Tried this place out today for the first time. Prices are very reasonable & very friendly service. I got a small zebra cone with rainbow & my husband got a medium vanilla cone. Generous portions! We've had past good experiences, but tonight was disappointing. The workers were rambunctious and unprofessional. They cussed and used slurs audibly, and there were children present. Our order was made wrong several times, and we could hear the workers telling others to make it for them. When we finally received our order, the brownie briq flurry was badly blended, and the brownie briq mountain that was supposed to be "surrounded by brownies" only had one sitting on the top of our soft serve (keep in mind we ordered a large, so this was not a decent ratio). read more

Have always had a good experience at the Wausau area Briq's. While on vacation up north, we stopped in for a "taste of home." For all the excellent service we've had, I was surprised to receive a "I don't know how they do it in Wausau" comment when I noticed a difference in how my order looked. Put a bad taste in my mouth for that particular store/worker. read more
