I never expect much from airport food. What I do expect is food being served at the right temperature. The flight was delayed almost 2 hours and now we weren't going to be home before midnight so we decided to grab something at the airport. This is a cute bar and grill located in terminal two and it's actually quite large as it has two bars and a very big sitting area. It was crowded and we were able to get two seats at the bar. We ordered a barbecue bacon cheeseburger and a Greek salad. The food took a little while, but we were in no hurry and there were TVs with the basketball game on so we were entertained. When the food finally came out, I grabbed one of the french fries and it was ice cold and the burger looked like it had been sitting for a while too. The Greek salad was just OK. Nothing special. It wasn't cold it was lukewarm so it had been sitting also. Cold beer, cold, wine, disgusting, overpriced, food set in a cute Chicago Cubs atmosphere. There's not much of a choice so this is it for a sit down restaurant.

Solid Chicago Dog and great spot in the terminals. The atmosphere was as expected with a ton of different people flying all over the world. I recommend trying it if you're near here. Enjoy!

This airport spot isn't nothing to write home about but the food is good. The service is pretty okay. Hot and cold really. The restaurant is in an airport so I wasn't expecting much in terms of ambiance. All in all, if you're at the airport in Chicago and want to sit for some bar food, it's a good spot.

Came here during a layover to kill time and eat and it did the job. There is tonsss of seating and the TVs played sports and news which kept my friend and I occupied for a while. Sporty, American, chill environment which was comforting after a long Europe trip. Service was quick, no complaints. Food was pretty good although a little expensive. I got the Southwest Chipotle Burger which was big and filling, my friend got the quesadilla and said the same. Overall: good place to waste time during a layover, eat American food, and watch TV but be prepared to spend $20-25 per entree.

Ham & cheese omelette with potatoes

Decided to stop by during my lengthy layover to get some food. The first thing I noticed was the prices. The ham and cheese omelette and potatoes was $20, which felt pretty steep, but the portion was hefty. The food also tasted pretty good with a little extra sprinkle of salt and pepper. The issues are with the service. They're not very busy at all, but as I'm writing this, I've been here about an hour. Was waiting for at least half an hour just for a refill, and I've been here another 10 minutes just sitting waiting to pay. I also ate my entire meal while a man in front of me hadn't gotten visited/greeted by the server a single time until now as I'm still waiting to pay. Will definitely be avoiding this place on future layovers. Especially if I'm strapped for time... As of posting this review, I have now been waiting almost 20 minutes just to pay.

Had the "the hawks" chicken wings, a goose Island beer, a soda (diet Pepsi) then another soda then another beer and also the wings came with fries. Service was sweet. The only negative thing I can say is it's cubs themed and they suck amirite lol. Also I was feasting alone which is kind of a loser move, it would have been way better if my sweet gorgeous wife was with me. But I wasn't entirely alone, there was a TV to keep me company.. I got to watch Monfils vs Martinez live from Auckland. Will I be back? Yes. And I'll have the hotdogs. Stay tuned.

Second visit for me--this time I had the hot dog pair and a big Blue Moon to wash it down. I'm still thrilled with the food and service, and the atmosphere is perfect for any Cubs or baseball fan. Give it a try!

Ate here on a layover. Service was fast and friendly. The Chicago dogs did not disappoint. Love the theme. Would eat here again on another pass thru.

I love Chicago food... so when flying in/thru ORD I try to grab something unique to the area and nothing is more "technical" to make than a simple hot dog. So, I came here on a recent connection thru this airport. The service was good... the food was awesome! Loved that Chicago Dog! Though it was far from the best I've had, it was so good it reminded me of what I miss from regular visits to Portillo's. And seriously, you can get these in the DC area! Worth stopping in... for sure!

We had the angus cheese burger and fries which were fresh and hot. It's a pretty nice burger, in a nice central spot. Not cheap $20. Good servers. Highly recommended if you have an hour or so.

Chicago dogs, goose island beers, sports, and good service. Can't ask for anything more from an airport bar.

Not a lot of choices in this terminal but my chicken Caesar and beer hit the spot. Good service and lots of TVs.

Famously known as the largest at least in America, it is full of absolute freaks who do not wait for night time to come out. There is no better airport for a layover paired with a few seats facing out towards people walking around and being weird. My small brother asked me what was wrong with a woman who wouldn't stop staring at us, and I told him she had a serious case of can't mind her own business. Many such cases. Later on I was feeling a bit of Nathan Fielder's spirit inspiring me, so I went on a walk and was looking for interesting stuff to film and collage into what will likely be a pretty uninteresting video. I saw a kid mopping up neon yellow slime, and a woman doing acrobatics to climb over it. I just like people, and I like politely watching them do people things. I hit a discreet angle for just a few moments, zoomed all the way in on just the floor, no faces captured. It should come as no surprise that once I ended it and looked up the woman attached to the feet was furious, telling me to mind my own fucking business. Amen sister. I often and fondly recall the time Anthony Bourdain did a reddit AMA, where someone asked in his opinion, what is the best form of meat in tube, and he said The Chicago Hot Dog. So I got one at the airport because today I am the queen of I don't give a gaf. This is a beautiful tube of meat. Right up my alley, as I am a huge toppings kinda woman. No notes on this beautiful hotdog, paired with the diet version of my favorite soda. Cheers to minding my own business and making it home safely.
