I'm a home cook who's quite picky about my knives. As soon as started inquiring about their cleavers, the storekeeper asked me how I typically use my cooking knifes. I have a collection of french knives and a western meat cleaver. I was looking for a knife that is better weight for slicing as well as everyday Chinese cooking. She recommended one of their popular models to me. I did some research before my visit. Her recommendation matched I would have picked myself. We went on to talk about difference aspects of their cleavers. The pros and cons of a wooden vs. metal handle. How to pick a size that matches the size of the person. Sharpening angle of the blade. Stamped vs forged steel. On every topic, the storekeeper was to the point and patient. It was clear that she knows their products well. She even helped me look for a cleaver that has their older, stamped logo instead of the newer laser etched one. If you are picky about your knives, lives outside Hong Kong and looking to invest on a quality Chinese cleaver. Take a trip to the Pacific Mall and visit this store.

Their prices beat all the competition so I don't mind waiting a bit longer for delivery, knowing that they do not carry everything in stock, and must rely on pickups from manufacturer's warehouse. Their driver and his mate are always hepful and courteous - sure they are not always on schedule, but look at the saving - they even take the old appliances away for a very nominal sum. They install and hook up washers and stoves (just not dishwashers for obvious reasons). Altogether I would highly recommend Sandy, Raymond, and their team.

Their deliverymen are horrendous (there are only 2 of them so you're guaranteed to have a bad experience). They are rude, unprofessional, and in my case, damaged my newly renovated hardwood floor by sliding my washer/dryer down the stairs to the basement. After discussing my experience with the store owner, he told me many customers had similar experiences. When these deliverymen returned to pick up a defective range we had also bought, they confronted me about my complaint to the owner and told me he had gotten into trouble because of it. He argued with me for quite a while, in my home and in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, before he took the range away and left me alone. During the entire this experience, I felt threatened by his behaviour.
