I am a Sangra fan and there Sangria was just ok. Lacked the Brandy but very fruitful. Pool tables were good. This place could use some updating. I use to go all the time 10 years ago, looks old and dated now. read more

Was pleased with this place till I got hit with a automatic 20% gratuity for 2 guests (2 appetizers/2 drinks). Don't mind paying it if service is well deserve but it wasn't. Do I recommend this place, yes., but please do be aware of this fine print. Ill make sure to go next time only when my well deserve server (Maria) is in to give her the 20% gratuity. P.S. food n drinks are good. read more

I'm so glad Cuebar is open again. They have the best food and delicious cocktails. The service is great! Def stop in for a bite and a drink! read more

Came here a few times on a Friday. Drinks were delicious. Bartenders were both friendly and attentive. Even the food is good which I didn't expect from a pool hall. The mini patties are awesome! I highly recommend. I had a great time. I will definitely be back! read more

Cue Bar - Delish!!! - Pool Halls Near Me - Bayside, New York

I've been here a few times - mostly to hang out in the lounge area & bar. I love their coconut mojitos. I think Tuesday nights are 1/2 price drinks so it's worth the trip to no-parking-ville... On Saturday night it's crazy crowded - the music is good, the service is so-so, the food is so-so...I don't get caught up on little things because IT'S A Bar!!! Don't expect white-glove service when you're not going to a 5 star restaurant! And please don't ask for service if you aren't prepared to tip - it's rude! Any-who, a good place to enjoy some time with friends. read more

Clean, lively atmosphere. Servers are all really nice, and they'll always check if you need anything. I love how smooth and well-kept the pool tables are. One time there was a double-charge on my credit card and the manager (or maybe owner?) fixed it for me, no problem. He's a really nice person, as are most of the staff there. My only problems with this place: 1) The food absolutely sucks. The pizza that was supposed to have a topping came with literally two tiny chunks of pepper. TWO. 2) It's so damn expensive! Every time I come here, my bill always comes up to at least $40, even without food and drinks. Come if you're around and want to kill time, or grab a few drinks. But if you're looking to play pool for a while, I would just head to Flushing. read more

My friends and I enjoy coming here. There's plenty of bar along bell blvd with pool tables but this one is the best by far. It's not really a dancing like of bar like the other places around there. On a Saturday night you'll probably have to wait for a pool table so we usually get drinks and wait until it's our turn. The servers are sometimes hard to find when you're playing pool. Most of them check in every 1/2 or so. The food is pretty decent. We usually get wings and fries or some small appetizers. Food usually comes out pretty quickly. read more

Three strikes and you're out! Been here three times and each time, the service has been consistently bad. Ordered the chicken wings, mini patties and drinks- drinks were average, wings and patties were salty. Didn't expect much from bar food but the service was bad enough for me to come back and post my first review. Learn to smile folks! Customer service- 0 stars. read more

Been here a few times the last few weeks....especially on Tuesdays where it's 50% off at the bar. Overall, the place is a decent place to chill with some friends to shoot pool and grab a few beers. The place isn't crowded with young kids causing a raucous like the other pools halls in the area. The only complaint is that they never seem to have enough staff on hand. At times, my friends and I will wait upwards of a half hour to have a waitress come by the table to see if we want more drinks. read more

It's a really cool space, very spacious and there are plenty of things to occupy yourself with. The pool tables are a little steep compared to better billiards spots I've been to. The service is ok and the place is really messy at times. I wasn't crazy about the drinks either or the food. The little spot near the fire is cool but not when it's reserved, that defeats the purpose. read more

The people are really nice. Food is pretty good. We hosted a birthday party for my sister and had about 40 people in our group. Everyone had a good time. Cool that they have ping pong tables and bollards. The place is spacious and there's a good amount of room between tables. Decor is good too. Not grungy at all. Love the fire pit area. Drinks were reasonably priced. Waitresses were extremely busy but still provided great service. read more

Decent place to watch a game - they have a couple of mid-sized LCDs over the bar and some projection screens in the pool area. The night we went there, this waitress kept coming around offering free cups of Negro Modelo, which the manager later explained was just because he felt it's an under-appreciated beer living in the shadow of Corona. I just nodded and drank. Beers are cheap, $5.50 for an Amstel. read more

DO come here if you're into cuddling next to other couples around a pit of fire. DON'T come here if you're not into overpriced food, heavily diluted drinks, and elusive wait service. If you're into a more relaxing, intimate environment, come on a Tuesday or Wednesday night. There are fewer people and you don't have to breathe in other couples' hot nostril air while they're making out on the couches. I've come here on dates and have really preferred the more low-key, intimate Wednesdays to the loud, cuddle-with-your-date-and-the-other-person-next-to-you Fridays and Saturdays. read more

Good place for playing pool. Good atmosphere. Nice bartenders. Decent music. Overall an ok place to hang out. Appetizers are very addicting and of course their drinks are decent. I actually love their Chocolate Martini. They also have specials during the week and Happy Hour with buy 1 drink and get an appetizer free. Not bad huh?? read more

Not my go to. They play decent music on the weekends (decent as in old school hip-hop which I LOOOOOVE). They have plenty of pool tables, a ping pong table, a beer pong table, and even a punch machine (where you hit the paddle as hard as you can). The drinks aren't so special. I also wish they had bigger TV screens. Don't recommend coming here to watch sports (due to tiny screen size) but the atmosphere kinda makes up for it. If you have nowhere else to go and you're on Bell & Northern, sure, go right in. read more

First time going to Cue Bar on a date...recommended by co-worker....I was impressed with the ambiance for a pool hall however parking is terrible.....I ordered sweet&spicy wings and fried pickles.....The sweet&spicy wings were terrible, lacked sticky glaze and spiciness....And The fried pickles was more batter than pickle and extra greasy ( my date is from the southern state of Georgia)....The ranch was not fresh either since the apps were not to par, we did not order any entrees....The blu cheese that came with the food was awful...it was more liquid than the average thickness of blu cheese (ie cheap in store brand).......The woman"s bathroom is questionable...The only real pro is the bar service was great however we found the bar on our own cause there was absolutely no assigned hostess....Probably not coming back unless I ironically moved around the corner in the future.... P.S.: This spot is located right next to the 111th Police Precent and a person got pulled over while I was drinking at the bar...#buzzdrivingisdrunkdrivingoverhere! read more

This is a pretty chill spot. I came here on a Sunday night and it was literally empty. It was my first time at a pool hall, so my review may be a bit biased. However, I had a lot of fun. The music was great and the vibe (since there was no one) was also great. Until the end, since there were some drunk jerks just trying to be rude. Other than that, I had a great time here. The drinks were also good! They have a nice variety of drinks and bar food. read more

DONT CoME HERE !!! This place has failed me miserably! Wings under done, manager said he would ask the bar . Bar lied and said I never asked for the wings well done. But in reality ask for extra extra well done. And then they gave me bitter skunked bud light for beer pong. I returned the pitcher of beer and told me I had buy the next price up. Place is a dump. Rather slit my wrist then go again. Sad read more

Always have a good experience at this place the people treat you friendly. there's a lot of things to do there like poo,l beer pong, ping pong watching your favorite sports on like 8 to 10 , Large screens, and every drink you can think of. also drink specials happy hour and lots of food... read more

This is a fairly decent pool hall. It's the easiest pool hall to get to without it being in a sketchy area. The price for a table is charged per person per hour. The more people you have to a table the lower the cost per person. Drinks are fairly priced during happy hour specials but most people come here late at night, when happy hour no longer applies. If you're not into pool, there's ping pong or air hockey. There's also a bar/lounge area so you can drink and just chill. It's a nice place to just relax and hangout with friends. read more

Asked for the corner table and got it. The waitress came buy very often and ensured everything was good and my drink was full. They even have food here. The only problem I think I had was that if you wanted a drink special, then you had to walk to the bar. No drink specials were given at the pool tables. Pointless much? Parking is always available, and the had a Ping pong table. I don't even know how to play ping pong! **hold my beer, I'm gonna try it now** read more

Although the place is a little cramped as far as pool tables go (kinda hard not to get in someone's way when taking a shot) it is still a really chill place to come play with a few friends. Its about average as far as prices go for drinks and games, but I do like that they have waitresses come by with your order every so often. They have some cool events going on from time to time and if I'm not mistaken they have karaoke on sundays if I recall correctly. Oh and its in Bayside, nuff said. Only trouble here is parking, be prepared to circle the block a few times, or risk you car getting towed in the lot next door. read more

Pool, food, booze, and sports. What more can you want? Been coming here for years. My go-to spot for pool.

I was in the area and felt like a quick drink while watching part of an NFL game. I found the Cue Bar, which was a nice surprise, considering the immediate area did not have too much to mention. The place was huge, with lots and lots of pool tables, and a good-sized bar. Everything was clean and in good condition, and the bartender was very attentive and fast, taking care of everyone at the bar with seemingly little effort. Although I came alone and only wanted a quick drink, this is a place that I'll definitely be back for to play pool and hang out with friends! read more

I've been coming here to shoot 8 ball recently. It's a good place. It's too crowded for me on busy nights, but at other times its just right. The rates are reasonable. The food is so-so, but its what I'd expect from a pool hall. Beer is fairly cheap. Unfortunately you can't park in the CVS parking lot. You'll have to find street parking, but its not hard when its not busy- another reason I don't go on a busy night. I've seen the bar get full too. Bartenders are friendly as well. read more

Was out here a while back with a friend to kill time and catch the games. I saw some of the other reviews mention food and I guess I can't speak on that end because I don't go to pool halls to eat. It was more to pass time, play pool, and watch the games. It was a chill environment. Drank a little and I had no issues with the service. Cool chill spot. read more

Whenever I'm on bell with friends we always somehow find ourselves here at some point of the night either to pregame or end the night. It's on the quieter side of bell but not too far from the strip of bars and restaurants. They have great everyday drink specials on top of happy hour which is great. On busy nights there's a wait on the pool tables, ping pong, and beer pong but on low key nights you can almost always find something to do here. It's a great local spot and there's a bus stop near by if you're taking public transit. Great for big groups and music isn't obnoxiously loud. Full bar and lounge. Can't go wrong with this place if you just need a chill night out. read more

Nice place. They tend to be somewhat strict about the age requirement which is annoying if you just want to place some pool. They have decent rates not the worst not the best. Nice environment and people. read more

Came here on Christmas Day at 11pm expecting to have a relaxing night playing some pool. Went to the front and asked for table 10 because our friends were the table next to it. The manager who also works the front desk says that table 10 is for "members only". While we stood by the empty table 10, the obnoxious manager decides to come and place a "reserved for members only" sign. Great, I get that there are tables for members only but come on, it's a Sunday night/Christmas Day...if the members were to play at the table, I'm sure they would've already played or been here by now. Instead he rather lose business and wait on potential "members" Merry Christmas Scrooge read more

Thieves....all I can say. When you have bartenders who scam for a 20 percent tip you should be out of business. I met with friends who were buying their own drinks. One person decided to buy a round and the bartender proceeded to run a bill on this woman's card when she did not layout the terms of what was being billed for. So the bartender said we were a large party sitting at the bar and charged the 20percent gratuity. After trying to explain how she incorrectly billed the drinks we asked for the manager 'robert', he did not even want to listen to the situation and threatened to call the cops. Unacceptable in my eyes. After much debate he said it was too hard to split the bill correctly. We were fully ready to pay the bill and to be treated like a deadbeat means you do not want my business. read more

Went to cue bar on mine and my wife's 2 year anniversary. After a perfect dinner we wanted to relax, play pool and have some drinks. It was Saturday night we got to cue bar at 930 and the hostess at the front door named Annmarie told us to put our name and # on a list and she will call us when a table would be ready to play pool. She said about an hour wait which was acceptable for a Saturday night. So we waited by bar and had few watered down drinks, as time went by I noticed people getting tables to play pool, I just assumed they were waiting prior to us and didn't think to question the hostess of not calling us and to be patient. Than I seen someone else just walk in and immediately get a table. My wife went up to ask what's going on to the hostess AnnMarie and she responded oh yes we have table now. This is at 11:45 over 2 hours later. At this point seeing how she skipped past us while we were patient we got upset n left and weren't in mood anymore to play. She ruined our whole night and instead of ending our anniversary in a good way we just left. The hostess Annmarie never called us from the list, she never apologized and really didn't seem to care when we told he she past us on list after 2 hr wait. We were the second couple waiting on their list and noticed that at least 10 couples after our names were crossed off while our name was left uncrossed and uncalled as she said she would have called. Horrible way to end the night. Bought about 5 drinks each as we waited and they were all watered down. Did not even feel a buzz at all, wasn't worth it and we are both light weights read more

If you are in for Ping Ping, it's a disgrace ! First, the unfriendly host tells us it is not available ...tournament ! When we are about to leave, she informs us there is a table. The tournament ends up being people dining on one ( of two) of the Ping Ping tables. We get the other table, which is in the corner, surrounded by ladders, refrigerators, boxes of recycling, you name it....Don't drop a ball, you will have to dip in to get it back !!! read more
