Tip: It's worth taking a look on Kitchen Stuff Plus's online site for a product. It may be cheaper…read morethan it is at the store. Last Saturday, I was at a Kitchen Stuff Plus (KSP) store in Whitby. I found a roller storage cart that was on clearance. I was so pleased with this deal and how great it is after assembling it that I wanted another one. I did a search online for this product and whether it was in stock at KSP locations on my way home from work. I found that it was in stock at this store in Vaughan. What surprised me was that it was $11 cheaper than the marked-down price that I had paid on the weekend. Wow! I did the click-and-collect method. It was reminiscent of how I used to order items during the pandemic, except that I could walk into the store and not wear a mask. I placed my order on a Tuesday evening. I got word on Wednesday morning though e-mail that my order was ready for pickup. I head to the counter and say that I'm picking up a click-and-collect order under my name. Nice! After work, I dropped by this store. It's between Toys R Us and Winners. I've been to the latter store, along with Penningtons's and California Sandwiches. I backed into a spot close to the front entrance. I walked in. I love this store so much. Easy-pour glass mason jar pitchers greeted me. This product wasn't on sale, but it was so me. I'd be pouring cold drinks out of this pitcher all day. I'm glad that I did shop at the KSP store in Whitby on the weekend. The clear storage bins that I got for the bathroom were no longer on sale. I did find a silicone brush that was on clearance. I don't have one with a long handle. Done! I seem to want everything in this store. The ice cube trays looked great, from butterfly, to cherry moulds. The latter kind of looks obscene when you stare at them for a while... haha! I found my rolling storage cart in the store. It had the same clearance price as what I got on Saturday. When I got to the counter, I got a friendly female staffer. I let her know that I had an order. She got my first and last names. She went to fetch it. I was so happy seeing it on the counter. I didn't have to tell her my phone number. My order already had it, so she simply scanned my silicone brush. My storage cart was indeed $11 cheaper. Yay! I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was good. I thanked the woman and left with my two items. I like that the storage cart had a handle on the box. I'm so pleased with my purchases. I'll be putting together my second cart this weekend, which is oddly therapeutic. (72)

Kitchen Stuff Plus offers a wide variety of cooking, baking, and serving ware. Their products come with a one year warranty on most items. They usually have a good selection of sale items. A couple of times, I've received a coupon in my mailbox. Last time I received one, I was a little dismayed by the staff who tried to insist that I provide personal information in order to use it. They tried to say that I had received it because they already had it, but had to relent when I pointed out that it was a printed card that was distributed in the mail. Other times, I've found the floor staff to be friendly and helpful. They were quick to provide assistance with items in locked display cases, and directions to and information on other products. In general, it's a pretty good go-to place for everyday items, although I will go elsewhere for higher end items.

This was my first time at Linen Chest. I went in person because I wanted to feel how thick and soft…read morethe pillows and towels were. An employee greeted me immediately and helped me find the items I wanted. That saved me a lot of time since the store is large. The pillows are very comfortable. They look puffy but squish down just right. The Royal Plush towels are of good quality and come in lots of colours. I wanted four but they only had three in my colour. The salesperson offered to ship the other one at no charge. The sales staff get a commission so they are motivated to help you. Emails I got email updates and received the towel in less than a week. I had to endure lots of frequent marketing emails until my item arrived. Then I unsubscribed. Price Everything I bought was on sale at a reasonable price. They have a one-year price guarantee policy. If you find the same item advertised at a lower price elsewhere, they will not only match the price but give you an additional 10% off the difference. I suspect the brands they carry are exclusive to their chain. So I doubt the policy gets used much. Parking There's lots of parking in a very busy lot that is used for multiple big box stores and restaurants near Weston Rd and Hwy 7.

Horrible customer service. I ordered Ugg Slippers online for pick up. The website said that pick…read moreup would be available in two hours. So four hours later I headed up there. When I got there - I showed them my bill that I paid but they could not release the slippers because I didn't get the second email saying they were ready. I them asked to physically find the slippers which they did. I said I would purchase those slippers with my credit card. They said no I couldn't do that because they were on hold. Who were they on hold for!? They were on hold for me for curbside pick up. I couldn't buy them and they couldn't release them! Is that ridiculous or what? I travelled an hour to go get those slippers. They didn't even offer to ship them. I went back to get them for curbside pick. I called to say I was coming - you would think they would have had them ready BUT I had to wait! SOOOOOO FRUSTRATING and they didn't seem to care. I emailed customer service and two days later - still haven't heard back?
