Pizza was ready when I showed up... so I got to give it up to their promptness. The Thai pizza was very lackluster and I'd recommend them cook the chicken fresh, as it seemed they had bought pre cooked chunks of chicken, I'd also suggest putting more Thai or peanut sauce on it. As for our pepperoni, it was good but not great. This slice gave me flashbacks of super delicious school lunch pizza, which is actually saying a lot. So I ordered from here a couple of weeks ago. Afterwards I found out the owners changed and it explains my experience. So I ordered a large cheese or their four cheese pizza for pick up. I live in Everett so I had enough time to drive. The parking lot is tight but plenty of space due to it being a Sunday. I waited in my car but after going inside I realized it was done prior to getting there It's a conveyor belt pizza which isn't bad but for the price it was not worth it. Still decent but I'll explain. When I walked in it's just a few two seated tables and a counter with some beverage coolers for drinks. There was a pizza that was finished but literally hanging in the edge tipping towards the floor. It seems it was like that for a bit. When I hit the button or said hello the guy came out greeted me and when he noticed the pie he hurriedly rescued it. My pie total was just under 34$. I paid forty and tipped the rest. He wanted to give me my change but i don't like cash so it worked out. The taste was alright. If you ever had East coast Enzo's, like that but the dough was a premade shell it seems. East Coast Enzo's at least uses a dough that needs pounding. I would go back but not until they improve. I'm follow a page in facebook and that's how I found out they changed owners. It has potential but again I'll wait before I order and I'll probably just get a specialty pizza to better gauge them. read more

Second time here. Ate at another pizza place last time in Everett and won't make that mistake again. This time I took my own advice and dined in. The Culaccino special, side salad, and Baklava. Pizza was amazing right out of the oven. I like it hot, like almost burn your mouth hot, and this fit the bill for me. For the timid I say wait two minutes after it hits the table to dive in, me, 10 seconds. I can't even describe the flavors as it was all so fresh and hot. The fresh basil, the quality ingredients, the awesome dough. I don't eat crusts. They take up space and mostly don't taste good without the fixings. Look at my leftover pizza. Not a single crust. Probably why I had to stop at the 1/2 point. I had leftovers two days later and still ate all the crust. Side salad was a lot for a side and the house balsamic was delicious. Delivery review After the way my stomach felt most of yesterday, three stars seems generous. I ordered the house special and a meatball grinder. Prices were okay, and delivery was fast enough, but the food arrived barely at room temperature. Meatball Grinder Plain white bread--the plainest of the plain--and not toasted or heated in any way. Some tight, sticky cheese and tomato sauce, and maybe 3-4 tiny meatballs on the full length of a sandwich that was probably 8" long or longer. Not much value here. House Special Pizza Soggy and droopy. Heavy, chewy, dough that tasted mostly of white flour, even after putting a couple slices in the skillet with some olive oil to reheat. Cheese was tight and sticky, tomato sauce was overly sweet, and the pre-shredded pepperoni was dried out and almost crunchy. I see good reviews for these guys and maybe I am missing something, but it seems like on both the sandwich and pizza sides, it's time to revisit the approach in the kitchen. read more

I have never been to this place, and always want to try new pizza. Softer, thinner dough, these slices will not hold their own weight (not a con, just a characteristic) . I found the bite to be really pleasant. The cheese and toppings were average in quantity but tasted good and quality. The sauce was closer to spaghetti sauce on the sweet/savory spectrum, and I didn't care for it. This won't be true for everyone, but for me it took the pizza down a notch. The staff at this restaurant is wonderful, I give them top marks. I'm going to try a couple more pies here and do a re-review. Thanks! read more

This was my first time trying Culaccino's. I ordered a pizza delivered to my home. Friendly service. Decent delivery time for a Friday night (they told me 45 min and got it to me in a little under 40 min). The pizza was fantastic. Fresh ingredients and a more traditional Italian-style pizza. I had the prosciutto and Italian sausage with basil. We added in an order of Jalapeno poppers that were also very good. The cheese inside them was very tasty. I'm pleased to have found these folks. I had called them based on a coupon I had from the former owners (Amante's). Culaccino's honored the old coupon, which was very nice of them. They explained that the restaurant had changed hands about a year ago. I will definitely be ordering pizzas from these folks again! read more

This used to be our go-to for gluten free pizza. That made delicious GF pizza that my husband who is celiac could eat without getting contaminated. The crust was ok but the toppings were abundant and fresh. The last time we went in, everything had changed. We ordered our usual GF pizza and I ordered the low carb chicken Parmesan. The pizza looked really sad compared to how they used to with less toppings and overcooked edges. The chicken Parmesan was absolutely awful. It was a chicken breast with marinara and cheese on top. I cut into the chicken and the center was ice cold. I went back up to the counter and told the guy working that the chicken was ice cold in the middle and his response was "well, it's already fully cooked". Seriously?!! I don't care if it's been fully cooked, I don't want to eat ice cold chicken. He ended up taking the dish back and heating it again but then it came out with the cheese on top charred and the chicken completely dried out. I ended up taking it home and throwing it away. To top all of that off my husband got horribly contaminated with gluten which had never happened there before. read more

I don't know what happened this evening, but we were sent home with the incorrect pizza. After speaking with them on the phone, they agreed to remake the pizza but offered us only 20% off. We have been eating Culaccino Pizze since they were Amante Pizza near Silver Lake. Good pizza. Lots of toppings and cheese. They changed the name to Culaccino and then later sold the business. Today we ordered pizza as we normally would. The new owners changed the crust and it isn't as good. There is less sauce, toppings and cheese than the former owners sold. There is now a delivery charge and we are expected to tip the driver. So, who gets the delivery charge? And the prices are higher. I liked what we use to buy and have for years. If you need to make more money, increase the price but don't cut the product. Last pizza we will order from this company. Time to start looking for a new pizza place near Silver Lake. We've ordered from this pizza place for years. We had a gift certificate and ordered a couple of pizzas and a salad for delivery. When it came, the pizza box was dripping in grease. We opened it up and the toppings were all on one side of the box. The other pizza also had lopsided toppings but not as bad. My husband called back to let them know and the manager told him all pizza boxes are greasy. And then asked how a delivery driver could possibly drop a large pizza. My husband and I are huge foodies and are always looking for new spots to try. We were craving pizza and decided to try this place since it's near our house. It's a family owned business and the owner, Sheedeh served us was very sweet and attentive which made for a very pleasant experience. We ordered a chef salad, cheese bread and the house pizza. The salad was huge and was really fresh and full of quality ingredients. The cheese bread which looks like a medium pizza was crispy and light with delicious cheesy topping and a marina dipping sauce. Every bite was heavenly!! Pizza was great as well and again with tons of fresh veggies and quality ingredients. There were huge roasted garlic cloves on every slice which was awesome. We are very picky about our food and were impressed with how fresh everything was and the quality of the ingredients in every dish. We will definitely be back! read more

Tonight we went to get our usual pizza and chef salad. We found out they no longer have the chef salad nor a lot of other items on the menu they once had. The service was not the friendly service I've come to love about this pizzeria nor was the food this time. The service and the menu change makes me wonder if the business was sold ? The medium pizza was more the size of a small and the salad which once was enough for two people is now the size of a dinner salad.
