My friend had a colby jack burger. We loved the fries but his medium well looked like a hockey puck and came on a sandwich roll not a burger bun?! More on him as I think medium rare is the only way. The sweetest bartender anyone can ask for named Mia was an absolute doll. She made me feel like I was one of her regulars right out of the gate. Warm, approachable and unassuming.
