I have a hard time seeing the menu from my car, and he was incredibly patient while I ordered. He made my lemonade with the perfect amount of ice and let me know the wait was only because he wanted to make sure my fries were fresh and not the last of an old batch. His kindness, tone, and genuine care was so refreshing. We need more people like Paris. Now, instead of opting for doordash, I will making my late night Wendy's trips in person.

I could see an employee making other drinks. I understand that they multitask. Our food is handed to us. Still waiting for our coffees, then I was told to move to pick up window 2. I watched the next two cars drive away with their orders. I even watched an employee police the parking lot, and finish.
