Culver's here generally provides a reliable quality of food and service. The outside seating area is nice. They use a barrier of tall pine shrubs to provide a nice natural delineation between the seating area and the drive through waiting line. The chicken tenders are a favorite of mine. For something different we occasionally get the pork loin sandwich. Always good. Key note on it is that make sure you ask for desired toppings. It comes "naked" with only the pork loin on the bun. It's great if you would prefer BBQ sauce on it rather than mayo. We like the Pretzel Bites and Onion Rings as sides. Their custard flavors are great. I like the ones with strawberries or other fruit over the chocolate with add ins. Only minor issue I've had is in the spring with trainees coming on for summer. The only time I need to check my order. It's great to see how much they do for the community. They have offers on both the Lakeland UHS T-bird Baseball and Football cards. 2 different BoGos on the baseball card and 10% off orders on the football card. read more

We had a great experience at this location of Culver's right near Minocqua, Wisconsin. Just had to get our dessert on. They have so many options for a great meal whether it's lunch or dinner as well as desserts. The place was super clean and not too busy. read more

Culver's - Burgers Near Me - Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin

Sheri, the owner was very rude to customers and her own staff. I've also heard this from other people . The food was undercooked and she got an attitude when we told her about it saying that she'd have to basically charge us for the new food. The salad bar was half empty and nasty . Food was way overpriced and she kept talking to people about how she was evicted from her last place . She's completely pathetic . She even blocked me after posting a review on her Facebook page . She's just a big s##t talker because that's what she did the whole time we were there, just talking bad about owners in the past putting them down . It was annoying listening to her . read more

For the price you cannot beat the service or the food the turtle sundae is the best I've ever had and I love their shrimps

The change to iceberg lettuce in their salads has been the worst thing they could have done. The spring greens added flavor and nutritional value. It was all I could get there because their burgers are now paper thin and overcooked. And prices are terrible. read more

This is NOT a good Culver's for drive through. I gave it three different tries and each time my food was not fresh and clearly has been sitting out- that includes burgers, fries and onion rings. I won't be back again. Really a disappointment for a chain where you wait for the food only for it to be pre-made. read more

Fast cooked made to order food. Great shakes, concrete mixers and sundaes. Favorite sides are onion rings, fried cheese curds or the classic go-to french fries. read more

Nice spot to get a good quick burger. The person who took our order seemed new,and didn't look like he knew what he was doing. Plenty of seating inside and outside, also fast drive thru. read more

I went to the drive-thru and was treated with the upmost kindness, for this I thank you. However, I did not receive my French fries with my burger and fish sandwich. Though I did receive a ketchup packet. After driving 30 min to my house I call to complain. I was looking to get a free basket for the fact that I did not enjoy my meal being that it wasn't complete. I spoke with the manager at 2:52 on 1-6-23, he stated his name was Juan. He was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful to me on the phone. He offered a large fry for me to pick up the next time I was in town. Horrible service. read more

Tell me why it took 45 mins for me to receive my kids meal. I literally have diabetes, this wait is not ok and the staff are incompetent try harder and better! I love Culver's and the way that this Culver's sucks is no joke!!!!! And they messed up my food. NOT HAPPY! read more

Disappointing!! WE never had to check our bag before, but now we do. We love this Culvers but the other night we ordered three sandwiches and only received two. read more

Here's my concern, twice now I've stopped by there to get something to eat before 9 o'clock at night the signs all lit up drive-through's all lit up but when I get up to drive-through sorry we are now closed. And there is a sign at the pick up windows saying open 10 to 10. If you're going to close the building down for the night turn off the lights on your street sign and turn off the lights to the drive-through so people don't think you're open. Extremely frustrating. read more

Obviously Culver's is great and so is this location staff is nice fast clean but the flavor of the day feels like it's turtle all the time it would just be nice to have more consistent verity read more

This is the best Culver's to ever open, greatest service and best food you could ever ask for in a chain restaurant

We took our new daughter-in-law here because she has never experienced Culver's. She and my son decided to split a small concrete because she was full from the double cheese burger and fried cheese curds. Anna playfully reminded them a small for 2 two people wasn't much. They chose to stay with the small. Anna took care of them and gave just a little extra. What an excellent first trip to a Culver's for her. Thanks crew and Anna! We know restaurant crews are understaffed, so we appreciate your smiles and great attitudes. read more

First time Culver's customer and I can't believe I've never been! Customer service at this location is above and beyond, and food was served hot fast and delicious! Ice cream was so yummy and I couldn't believe the number of topping choices! Will return!! read more

Stopped here on our way home from vacation. We are Wisconsinites, where Culver's was started, and LOVE us some Culver's. Visited around 2 PM on a Thursday afternoon. It wasn't slammed, but it was pretty darn busy, as it is in a popular summer vacation destination. I went in and ordered our food to go....two sourdough melt baskets. I am used to waiting 5-10 minutes for food from Culver's since they make it to order. Got our food in about five minutes. It was hot and delicious. Price was a dollar more than another national chain we stopped at on our way TO vacation, where we had a terrible experience. This Culver's sets the bar high for all other Culver's. read more

I needed somewhere to work from during my vacation for one day. Even after much preparation to find a place to work from, the place I had chosen lost its WiFi the day before my arrival. So I yelped and Culver's popped up with Wifi. Done. Boy was I glad. I showed up shortly after 10am opening and have been here for 6 hours already. They have yet to give me much side eye about it. Granted I've purchased food as I'm not a total jerk but still they've been cool about it. Additionally I've watch some truly shitty customers come through and yet all the staff members have maintained their impeccable customer service through it all...even the young workers who, let's be honest, tend to lack the ability to have high customer service at all times. Kudos to these workers and Culver's for the excellent training. I will certainly consider them for the next time we need to spend money on fast food. I wouldn't say the food is any better than any other fast food joint, but at least they will smile and be kind. Which is the selling point for me every time. read more

Your usual Culver's. C., my family, and I ate here before going to my grandmother's to play Uno. I had a deluxe cheeseburger basket. Everyone else had cheeseburgers, too. I almost think I like the American cheeseburger better than the cheddar burger! No frozen custard this time because we were going to have petits fours and coffee at Gramma's. Busy midday. read more

I love Culvers. I don't love many fast food places, but Culvers, I love. The mushroom swiss burger is ridiculously good. I love their crinkly and always perfectly cooked fries. I'm actually not one for frozen custard or ice cream, but their strawberry sundae is my Oma's favorite and the chocolate malt I forced myself to consume was delightful, I love that they make their malts the correct way... vanilla custard, chocolate syrup and a generous amount of malt powder. No easy way out chocolate custard blended malts at Culvers! I also love the employees of Culvers and I'm always delighted to see that they employ some of the friendliest senior citizens and super polite high schoolers. I've been to a lot of Culvers and this truly is one of the best. read more

Where was the butter on the butter burger? That is what makes the butter burger good. There was two of us and neither one of us could actually taste butter. The hamburger was warm but not enough to melt the cheese the slightest bit. If I go back, I will ask for a fresh burger, not one kept warm for hours in a bin read more

The kids that work hustle to get the food on the table....the managers (or at least the dude that talks the loudest) puts the kids down in front of customers and while teaching a "new" girl, put her down. This kind of tact is not found in a binder given by HQ, sorry. Food is fine, shakes/ice cream decent. But a loud, obnoxious dude in authority can certainly spoil the ambience. I go here for the internet when all other places are closed. It is quick but I can hear the loudmouth across the room. And thanks for changing station from FOX to MSNBC and ESPN, a bit less loud. read more

Good food and good service. They really go out of their way for their customers. Mmmmm, Butterburgers! Culver's makes a delicious burger on a buttered bun, hence the name. The shakes and malts are some of the best I have ever had, made from Culver's signature frozen custard. Only 4 stars as their fries are straight out of a bag. This chain is growing in and around (mainly) the Midwest.
