I went to the drive-thru and was treated with the upmost kindness, for this I thank you. However, I did not receive my French fries with my burger and fish sandwich. Though I did receive a ketchup packet. After driving 30 min to my house I call to complain. I was looking to get a free basket for the fact that I did not enjoy my meal being that it wasn't complete. I spoke with the manager at 2:52 on 1-6-23, he stated his name was Juan. He was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful to me on the phone. Here's my concern, twice now I've stopped by there to get something to eat before 9 o'clock at night the signs all lit up drive-through's all lit up but when I get up to drive-through sorry we are now closed. And there is a sign at the pick up windows saying open 10 to 10. If you're going to close the building down for the night turn off the lights on your street sign and turn off the lights to the drive-through so people don't think you're open. We took our new daughter-in-law here because she has never experienced Culver's. She and my son decided to split a small concrete because she was full from the double cheese burger and fried cheese curds. Anna playfully reminded them a small for 2 two people wasn't much. Stopped here on our way home from vacation. We are Wisconsinites, where Culver's was started, and LOVE us some Culver's. Visited around 2 PM on a Thursday afternoon. It wasn't slammed, but it was pretty darn busy, as it is in a popular summer vacation destination. I went in and ordered our food to go....two sourdough melt baskets. I am used to waiting 5-10 minutes for food from Culver's since they make it to order. Got our food in about five minutes. It was hot and delicious. Price was a dollar more than another national chain we stopped at on our way TO vacation, where we had a terrible experience. This Culver's sets the bar high for all other Culver's. read more

I needed somewhere to work from during my vacation for one day. Even after much preparation to find a place to work from, the place I had chosen lost its WiFi the day before my arrival. So I yelped and Culver's popped up with Wifi. Done. Boy was I glad. I showed up shortly after 10am opening and have been here for 6 hours already. They have yet to give me much side eye about it. Granted I've purchased food as I'm not a total jerk but still they've been cool about it. Additionally I've watch some truly shitty customers come through and yet all the staff members have maintained their impeccable customer service through it all...even the young workers who, let's be honest, tend to lack the ability to have high customer service at all times. Kudos to these workers and Culver's for the excellent training. I will certainly consider them for the next time we need to spend money on fast food. I wouldn't say the food is any better than any other fast food joint, but at least they will smile and be kind. Which is the selling point for me every time. read more

I love Culvers. I don't love many fast food places, but Culvers, I love. The mushroom swiss burger is ridiculously good. I love their crinkly and always perfectly cooked fries. I'm actually not one for frozen custard or ice cream, but their strawberry sundae is my Oma's favorite and the chocolate malt I forced myself to consume was delightful, I love that they make their malts the correct way... vanilla custard, chocolate syrup and a generous amount of malt powder. No easy way out chocolate custard blended malts at Culvers! I also love the employees of Culvers and I'm always delighted to see that they employ some of the friendliest senior citizens and super polite high schoolers. One young lady, I watched made sure a group of elderly ladies were ok and had enough napkins and condiments since they were not able to move around real well. The kids that work hustle to get the food on the table....the managers (or at least the dude that talks the loudest) puts the kids down in front of customers and while teaching a "new" girl, put her down. Mmmmm, Butterburgers! Culver's makes a delicious burger on a buttered bun, hence the name. The shakes and malts are some of the best I have ever had, made from Culver's signature frozen custard. Only 4 stars as their fries are straight out of a bag.This chain is growing in and around (mainly) the Midwest. Look for the blue and white sign when you are hungry; you won't be disappointed! read more
