So we got there a little before opening and we waited in their private parking lot. They opened promptly at 12. We were greeted by such a sweet man who took our order and made them fairly quick. For the area he had such an amazing personality and customer service. My daughter absolutely loved it. They offer a free baby come for kids under 40" tall but my daughter saw the gummy worm on their dirt sundae and had to have it. My husband had the hot fudge sundae and it was delicious. I got the blast that offered with a few different candies but I got the recees blast. Overall I would definitely go back based on customer service alone. But the ice cream was amazing too! read more

My guilty pleasure. Stopped in for a small waffle cone with butter pecan ice cream. Their ice cream is very good, but sometimes the taste and consistency changes as I believe its homemade. I still love it, small trade off in my book but worth it. read more

I used to work at Brusters and make the ice cream, so I know what I like from there and be 100% okay with paying the price because of its quality. I recently got 2 pints, one of New York cheesecake, and one of chocolate raspberry truffle. I was not satisfied and kind of annoyed that I payed that much for "New York Cheesecake" that tasted like plain vanilla ice cream with some graham cracker. The "Chocolate Raspberry Truffle", was straight chocolate ice cream with little to no raspberry or chocolate flakes. Not a norm for Brusters Ice cream, hope it doesn't stay one. read more

Ice cream was good but service wasn't great. Employee (blonde girl with glasses) was talking with boyfriend instead of helping customers and told us to go to the next window who was very busy. This location is very unprofessional. This is the second time we have placed an order for a birthday cake and the person taking the order does not relay the right info. I did a shocking thing! I went to Brusters at 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon(cheating on my diet), but it turned out to be a good decision. Instead of getting my usual greeting of a straight mouth with a head cocked to the side, I got a warm, friendly, SMILING server with outstanding customer service skills and knowledge! She said that my butter pecan ice cream had just finished being made 15 minutes ago, and that their ice cream has 23% more butter fat in it, making it creamier and more flavorful than Haagen-Dazs or Breyers. She spoke with the same pride *I* do when I tell others about Bruster's... only this time the customer service matched the ice cream. I'll be back! read more

I really do like this ice cream joint. I wouldn't say that it's the best per se that I've had, but it is truly exceptional and far outranks the other ice cream and yogurt places in Beaufort. You can tell that they use pretty good ingredients. I'm a big kid so my favorite is their cotton candy, but everything else is really good too! Nice size portions for a good price and we've even gotten coupons mailed to us, plus a military discount!
