. The salsa bar was definitely a highlight and what drew me to this restaurant. They definitely adjusted the heat in the salsas to appeal to the most people, giving warnings of very hot and extremely hot. As a spice lover the hottest one was around a medium by my standard, but the flavors were excellent. We asked for some chips to sample the salsas before our meal arrived. They tasted homemade and very good. I ordered the chicken and pastor tacos with everything (cilantro, onions, lime) and also tried the pork tamale with green sauce. My bf had a chicken burrito. Everything was excellent, but the tamale was just a tad dry, but did taste homemade which was a plus. The tacos were well seasoned and the burrito was huge so we had leftovers. The food came out fast and before we left we also ordered a mango smoothie and mango with tajin/tamarind which was the perfect sweet treat. La Campirana is an absolute gem and one you should visit immediately!
