I have eaten there numerous times and have nothing but positive things to say. They have been quick, courteous and tasted great -- I may go there today. When we came in at opening time, we were ignored for several minutes, even by employees that were working in the front near the counter that could see that customers were waiting to order. We heard obnoxiously loud laughing in the back and saw employees on their cell phones as well. Finally someone came over to take our order, but she didn't seem to be very familiar with the menu and options. When we asked what the home style soup was, she said: "I have no idea." (!!!) We asked her to pease find out, so she finally asked someone else. Really ridiculous. The employees definitely need menu and customer service training. When we went outside to eat, there was trash all over the patio. No one came out to check the patio area the entire time we were there eating. The North Atlantic Cod was okay. The Colby Jack Pub Burger was dry. We've been here a few times, and this place seems to be going downhill, unfortunately. Probably won't be back. Just got done road tripping to Beaufort for a friends daughters boot camp graduation and decided to do Culver's for dinner because I've heard great things about it, but man should I have checked here first. My wife went to pick up the food for us and a friend because I am a paraplegic, they got there around 9:10 PM and she was greeted with the worst service she's ever experienced. I understand that you're semi close to closing but she was repeatedly told they were out of items that we wanted and then was met with silence or was laughed at when asking if they could just do certain menu items instead and to put the cherry on top, after waiting for 30 minutes for 3 meals, they didn't even have my burger in the bag. The food was alright but tasted so bland after she was telling me her experience and the let down of my food not even being in the bag. At least I paid $13 for a small crinkle fry though. I hope that I get a response on here or in person when we go in because this is ridiculous. I'm probably the most easy going person and I was about to just throw the fries in the trash. Hit or miss. The service here is either top notch, or not so great. My recent addiction is the turtle concrete mixer. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out! I went a week ago and the service was great, my medium mixer was full, and the staff was so nice. Would leave a zero if I could. Worst management ever. Refused to give district or higher managements phone number. Completely forgot the hamburger on my double cheeseburger. Didn't realize till I got home. Takima or however you spell the "managers" name should be fired. Rude drive thru employees told me I had to come back inside for her to speak to me. Laughed in my face and wouldn't let me speak to her till i insisted. Manager said " you didn't tell me you were bringing your daughter that's why I said to come inside". FOOD-burger good. Fries EXCELLENT. SERVICE-Burger didn't come with a tomato, which was 30¢ extra. Ordered the Caramel Pecan single scoop custard with hot caramel topping. Got it, it looked NOTHING like the picture, there was ONE pecan at the bottom and I was told that 'the caramel topping was all mixed in." Yeah, NO. Culver's is new to Beaufort and has only been here since May 2025. I see people rave about different Culver's across the U.S. on Yelp and had to try it. We only got the custard so I can't comment on the other food. The place is clean and well decorated which was nice. Unfortunately, we stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged for almost ten minutes and only then because I made a comment to my wife loud enough for the man behind the counter to hear us. Anyway, my wife ordered a hot fudge sundae with heath bars and I ordered a Turtle sundae. Thirty minutes later we get our order expect my wife has a shake with no hot fudge and almost more heath bars than custard. My Turtle sundae had at least a half cup of pecans and made the sundae almost inedible. I could barely taste custard. I posted a picture with this review of what a Turtle sundae is supposed to like (from Culver's website) and also a couple the sundae I had from this location. With the heavy handedness of the employees not adhering to standards, I seriously doubt this place will last very long unless they get their act together. Their COGS must be insanely high. Retraining and competent new management would fix it fast. read more

Need better management. As like all Beaufort new restaurants, the 1st month is fine. After that, I encounter 4 or 5 people behind the ordering counter and when I walk up they walk away. This has happened more than once. They stand and talk to each other and dont take orders. When finally giving my order, there is no communication, just a blank stare. I feel like an intruder on their time. It took 17 minutes to get my kids burger meal and a pot roast sandwich. The burger was so overdone, it crunched and paper thin. The custard was supposed to have Carmel and nuts. It was plain vanilla wit nuts wit no Carmel. This was a Friday at 6:30 pm with 7 other customers. The only person doing his job was the older gentleman who was pleasantly bussing tables. This place is a disgrace. Either get help that can be trained or I'm out. I said I wouldn't go there again but my wife insisted. Never, never again. Culver's is not a fast food restaurant...that's why they have a lot of turd service signs all around! The fries are below average; water, soda are fine; the chocolate shake was great- it helped neutralize the salty burger; my double butter burger was absolute horrible-so salty they must have dumped the salt shaker on it and the cook doesn't know how to put condiments on a bun (piled only in the middle of the burgers)! So salty I only ate a quarter of it! I took a bite of my wife's single-better but condiments piled only in the middle of the sandwich. Today my husband and I spent the whole day shopping, we were starved by the end of it. We have been waiting to try this family owned Culver's since we heard about the opening. We had a GREAT experience. The food was fresh, hot, and quick. My husband got the butter burger, and I (a lover of Chicken) got the chicken tenders. The service was awesome. While dining in and waiting for our food, we were asked multiple times if we needed anything. You would have thought it was a sit-down restaurant. While this place is still new and working out their kinks, we can understand how crazy, yet rewarding it can be to start up for the first time! Keep rocking Page Family! Looking for a burger in a two square mile area when there are six other fast food places... service was ok, deluxe single burger was pounded flat and overdone, couldn't tell there was meat on the sandwich at all. Onion rings were better than the fries which were just ok. My husband enjoyed the fish, I found it pretty doughy but you get two big pieces. All in all, I'm still 5 Guys. I'm giving 3 stars because I know they're are new and still training however a fast food meal for a family of 4 that cost $70 should be done right. We were missing half of our meal, had to do a check off on the receipt to get the rest and still made it home without drinks and custard. We put in our order paid at the window and then were directed to park and wait for our order. 35 minutes later I got out of my car and walked back to the drive through window and asked where our order was. My family and I decided to give this another try tonight. We went through the drive thru and experienced a very illiterate and slow drive thru employee. Despite this, our order took 15 minutes to come out which is a bit long. Mind you the restaurant inside was pretty empty and only one other person in the drive thru. We're from Wisconsin where Culver's takes 4 minutes and it's impeccable every time. They noticed it took long and upgraded all our fries to a larger size free of charge due to the wait time. I will say it is definitely a better experience than last time and it seems like the leadership is making strides in the right direction, but their biggest friction point is how their staff communicates with customers and the lack of professionalism and the unnecessary wait times. read more

The service was awful! we went to culver's and when we greeted the person at the register he looked at us like we where anoying him, he also didn't smile once he just looked annoyed and like he wanted to be anywhere but working there.when we got our food it was all fine untill that brout out 4 concret mixers even though we orderd custard (we orders chocolate Custer but that bright us vanilla concret mixers with chocolate syrup)We politely asked one of the employees to fix it she said well thats whats on the recipe we told her we did not order this but she walked away and threw her hands up and went behind the counter to talk to the employees about us. They did not offer to replace remake or refund us. And the concrete mixers are double the price of the custard what we originally ordered and they did not offer to make it right. their food is OK but their service is awful. this is not our first time at Culver's and each time we have went their service was awful.
